Boxer 2.2 HDI goes out after a short drive. Last time I had the 3-4 times. He just went out and started again. Then it was over. In the spring the same again, but I had to wait a bit. The fetched ADAC said that the diesel pressure gave a message that he was short too low. In the workshop he went again. There they changed the filters to me prophylactically. Then it was over. Now I have the same again in the fall, only I have to have half a hour. Wait until he likes again. This is quite dangerous in some situations. Who has experienced this before and can give me tips. The workshop thinks that they could change a lot on suspicion and that would be quite expensive…

Reduced attachment and support load of the new versions from the end of 2020 (1900 / 84 kg) – expert opinion!
Hello from Berlin The topic of reduced trailer loads and support loads (1900 kg / 84 kg) of the new four-pieces delivered (from approx.12/2020) and their possible load-up often occurred. I have just talked to an employee of SK Handels GmbH about this. According to her they would be very interested to check a load-up because the “old load-up” for the new deliveries does not work. In order to be able to check a new load-up report there, two i Items required: 1) Copy of the vehicle certificate with registered trailer load (1900 kg) and support load (84 kg) 2) A photo of the type plate of the installed transverse carrier of the trailer coupling. (Not from the ball head!) If someone already owns a delivered specimen with AHK and the reduced loads or knows someone who owns one, it would be great if he or she would contact the SK Handels GmbH once and provide the above data so that the Ko I would like to do it myself, but my delivery date is still in the future. I very much hope that one of you can help. This would help me and the community very much. Dear Greeting! Cosmose of the Berliner

Boxer new car Euro 6 – loud noises from the engine are normal !
Hello Forum’s colleagues, I picked up 160 HP yesterday from my new car – Boxer. Unfortunately, I immediately noticed a loud clapping/rattle from the engine compartment, which is transmitted to the driver’s room and sounds there, as if the interior cladding was loose and clapping constantly. If the bonnet is open, it sounds like a high-touring nailing or as if any metal parts were loose. Today, this at Peugeot has looked at a specialist and said that this with the new Euro 6 engines are normal. I really can’t believe it. That’s my third boxer. Everyone was very bad and loud in quality, but that’s really the crowning thing. I now have a new car that sounds like an old trekker 30 years ago. Thank God. That was definitely my last boxer. Does anyone have the same problem ?

Peugoet Boxer 250 2.2 HDI Cooling liquid in the engine compartment leaked out everything fully and cracked in the exhaust slurry
Hello hope someone knows about it and can help me ?? And we have the following problem with our Peugoet Boxer 3 / 250 / 2.2 HDI 88kW 120 PS Baujar 2010 and box van. We drove a week ago about 1200 kilometers before we left I had oil control again. The workshop had poured about 500 ml of oil and about 1.5 Lieter cooling liquid. However, this on that day also nothing special noticed. Yesterday I wanted to refill disc water The cooling liquid tank was completely empty so I looked at the engine compartment more closely and see, between the engine and the radiator in the middle everything is completely soaked and this really heavy. Unfortunately, I can’t locate where exactly between the engine in the middle and the cooler must have run out or sprayed. So I ask myself what is sitting in the front of the water pump, thermostat? Oil is normal black and no mud sees so from the oil he r normal out. Then I noticed the rear driver side is fitted a hose with a sensor, this is torn. At the crack soot tracks formed. The hose goes in the back top head in the engine. What happened here just finished because we bought the car and have already converted half to the Womo. I attach a photo of the rear torn hose to my post. What is this hose? Thanks to all who can help me ??

Problems Peugeot Boxer 230L 2001
Servus together, we bought a used Peugeot Boxer 230L from 2001 on the weekend. Gradually we noticed a few defects and I don’t really know what to do. On the one hand, the sliding door can only be opened from the inside. The previous owner said that the door handle was changed and since that is so. Does someone have a starting point? Furthermore, the control light for the coolant stand is sporadically lit. Unfortunately, it can be found in the operating line. I’m not sure which coolant needs to be filled up here. Does anyone know which one is needed? Then the vehicle got a new rib belt three months ago, which is now squeaking regularly at the start. Especially at the cold start. Unfortunately, the blower does not work either. There is a maximum of a lukewarm air out, no matter which stage you set. I will take the vehicle to a workshop to check all this out, but I would be happy to have it checked out, of course. he any point that I could possibly clarify in advance. But must say that I am not really gifted technically and handcrafted ??. Would be very grateful about any advice and any help!

