  • 996 Carrera 4S from 2003 – Questions

Hello! Last time in the PZ and I saw a 996 4S coupé with SD, leather, Navi, price 54,000 Eur. Built 2003, 61,000 Km. The equipment seemed to me to be quite complete overall. I noticed above all the sliding roof, it seems to be rather rare to be ordered with the 911, but is very important to me. How realistic is the price? Where are the weak points? What is to pay attention to with this model in general? I liked the car very much, especially the grey-black color combi. Porsche granted 1 year GW guarantee. What is possible here at Porsche maximum? Thank you and greetings, M.

  • 924 Replacement and body parts

So hello. I looked at a 924er on Tuesday and today, which looks technically absolutely good. He has a new clutch, a new exhaust system, a G-cat, new brakes, engine is dry, (gear and transaxle I should not be able to test but only slightly humming) and he steering the bearing is also new. For this he looks visually totally modest. The question is now whether the 1250 Euro are ok, and where I still have spare parts like fenders and bumper herbeko I would also like to know what it would cost to spat at the back of the car at the driver’s side de Beule. Does anyone have any experience with that? Would you be nice if you could leave me a PN or an entry there. Stefan PS I attached another picture once more.

  • Porsche Annual General Meeting 2010

If someone else was at the Annual General Meeting of Porsche SE: How did you feel about the event? My impression was that the gentlemen from Wolfsburg were quite wide-ranging. Although there were the usual appeasements (Porsche remains Porsche), but who has closely observed the facial expressions of the gentlemen and the small minors, he quickly found out: nothing has yet grown together. Of course, Mr. Winterkorn can meet together, slightly irritated Porsche shareholders “We’ve got you at the wrap,” but the small minors said a very different language. So on a chart there was only “wide-ranging independence” to read, Mr. Piech looked as if everything was none of his business and the VW-Riege (Winterkorn, Pötsch, Piech and Osterloh) went out together (probably lunch). Mr. Maser from the shareholder association DSW hit the point when he came to the point of not burdening the former board members Wiedeking and Härter said: “The Supervisory Board, who wants to be relieved, is just as guilty.” I’m curious to see how many general meetings will take place in Stuttgart. Probably the 2012 HV is then in Wolfsburg…

  • Climate lie re-visited ?

Of course off-topic, but maybe the mods will keep an eye on ?!? e-mails from various climate researchers belonging to the “warming faction” have been hacked. They show that the data on the argumentation PRO CO2 dues etc. are MANIPULIERT. A bang. At the same time confirmation for those who always expressed their doubts. Poor Al Gore, who can now probably write off his CO2 indulgence trade… Read more:http://www.science-sceptical.de/…/ Excerpts in English (among others) here:http: ://blogs.news.com.au/…/http://wattsupwitthat.com/…/http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/…/ Towards the WE

  • Durability of the engines and gearbox on the race track

Hello, I didn’t find anything on the subject with the SuFu, so I’m going to open a new thread. How long does a Porsche engine and transmission (especially Turbo, GT 2, GT 3) stop running on the race track with good maintenance? How often should you change the oils on the race track? I’m already aware that there are probably both extremes, but some may have some experiences. MfG! Packaget

  • Wheel hubs fly away all the time

Hi forum, I thought I’d let you share my uniquely great bad luck. Somehow, everything that can happen happens happens to me! I have the following story in stock. I drove to the car washing a few weeks ago and took the package including the rim wash. Schwupps flew away the coloured Porsche coat of arms on the wheel hub at the back left. Go to Porsche and get n new ones. Then I drive again to wash, again the complete package (that’s because already And then it was off to the front right. So back to Porsche and get n new one. And now the car is already waking up again (because the salt should not have a chance to fix itself in the long term) and this time it was flying to the back right. Off to Porsche and said that I felt so slowly lost. What is that supposed to do? Can’t they use something better glue than that from UHU or what do I know? The guy said that the things were actually only glued 3 out of 4 isn’t bad. Next week I’ll get it, the 4th happened to you already? Or do you have similar stories in stock? Greetings from Hannover sylver…

  • Panamera Turbo Supplement for 4s Justified

Hello dear Porsche community, I get a Panamera 4s as a test car on Monday. I am currently playing hard with the idea of buying such a KfZ for 08/2018. The alternatives E63s or M5 do not convince me of the overall package so far. For me the Panamera next to the S-Coupe and the Aston Marin Vanquish Coupe is the most beautiful vehicle. At present I drive a C63s (Limo) with 510hp. Basically you would like to downgrade only rarely (perfomance), although the driving performance of the 4s itself With my configuration of the 4s I get about 155,000€, with the Turbo it is equal to 182,000€. Is the surcharge for the approx. 100hp fair? Are there besides the driving performance and the better sound further advantages for the Turbo? Are there experience values regarding value retention? I intend to drive the vehicle for 4 years and will then sell it again with approx. 60.000-70.000km on the clock. What proceeds can one expect in a little bit gross? I have the Mögl to leave the vehicle in the car dealership for 3-6 months (under 10,000km) and would then receive up to 20% discount. This is currently also in line with the car market, with the plus that the vehicle is equipped according to my Gusto. I would be very happy about suggestions.

  • Buying advice Cayman 08的 987 2.7l

Hello Porsche lover I play with the idea to switch to a Porsche Cayman 987 2.7l, which is only to be moved in summer.Data of the vehicle: -Year of construction 2008 -Kilometre 125,000 -Price 24.90€ (possibly less by price negotiation) Can one hit at the number of kilometers with a service-kept Cayman without hesitation or is there something to consider/check out here? Are there known childhood diseases at this year of construction or is the car generally susceptible? Inspections are all 2 years or all 30.000km, as far as I have read this correctly and correspond to approx. 1000-150€. Only with a calm conscience I could arrange a purchase with me… On Friday I have an appointment for the visit of the Cayman, am already very curious and will report about it of course I thank you already in advance for the answers!
