Hello dear Porsche friends, I was in the PZ today and asked about my new Panamera (970) 4s regarding the approved warranty. Unfortunately I have a little problem and would like to know from you if Porsche wants to turn something on me and/or how I could get out of this mess. After I bought the vehicle from Private, I wanted to register it today on my name, but I did not get a TÜV, on the grounds that I have no MSD -.- Na sup he, of course, I had to think directly of the approved with “original condition, no foreign parts or original parts dismantle, etc.) So I am first to the PZ and the friendly could only confirm that it could come to EVT to a problem. However I should look again after 3 months (90days) and everything else is then discussed. In the worst case, I would have to have an MSD for 1000, – installed at Porsche, without wage costs of course. I’m supposed to do it… My Panamera installed the sports exhaust system as standard. Of course, the sound is also nice with open, so it should stay =). I hope for your support and for the one or the other solution… I thank you in advance. LG Qutoo

Panamera 4S Ceramic brake discs brake system sell exchange for steel help and advice
Hello everyone, I need your help. And that’s what I bought a Porsche Panamera 4S (former press vehicle) bj.2009 with ceramic brake discs and would like to exchange them for a steel brake system and sell the ceramic. Background Mrs. Führt is 80% with it and for this such a braking system is unnecessary and honestly too expensive in the long term. The following questions are open: 1. I have to have the whole system extended including brake caliper or enough the discs. Must anything 2. What would a “standard” braking system with yellow caliper cost me? 3. What would a fair selling price of the ceramic braking system be? Brake pads New approx.500km, brake discs front RE+LI approx.40000km and rear 87000km. 4. Does anyone have interest here in a forum for an exchange for value compensation? Thank me for your helpfulness in advance. LG

997 Turbo Cabrio under 60,000 km – beautiful
Dear forum community, I have been driving exotic English sports cars for 12 years, I have come by chance, and via the detour Jaguar to Lotus. Now this morning, by pure chance, when picking up my car at the conditioner, I discovered a beautiful convertible that I fell in love with !!! And the most beautiful thing: it is even for sale ! Told me the boss of the preparation company, since he knows the owner of the car well, he has many beautiful cars and apparently also the n 997 Turbo Cabrio, from 2008, apparently real 59,000 km, checkbook was in the glove compartment, always with Porsche. Switch, with Navi, eletr. Deck and Bose, rather I could not recognize the fast. Advantages: great color, chic look, top new, everything looks very well maintained. Night parts: tires at the back quite crazy, according to checkbook came the car 2012 from Italy, so was up to 38,000 km in Italy, had I think the price fits, the flounder is beautiful. Has such a medium-dark grey, inside dark blue to black. VAT is passable (but does not help me at all, since private). Should you buy a switch at all with the model ? Hardtop is not available – no matter. Loud exhaust is also not – is right for me. Actually everything fits. S pricht a lot against it ??? Would I be very pleased to hear qualitative opinions, I’m torn back and forth. Head says: don’t need 480 hp, belly says: I want to have UNBEDING…. Probably I don’t sleep that much today, because of pondering 🙂

911 SC Cabrio (Bj:82) – rev indicator jumps up and down
Hello… I’m just driving a 911 SC convertible (built in 1982) borrowed from a bug. The car was standing for a long time and for 2 weeks I drive the daily without any problems. Dan I made a long tour (1200 KM) and the machine runs really nice. But now, for 2 days the rev indicator needle bounces up and down. Sometimes it just shows about 2000 revolutions too much, sometimes it jumps to zero and then again to the real speed. Then I noticed that if I For example, light on the needle calms down and displays correctly (mostly but not always). Looks kind of like a wobble contact, but I can’t find anything. I’ve already moved the connections behind the speed meter but the problem is still there… Can someone help me? Thanks…

992 Petrol consumption
Hello together, have now exactly 2 months my 992 convertible and I drove a total of 700 km. On 14.10. in Zuffenhausen picked up and 400 km of highway drove home. Average speed approx. 130 km/h, speed max. 3.500 1/min. As well gasoline consumption 10,33 L. For me was absolutely OK. After that the further 300 km almost mainly urban traffic with an average consumption of 17.1 L. I find this consumption already heavy with moderate driving. (Porsche factory specification within place 12,9 L ). With my old 991.1 hand switch I was already used to high consumption inside (by the 15 L), but that the consumption is now significantly higher with PDK, I would not have thought. Did you have any similar experiences or should I audition at the PZ? LG micky

My NEW
Moin, I’ve changed a little. I.e., less I myself, but my means of transportation has changed.A few dates: – 997 Turbo S Cabrio – 530 HP – Built 2010 – 62,000 km – Full equipment – Outside Black, Inside Black – PDK – PCCB I was only able to drive about 100 km with him. Driving behaviour and above all acceleration phenomenal. No comparison to my 997 S Cabrio. Who of you drives a car like this and maybe has had some problems with him?

Winter bikes 997 FL Carrera 2 S
I just wanted to order the Turbo II wheel with winter tires. Unfortunately the PZ says that for my car with winter tires only the Carrera II S wheel fits, and only this one. That can’t be, right? Summer tires on the Turbo II wheel go, but also on my current Turbo wheel no winter tires should fit?! Although offered as a winter bike for 997 original in the PZ. Can someone write me quite quickly that this can only be a mistake or I maximum the tire size I don’t want any “ugly” winter rims

El. tailgate with gesture control?
Good morning together, we have a Macan GTS (FL) in stock since mid-December, which is equipped with Keyless Entry. An electric tailgate is on board anyway. My question is whether the tailgate is then equipped with a gesture control (footkick or wading) as with the Cayenne in order to open the tailgate. If so, how do you have to proceed (weaving or kicking)? Unfortunately, there is nothing in the “Good to know” app…
