I’m back with a question… Did I find it clapping in my tailgate the day before yesterday? So when I opened it, she “shaked” so that I could track the noise… Is there no screw loose? 😉 No seriously? What could that be? Take it apart is unfortunately not possible. And my father kills me if I want to get into the workshop again (see thread wheel bearings) that’s all just been done… ;-D

106er went off while driving, Starter sounds strange…
Moinsen, yesterday morning my mother called me again: “Car is off and it does nothing more.” When I arrived I thought of fuses first and then of the OT-Geber, which I changed last year, but against a used one. When I wanted to start, I noticed the strange sound of the starter. Somehow metallers. But the pack still quite well (1st gear and short start (can you actually take this to the test?) read the 106 jumps). When I then again at the The engine was, smelled like gasoline, so I -for me – excluded the OT-guber. Gasoline pump ratters, cozy as ever, turning at the ignition key. Since the car is towed here only in the afternoon, I wanted to pick up 2-12 tips here, where I can still look. My first plan is to test the ignition coil and if necessary simply change it (but only because I have one here). Oh, what else: after a little reperature (brake rope and both cross handlebars) he arrived. without problems over the Tüv last week – was really proud of the small ^^

Gearbox hooky after coupling change
Hello. I had to install a new clutch on my 106 S1. I also changed the transmission oil. Instead of the original PUG oil I took the same specification (GL5 75W80) from Liqui Moly. Since then the gearbox has been hooked up. Let’s say: The gears can’t be inserted completely, even during the ride. Especially when switching down, they only snapped in when you let the clutch come, which is of course for a corresponding noise background sor gt (“Greeting from the Gertiebe”). Facts: A LUK coupling was built. Clutch separates and closes exemplary. Pedal path is correct. Switching rods is smooth as always. Oil level is right. Gear is sitting together with sleeves cleanly on the block, so nothing tensed. The transmission was evaporated with cleanly sealed holes (sic!), no water penetrated, but I turned it over (without putting it on levers or shafts). Except oil change and Simmerrings (gear input shaft and Ant) nothing else was done. I can’t imagine it could be due to the “wrong” oil. Until yesterday the part switched off without any problem. Does anyone have any idea about this?

peugeot 106 bj 6/96 34ps first bought, has some problems, please help
Hello guys I bought a Peugeot 106 yesterday as a winter car with 45 ps 5.gang (s2). Car drives as far as I know clean ( know zero from ). I think however that he has some problems. 1. Does he really have so little power??? There is hardly anything !!! 2. It starts, but only after about 3-4 seconds. 3. The previous owner said he needs an inspection What should I change everything until he is fresh again? Which oil for example 4.if I go away from the gas then it takes a little until he stops rt. So he’s still in the ga phase when I walk away from the gas. For a few tips I would be grateful Ps: the ZKD I think a little leaky. Around the engine block he sweats a little and there was not enough oil in the car, then I had to refill. After the water I haven’t looked yet
