  • Model timetable Porsche until 2011

Hello, 1. Facelift 997 is coming next year in autumn. Porsche is not in such a hurry, because at the 911 he also runs the suction models, especially the S and the Cabrios over Expected well. 2. Facelift Boxster/Cayman stands on the Detroit – Motor Show 2009. USA premiere, because especially the Boxster over there needs some publicity. Sales have declined more than expected this year. Delivery in D-Land from about Feb./ March 2009. 3. Panamera premiere is in Geneva 2009. With Hybrid version. Delivery starts shortly afterwards. Order can be ordered before Geneva. 4. New Cayenne is in Frankfurt 2009. Highlight is the hybrid version. The V 10 – version will only be introduced later, perhaps already in Geneva 2010. 5. 2010 will be the official announcement of another series (crossover). The vehicle will not be a smaller copy of the Cayenne, but a crossover ala BMW X 6. It will be built on the platform of the Q 5. The model will receive a hybrid version. , conventional 6 yl. and 8 yl., in the respective power level slightly below the Cayenne engines. The preliminary work has already begun. Porsche can flexibly design the introduction depending on the sales situation of the Cayenne from spring 2012. If necessary, a preliminary series study will be available at the IAA 2011. I do not want to speculate about any names for the model here. This will be determined by the official product announcement at the latest. For the end of 2010 is the presentation of the 997 GT 3 successors planned on a DI-engine basis. In 2011 the Boxster/Cayman external production runs out at Valmet in Finland. If their production is then integrated into the group, a new edition of the Boxster and Caymans is offered either way for the end of 2011. That’s all I know, that’s all I can do for your curiosity. Greetings Kühli

  • PORSCHE and VEHICLE show your pictures !

Just back from Hamburg, I have to show you these pictures (see discussion Porsche and driving style ). Motorway Fulda – Kassel. In ML 500 on the road. Speed 160 km/h , fast lane. Porsche in the rearview mirror, pushes two vehicles behind me away, then I’m on it. Three meters distance behind me at 160 km/h. I am overtaking and immediately snaps to the right. Drown past me and bangs behind a station wagon, which was at this time at least 150 km/ fast. g, and pushes further to the next car. My passenger was witty enough to take the photos. Where was the brain of this driver?

  • Window holder clacks and the red lamp draws water

Friendly Hello, I have a question. I thought I asked as always here first before I let me get an appointment in the PZ tomorrow. 1) My left window lifter caused problems and so I got a new one installed on Friday in the framework of the guarantee. But now is the following: Windows open with closed door = works great Fenter open with open door = works great Windows down with open door = works also super aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa r door = there is (as soon as the disc is halfway down) a short, two times “crack clack” What’s going on? But only if it’s closed. If it’s open, everything runs softly. 2) The left of my super-bright red taillights somehow pulls water. On the right everything is ok but on the left is quite condensation water to see. Today night snowed and frozen. When I drove the car to defrost in the sun, it could be clearly seen. Is this reason to complain? Is the only n Is it right in there or does the whole lamp have to be replaced? I know, questions about questions. But I am grateful for help!!! Greetings from the slowly thawing Hanover

  • VW Scirocco R beats Porsche Cayman!

Hi, did not want to keep you from an interesting test from the AutoZeitung (03/10). Scirocco R (FF, 265hp 2.0 four-cylinder turbo, 350Nm, 1310kg, 6-speed DSG) against the Porsche Cayman (MH, 265hp 2.9 six-cylinder boxer, 300Nm, 1370kg, 7-speed PDK). The overall test was won by the Scirocco (of course due to the bodywork, ride comfort, and cost chapter). Engine/gear (644 to 611) and driving dynamics (769 to 732) went to the Porsche – I did not expect otherwise, however sic beats. h the Scirocco not bad. The popular athlete accelerates immediately to my astonishment, gets 5 points more in the force of the engine, however falls back in the running culture (5) and top speed (10). In handling the Porsche 108, the Scirocco 103 points, Slalom goes with 98 to 88 to the Cayman, just like steering (95 to 85) and traction (50 to 42). Still some interesting data: 0-40km/h – Porsche: 2,0s, VW: 2,1s 0-100km/h – Porsche: 5,6s, VW: 5,7s. 0-160k m/h – Porsche 12,0s, VW: 11,8s. On the race track, the Porsche dips the Rocco with 1:41,2s to 1:42,6s – 1,4s difference are already a handful full. With 69.5km/h! the Zuffenhausener 2km/h is faster than the Wolfsburger (67.5km/h!) in slalom (pylon distance 18m). Before I had read the test, I could only smile tiredly over the Scirocco (front drive, 66.4% on the front axle, front motor), since his competitor (back drive, 44.5% a. d. front axle, middle motor) seemed to be superior to the house. J However, the Volkscoupé has fought against the benchmark Cayman quite properly. Nevertheless, the Porsche State of the Art and the true driving machine. Mfg Honkie2