Non-localizable cooling water loss Peugeot Boxer 250
Hello Forum members, after our workshop is hard to find, the considerable cooling center loss of our Peugeot Boxer (2.2 HDI 150ps, year 2012…130000km ATM) I hope to find someone here who might have more plan or at least more ideas. Short history: We have found an increased coolant loss with our transporter and then I ordered a print-set (China scrap) and thus pressed off (engine cold). A leak and pressure drop were nic After it was not better, of course, we brought the vehicle into a free workshop, with the hope of repair or solution. Well, first information was that a low CO2 share in the cooling water was to be proven and we were advised to exchange the ZKD. We agreed to this along with additional work. Said (additional) works were: * ZK for X-ray and scheduled grinding skillfully * motor coolers exchanged * climate condensator exchanged * thermostat exchanged * Zig gaskets etc. Total cost incl. work: 4.500 .-€ vehicle is now back and see there…significant cooling water loss still exists! By considerably I mean (a whole balance tank) on 80Km distance. Engine temperature remains at 90° and no smoke (except shortly after cold start). Now I have with said China pressure pressure again (1.3 bar) this time 15 minutes after the engine has reached operating temperature. -> Look there… pressure drops after about 20 minutes around c a. 0,2 bar off. -> Now open the pressure valve and the water will not come back again (printing process started at MAX marking and the water disappeared in the cooling system after I took the pressure out again it only came back to the MIN marking) -> Still no leakage visible…. What was definitely wrong after that is the following: After the print-off process including pressure loss I did a short test drive and had to find out that it was extremely good at first. It seemed to me that the coolant had somehow landed in the exhaust track. Now the good DIng is back in the workshop and the “master” only shakes his head. Therefore I would be grateful for any IDee or solution proposal. I could have had the complete engine repaired at Rudi for the money. Sorry for the long text!

Engine damage Peugeot Boxer Bj 2010
Moin together, I have a problem with my Peugeot Boxer (250 l, 2.2 HDI, 120 HP BJ 2010) & vlt. had someone here already experience with the same. Short to the background: I was on the highway, suddenly the temperature indicator jumps into the maximum, the red lamp lights up and the engine goes into the emergency run. I stopped, the hood opened; nothing. The engine was not exceptionally hot. Cooling water was warm and it was of course pressure on it. After I put the lid a little bit off Fgeschraubt & let everything cool down again. Engine jumped on without any problems, but the temperature indicator went directly back into the red area and emergency run was also inside. The ADAC then brought it to the next workshop. There the car did not start the next day at all. Only with start aid & full throttle it went on but then it also ran more than round. The temperature indicator also went directly up again and the fan jumped immediately. The control unit k They didn’t read out (Cold Soldering point?! I changed the battery the day before. Could a short circuit have been created?) We were then towed to a Peugeot workshop. They looked at this and said something about underpressure in the engine. The start problems could probably be due to defective injection nozzles (these are also wet at the edge) which to check and possibly replace would cost a lot. Especially after that one would not know if the problem would be solved u And it could be that you have to take the engine completely apart. In the end, I was told by the flower that this was an economic total damage. The car was always running perfectly with the mileage of 346,000 km. Oil changes etc. were always made. Now my question: Has anyone ever had experience with similar problems? If so, what was it in the end? Should one repair the control unit first? Would a replacement engine be more worthwhile? The bodywork is top in shot. If someone is on the road in the Bremen room and knows about PN. Thank you in advance.

Reset maintenance display Boxer III 2.2 HDI
Hello, can someone tell me how I can reset my maintenance indicator for my Peugeot Boxer III 2.2 HDI? Currently, the indication “Motor oil change” comes briefly in the indicator when starting the engine and the red oil can blinks about 3-4 times. But an oil change was made about 5000 km ago and the oil level is also i.o., oil indicator in the display shows 5 out of 6 display points. Does one of you know if it has to do with the provision of the maintenance indicator? Hope for answers.

Peugeot Boxer 2012
Hello guys, can someone tell me if this vehicle has a belt or chain? Hsn 3003 AQV bj 2012 peugeot Boxer 185,000 km And it shows a red door as a lamp with the sporadic message (I think it’s connected with gas and brake, thereby shaking the door behind ) “Back door open r Wireless remote control close press, it only flashes a few times very quickly, but does not close. Does that depend on it? I would be happy to answer about it. THANK YOU: I just read a little bit in the net and came across a video that is a green plug. If you remove it, it will be closed. (opening also before) However, the window lifters also run over it. So you put it back in again. Unfortunately, it opens on its own again and closes the door. This is not possible again. If you try to finish : See video : As link in YouTube https://youtube.com/shorts/0qyLbdYLOok?feature=share

(cold) Engine start sounds changed [Peugeot Boxer 3 (250) 2.2 HDi – Diesel]
Good day dear forum, since recently my boxer sounds “unround” when starting in the morning. It “schappert” / “klackert” from the engine room (hearable in the cab and from the outside) at the beginning for a short time when I start the engine. When driving myself I hear nothing more about it. Even if the engine is already warm, this noise no longer comes at the start. The following current scenario: – I am currently in Crete – The car has 101,000km on it – Oil change (incl. filter) was at 90,000 1 year car guarantee (by sale at the dealer) runs until 14.01.2022. -> About this can be saved % with the material, as well as complete personnel costs Question 1: How can I check as a layman whether the noise comes from a loose part or the engine has taken damage? I can pay for the smaller repairs (as well as wear parts) from my own pocket. Question 2: Should an appointment be agreed at a dt. Peugeot specialist workshop before expiry of the guarantee, in order if necessary the Re Question 3: Can the repair by the specialist workshop of Mir as customer be refused if the costs are too high? So only the analysis will be taken over. Question 4: Does jmd know a good Peugeot specialist workshop in the area Swabian Alb? Question 5:Alternatively, a workshop visit in Greece, Albania, Croatia, Italy. Does jmd have experience? Thank you for your help Greetings!
