My dream car is a nightmare!!! I don’t know where to start, maybe with what wasn’t broken yet? Purchased in 2009 at the dealer’s first hand 68000km 407 SW 2,0 136hp back then already replaced the first wing joint just before!! Ok I can’t list the repeats by order anymore but here’s the overview: -> 4 new support joints on the front axle in change right and left -> new axle driver side -> new drive shaft because this gives me while driving och war!! ->new cooler -> new clutch -> error exhaust gas (secondary air filter ) -> right now a new servo pump is coming in, and with the brake light switch something is wrong. -> constantly any errors in the display that are mostly not correct… My question am I an isolated case?? To the info of the car has now run in 5 years almost 100000 with us.

Ideal engine oil Peugeot 406 td 1,9
Hello Peugeot municipality, I know, this topic has been dealt with too often but I would still be interested in which engine oil is recommended for a diesel engine older date. I searched the forums and yet the ghosts diverge on this topic. Drive a 1996er 1.9 diesel with 66KW, the engine was overhauled 3 years ago. The consumption is a bit high therefore I would like to know which engine oil I should take at the next oil change. viscous and fully synthetic, or partly synthetic, light running? The crate flaps when the engine is cold and I have heard that the fully synthetic oils can help. So general question: Which engine oil is best suited for a diesel engine with turbocharger from Peugeot older year of construction?

Grate on Peugeot cars?
Hello, would I be interested in what experiences you have with rust with your Peugots? Are the Peugeot cars very stable and well protected against rust? So far I drive Ford Focus BJ 12/2002 – 182 TKm, technically very good car, unfortunately already in some places rust despite service booklet-plepped with corrosion protection control. Have heard so many that it is typical with Ford that the Ford cars rust slightly. Thanks! Greeting Wuffi2009

HILFe!! MOTOR just goes out when I press clutch
Hey you love, I really need your help again. so something like that hasn’t happened to me yet and there’s the water in the interior a bit against it.*g* so you have to say that there has never been anything to do with it. he has only been doing this for a few weeks. slowly but surely I have the snout slowly full with the car … every five minutes something different. so problem is simply when I wanted to drive home today and wanted to start the engine he went on, but it people stopped and the km/h anz the two airbags people were up and when I suddenly wanted to switch down in the locality in the third course the fucking motor went off at once. well, luckily, within the 3 meters there was a bus stop where I rolled in then. I switched off everything and again and then he jumped back on again, but then people didn’t just have the airbag and also battery and that for the oil. so then I wanted to switch into the 2 course because I entered the my luck nobody far and wide before or behind me. then I started again and every time I just wanted to switch down and just pressed the clutch the engine just went off. the whole thing happened to me within 20 minutes. 8 times definitely. for the first time it happened to me about a week ago. the same as described. then it went on until today. who has a advice what that could be. pukes the car slowly but surely. and that after 4 years rest and now suddenly one by one. would like to sell the car, but unfortunately not the money for a new one at the moment. is the problem. I mean I drive to work not so much traffic street, but if I go somewhere else, then they are full and if I imagine I’m just standing there. may not even think about it. lg

[206] Who knows advice about water in the footroom on the passenger side?
Hey dear, I happen to have come to the site here and hope someone can help me here. I’ve had a Peugeot 206 for about 3 years. And I have the problem that in winter, when there is a bit more rain just like the last days, then I have water on the passenger side in the foot area. Was last year so bad that I had a puddle inside. Had it so twice in the workshop, but more than my money got loose unfortunately I did not. And now that it is so cold freeze at least the rests where there are still inside, because I already put the newspaper in, that it is sucked up and is not so bad. And that was just last year exactly around the same time. And now just again. They have already re-set the door and new sealing ring in, but as I said, nothing helped. Someone probably knows a piece of advice.