  • Purchase advice 991 Turbo or Turbo S

Hello for now, I’ve been registered here for a long time and mostly find answers to my questions but unfortunately not to my current purchase decision. I wanted to fulfill my dream and get a 991 Turbo or Turbo S. Short to me, I’ve been driving Porsche 1. 986 Boxster, 2. Cayman S 987, 3. Carrera S 997, 4. Panamera 4s, and until a few days ago 991 Carrera S. I use the car as an everyday car, will drive it about 2 years about 50,000 km in the 2 years. I want to like I don’t have much value loss (I didn’t have a 4,000 euro in 1 years at the last zb and about 50T KM) In the net I find of course plentiful and the one I forgot at the beginning was a white Turbo 2015 convertible, as I would like to have it with Burmester, top maintained 60,000 Kmund it is still 2 months approved. The hacking at the thing, I can’t extend the Approved only after 3 months and the seller (private) manages to make it only end of December service and warranty A car 2. a black coupe, Turbo S, from the PZ 3 hand 60,000 had run a “small parkrempler” about 9K damage in the PZ were fixed also Burmester, PCCB brakes. Service, Approved is made new. BUT the car stands already over a year with what makes me stutzig. Alternatively, there are also many other vehicles Zb a Turbo S 2Hand ABER Dubai Import, with German registration already good 12K cheap r. My main questions S or without S, the Dubai import is worth the savings, whereby about 3000 would go on for the Approved, because that is very relevant to me. Is the Convertible more value-stable or the S, what should I urgently pay attention to? Many thanks in advance already LG

  • Conditions of commercial leasing

Good evening, at the moment I drive a G63 (2020 model) and drove last week the Turbo S sample. I am enthusiastic and still speechless, what emotions this vehicle could trigger in me! Can you give me from the 4S to the Turbo S maybe your conditions (concretely or just about) to get a feeling for it? My friend from the one PZ has already tuned me at the 4S to 1,700/2,000 €, at 36 months. € deposit. News!

  • Experience with leaky steering gears at the Panamera turbo 970

Hello I have a Panamera 970 turbo from 2009. before my drive in I have seen on the ground oil stains and first of all not noticed. Only when I had the same stains at the REWE it was clear to me from my car. I assume that it is power steering oil, since the considerable stains are only at the places where I did not just drive out. And at the place where I parked is only 1-2 drops. Does any of you experience Servo oil loss ?? you mean the steering ger iebe should be replaced, or is it rather a leaking hose from the servo pump to the steering gear that is leaking at the pressed ends.

  • confused situation help… 996 engine damage

Hello, leuts I bought my first car three months ago and this is a PORSCHE 996 with 320 hp Built. 1999 km-stand is at 135 K, the car I have from a sports car dealer (no Porsche dealer ) Now I have a motor damage “according to Porsche workshop” Porsche suspects the parts in the engine are ridden and the pistons have got off… a repair of the engine would not be worthwhile, since only the parts are new and the other parts are needed, because they suspect the it will be relapsed.. and the repair would cost me then about 10 000 euro, thereby costs a new engine in exchange 12 500 euro… now my car dealer doesn’t want to wake up the engine with an exchange motor, but to repair it again… I have the feeling that he will only replace the most necessary… now I get a lot through the head… 1.) whether I should give the car back completely and pay for the 2500 km I have made 2.) the car should have repaired 3.) auto dealer a deal suggestion that he should take over the costs for a new engine to 70%… “somehow I can’t separate myself from this car, the car has been converted from optics to 997 gt3 and that looks really sharp…..:-” well then comes the fact that I have already invested all my saved money in this car additionally financed 30 K 🙁 *head shake* Confused*
