  • Experiences with Porsche Cayenne V6 290 HP

Hello together, one of you has experiences with the Porsche Cayenne V6 290 HP. I am currently playing with the idea of getting one as a business car. Alternatively, an SUV with 3 liters diesel would also be possible. However, I particularly like the Cayenne through its desing, and therefore statements about the maintenance costs, workshop, consumption would be quite useful for the purchase decision. So if you have experiences with it or even a ride I would like to use your Feedb ack very happy. Greeting Roman S.

  • Burmester yes od. no… that’s the question…

Even though I may be the 199th one who is annoying with the topic (did not find anything about the SuFu), I would ask for help. I am now at 95% per Cayenne (the other 5% are Touareg V8 TDI) and build a configuration together. It is to become the Cayenne S Diesel. After I have landed over X5, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Rang Rover and Touareg (each to the rehearsal) now at the Cayenne I form a Cayenne together. The extra charge for the Burmester system is already quite violent. But as HiFi-Freak, who has so far only taken the biggest sound system in his cars (currently Dynaudio in Phaeton) I would be interested in whether the Burmester in Cayenne is worth it. I heard that about 4 / 5 years ago in the Pananmera, and I didn’t find it so special. I also asked in various PZ whether they have a Cayenne with the sound system …. No one has. At the price I just don’t want a blind, ä my question, are there cayenne drivers from near Regensburg, who have such a system inside? If yes, would there be the possibility to listen to this? If yes, I ask for a PN, as far as there is a readiness for a “probe appointment”. Gruss pesbod

  • 987 Cayman s

Hey, just been to the Porsche center with a Cayman S from my buddy, he bought a set of 19″ turbo wheels, and he wanted to buy winter tyres for it, tell him, in the winter there are only 18″ registered…. • Odd pressure loss on a front tyre

Last week, when I picked up the 991.2 turbo (2016 year, checkbook, etc.) from the garage, the tyre pressure loss warning came forward with the indication that the front right (and only there) -0.5 bar was available for the nominal pressure. The car had been standing 3 weeks ago. The control at the gas station showed that the display was correct. I filled up the missing 0.5 bar and since then I have constantly observed the air pressure during the ride via the multifunctional display. last Wednesday and I have since driven about 200 km, highway, city traffic and highway (with max. 200 km/h). Result: No more pressure changes compared to the other tires, i.e. the same cold values and the same pressure increase when driving by 0.2 to 0.3 bar. ? Does anyone have an idea what was / is going on? It is well known that a tire, rim or valve cannot repair itself. I wait until MItte next week (without driving), and if the tire then a In the meantime, I would be grateful for every tip, especially if there is no further change. The rim and tyres are in an optically flawless condition. The summer rims are the original Porsche Turbo wheels (part number 991 044 601 52) and were purchased and assembled together with new tyres at the PZ in spring 2019. In November 2019, the winter bikes came on top and in April 2020 the summer bikes, i.e. those on whose wheel of the pressure compartment All works were carried out in the PZ. Greetings rab2

  • 912 – Start problems

Hi forum, I’ve been having problems with the 912 year 1969 for a long time. It doesn’t matter if the machine was cold or warm. The ignition works, all electrical consumers and lamps work, only when the engine starts up … nothing does. Neither the starter turns, nor moves anything else. However: wait after the first attempt 10 – 15min the car starts, as if nothing had been, then it runs perfectly. After the holiday woll This afternoon I moved him a little bit, he also jumped spontaneously. When driving out of the garage I strangled him unfortunately and since then the symptom described above appears again. Unfortunately, he doesn’t start at all anymore. I pushed him into the garage now, maybe you know something about it. Oh yes, starter and battery are new, I checked the fuses. If there is a little bit of the ignition lock in the suspicion, it is possible that the starter “nothing” And what else does someone know about this small toggle switch (marked) below the lower dashboard (under radio/heating)? Did they think it was an immobilizer, but unfortunately they can’t be started with it either… Thanks Max

  • which 911 models have collector quality

I haven’t followed Porsche for 30 years, I had Targa and then the first SC convertible new, I turned off Porsche in 1983 after in the PZ Wien Liesing the Porsche employees were only envious, mistrustful and after the young Postrche drivers against arrogant, aud today I know they have not even earned pocket money against our income in the 70 and 80s. After several Ferraris,600 S, and SL today I have to put my hat in front of Postrche like the second For me an incentive to acquire some F and G models, already to make my numerous jacks colder. May I ask myself to teach which G and F models I should start collecting, I tend to Targa. With best thanks and a beautiful Easter Monday Mick
