Hello have problems with my Porsche 996 Turbo 450hp 90000km/h Year of manufacture 2004 Here again the description of the problem. With cold engine no dropouts. With warm engine up to 2500turns no dropouts from 2500 to 3200/3400 ignition dropouts and Ceck Engine warning light burns, if you stay in the speed range it starts to flash. Over 3400 the Porsche full tube goes without problems. All spark plugs are already all ignition coils, 1 camshaft adjuster right and lifting adjuster rec It is said that the hydropumps should be defective, but this is very strange because it shows in the control unit message Ignition dropout Zyl.4/5/6. For further help I would be very grateful. Not all hydropumps can be defective to the right??? Sometimes I drive a whole day without a dropout and the check engine lamp has reset itself. In the speedometer system no more error message. Porsche center at a loss. Of course, do not want to disassemble the engine immediately and then it is ne Klei In the idle he runs quietly as always, neither noises nor other sounds. Maybe one of you had such a problem before, thank you already in advance greeting Anularis

Porsche 991.2 GTS with 2 or 4 wheel drive!
Hello dear community, I would like to buy a 991.2 GTS convertible as a replacement for my F Type R Cabrio(4 wheel drive). It still raises the question of the type of drive. The car is not a daily driver but 15000km already come together. Certainly also 3-5Tsd. kilometers in winter. How is the traction in wet/summer and or cold/snowfall in winter with the different drive concepts. I live near Hannover in the northern Weserbergland. Look forward to your information and experience Good Sunday and greeting from a Porsche infected again.

Porsche 993
Hello together, I need your expert help please…. I’ve been thinking for years about getting (us) a Porsche 993 for the summer as a fun or second car…. then the house building came in between, then child 1, then child 2 (the two do differently 🙂 …. etc. usf But since you don’t get younger, I have something on the high edge, which can be spent without pain or saved for this purpose, and life always runs differently than you think, I will be It is thought that a 993 from the years 97-99, motorization would be sufficient the “standard ” (272 hp) unless you have technical arguments which speak against it. Cabrio would be great, but not absolutely necessary…. A purchase is probably only appropriate at the PZ ? As capital are max. 35,000 ,- available , gasoline does not matter, the potential new family member is moved max. 10000 km in summer, if at all…. Garage is available 🙂 For the annual Unt I could receive (tax, sales, inspection plus spare parts) 5000-6000 Euro “abäcken”, without having to touch the level of the fridge 🙂 Of course, I would prefer a car first or second hand, with max. 100,000 km….. is that realistic? What else do you need for data/information from me?

Key keys 996, 997, 986, 987 and Cayenne Function/structure
Hello MTler, I am very interested in the construction and operation of the following Porsche car keys: 996, 997, 986, 987 and Cayenne. – What are the small filled glass tubes in the 911 and Boxter keys? What function do they have? Are they interchangeable with each other? – Why is the key shell not made of metal? Would the radio signal or the query be too compromised? – How can I open the Cayenne key completely? Bish I only get to the battery compartment under the lid. – How can I get the Cayenne key beard out of its metallic image? Best regards jlempfert

Need advice Porsche 997 Turbo 500PS TURBO
Hello you love the following, before I have to search in any foren I explain my situation to you. 26 years old have before me a Porsche 997 Turbo as PDK to buy. My question to you, the experience with such cars have, I absolutely want to have a car which holds so much to say the price where the performance is right, and a car which simply hangs. at the beginning I wanted a BMW M6 560ps but it seems very boring. I want a car that a brutales occur ha t. Here the data: 997 Turbo PDK with 60,000KM from 2nd hand price 83T. it would also come in question a 991 S with 400hp. but these are also 2 different cars. My dream is to drive a turbo. The optics the power 500hp, there is hardly anything comparable, I want to hear it from you. Is Porsche really what they are spending themselves with?. Is my choice with the 997 Turbo really good?? Do I have the power I feel like I have something on the other side between good and bad . I am grateful for every answer from you. As it is a lot of money and I have to drive the vehicle for a long time. it should be a car and it must be THE car. I need this confirmation with this vehicle. I want to stand out and I want to be happy with the vehicle after all, the vehicle should satisfy me.

Covering Cayenne
Dear community, this topic is a bit embarrassing. It’s a Cayenne S built in 2007, which I didn’t drive for a couple of months and therefore the battery charge went to 0. My first attempt was to bridge the vehicle. I connected the bridge cable, but not even the on-board electronics came up. I thought to myself “Ok – I close again and google for possible faults”, but it didn’t even let the vehicle key pull off once more. Then I called the ADAC, who willingly bridged the vehicle over to me. However, the ADAC’ler told me that the battery was broken after I had let it be discharged. However, he could not have any new installations, because it was first well hidden under the front seat and he also had no battery of this size with it. Although the ADAC is known that it would like to quickly tend to new batteries to make money with it, but in this case the ADAC would not have earned anything. Therefore my first question: Is it really the case that a battery will break after the discharge? For me, this honestly sounds unrealistic. But the vehicle ran after the bridge. The ADAC’ler still asked with what I would have tried to bridge the Cayenne. I answered him “A Panamera 4S”. He said that it should have worked. I drove for a while. Also the next day the vehicle ran wonderfully. But after about 2 weeks the battery was empty again. On the night I tried to bridge the Cayenne again with a colleague. Also with the Panamera 4S. This time the onboard electronics came up and also the interior lighting. So the Cayenne was definitely connected to the Panamera. But as soon as you turned the ignition key, you heard the starter about half a second long and then all the current was gone again. Even if I waited a few minutes, nothing changed. Both vehicles are V8. If someone has a ignite idea, wi e i make the Cayenne run again and whether i change the battery or whether i just have to drive with it more often? Thank you!

Opinions: Panamera from 2010 from PZ
Hello to the forum What do you think of the following offer of the PZ Bensberg?https://m.mobile.de/…/details.html?… I stumbled on this car out of a whim. I was not in intensive search now, I don’t know weak points of the model series either. The Panamera is new to me. However, thanks to the Approved I would throw all doubts overboard. And the biggest advantage, even with two children, the car is usable. Although not like my E-Class, but mainly sit I see negatively the 3 previous owners and the deplaced AHK. Positively I would see the KM performance, the Approved (which could still be negotiated out cost-neutrally), and of course the price. For 40,000€ 3-4 years V8 drive before this really starts with the E-cars would have something again. Would I be happy about a few opinions. Thanks & Greeting, FEA

Kaufberatung Boxster 986
Yesterday I sold my Toyota MR2 W 3 somewhat wistfully and am now looking for something new. I thought about a boxster. In itself my limit for the new car is so at 20,000, however, one should always have a few reserves in the back hand with Porsche, so that my limit here is rather around the 17,000 €. For this reason the 987 probably falls flat, because then it would be simply too expensive. Therefore I think of the 986, maybe from 2003 or 2004. Wa However, I am deterred by the fact that the engine seems to me to be very vulnerable when I read about the 986 on the Internet. On the one hand the well-known Simmerring problem, on the other hand numerous reports about other engine problems. I find clearly more reports about engine problems with a boxster than e.g. with a Z4 or SLK. Do I see this wrong? The following costs for problems with a boxster are not without. Another problem with a boxster would be that I don’t have a garage However, since it would be a slightly older model anyway and – as I read – the boxster is not very susceptible to rust anyway, that might not be so bad – or how do you see it? As far as the maintenance is concerned, I don’t know if I find the high costs for the checkbook care at Porsche appropriate. I would rather rely on a free workshop. I am grateful for tips.
