Turbocharger for my Peugeot 5j RV
Hello dear community, often I have read through here and often it helped me. Now I have a, literally fat problem and I thought I would sign up here to ask if any of you can help me. My family and I bought a camper Peugeot 5j/ built in 1991/ 95 hp/ 70 KW 2.5 td two months ago. We made an appointment at the workshop because we wanted to change the timing belt and brake anew. One day later, we get an appointment at the workshop because we wanted to change the timing belt and brake anew. a call from the workshop. A hose has dissolved during the timing belt change (motor lifted up) and therefore the turbocharger broke when testing. The loose hose probably sucked in something. Now the Womo no longer drives. Now the boss from the workshop is ready to make us 50/50 with the payment. New turbocharger has to come and then just the installation. Now to my question, according to the workshop there is no more our turbocharger that we need. He meant the Wom o we can probably forget now completely. Just in front of the heart stood still and despair we now do not know any more. Do you have an idea where you can get a turbocharger like this or can we really forget our camper completely now? I am very grateful about every answer!

Fuel High Pressure Pump Peugeut Boxer 2.2 HDi Error P0093
Good day, the following problem: Motor Starts after a long organ he can hardly hold the speed, the tank indicator is at 0 while the vehicle runs and after a short time the vehicle strangles. It feels as if at the beginning enough fuel pressure still comes on the injection nozzles but falls down quite quickly and it is not enough for the engine and then runs out. So much for my 3 estimation. Error memory says from P0093 thus large leak in the fuel system. a -So far I have cleaned the fuel filter – Changed the fuel pressure regulator on the rail – Changed the fuel pressure sensor on the rail – Changed the pressure control valve on the high pressure pump – Changed the injection nozzles all but not yet Programmiert since you need a constant running of the engine which is currently not the case. My last guess would be that now the high pressure pump does not build enough pressure. how should I proceed or in the best case a high pressure pump for exchange might be lying around? I would be too thankful for you the vehicle is now unfortunately already there half a year and I just can’t get any further. Thank you in advance.

Peugeot J5 2.Gang scratches / Kracht very strong when switching
Dear community, I hope someone can help me, I’ve been looking for a solution for weeks; while switching from the 1st to the 2nd gear, it’s now crawling at the scraper, as if the clutch hadn’t stepped on. That came up a while ago, but then it was gone again. Now it’s all the time. It comes up as soon as you have a bit faster than step speed and want to move from the 1 to the 2nd. Not underneath. Also not with running engine and then insert the 2nd gear. with the other gears. Also a switch down into the 2nd is not possible, the crash is extreme. Only possible if it really rolls almost only, or. estimated 10km/h “drives” Some say it is the clutch, which I almost want to exclude, because the other gears work. Gear oil I have also replaced, even 2x to get out for safety. Generally it switches more easily afterwards, however, except the 2nd gear. Then they told me it is the synchronous rings of the 2.Gang. And with intermediate gas it should be gone, but it is not. Does anyone have an idea ? many greetings, maze

Ducato Peugeot J5 1993 Suction cup jerks only at partial load
moin, I am at the end with my Latin. My old J5 with suction diesel, 250000km and insane 73hp runs impeccable in idle and full throttle. In local traffic with little gas, he jogs. With the petrol engine I would tap on detonator. At the red traffic light in idle no problems, in the first and second gear also not. In the third or fourth gear it starts. Outside of the place everything is again good. At first it was hardly noticeable, now, after over 1000 km, it is clearly noticeable. And, around it sp There are days when this effect doesn’t occur. And there are days when you think the Womo will stop. But it doesn’t (yet). Unfortunately, the fuel line is opaque, filters and hand pump are new. Wouldn’t air be noticeable in the line at full speed or idle? Does anyone have an idea? Greeting from the North

Partner 1.8 Petrol Speed spins, workshop doesn’t know what to do…
Hello everyone, I have been having a problem with my Peugeot partner for a long time, 1.8 liters of petrol, 90hp, year of construction 99. After you switch off the speed does not fall off, but “remains stuck”. If you are just accelerating, it rises even further, then either stays constantly high or fluctuates something or falls slowly again. That’s different, so it doesn’t get boring… Sometimes there are also phases, because the engine runs constantly on 4000 revolutions. The following was done: after I did a little research myself, I installed another actuator/empty controller, but that didn’t bring any success. So to Peugeot: the harness was measured, no error was found. They then meant that both my old and the newly built motor were defective. So built-in idle controller returned as defective, others installed, the same again. To the highway, it wasn’t on the highway, but on red traffic lights it was a bit embarrassing. The complete throttle valve including the actuator was inserted from a scrap vehicle, again without success. So it does not seem to lie there. The workshop of my trust said that it could also be on the control unit. However, this is not certain and an exchange of the control unit could only pass through Peugeot because of the immobilizer. I myself have still noticed: the high speeds are obviously triggered by the actuator. In a phase when the rotational speed ahl actually dropped to about 1000 cc. I pulled off the plug and went on almost without a controller. Look, the speed was always lowered as fast as it should be. Only the Peugeot runs very modestly when it is cold. Apparently the actuator is incorrectly controlled. Did anyone have a similar problem? Are there other causes of error that could fit? Can the error be circled in any way? I would be very grateful for some tips.

Peugeot 2008 DKR at the Dakar Rally
Buenos Aires – What in the world does Peugeot want with one And then also with the Dakar Rally? All-wheel and desert sand is the name of the couple, which promises success there. But Peugeot sees quite differently, and sends his “2008 DKR” on the basis of the snug City SUV into the desert. – now we see the competition painting for the first time. Peugeot and the caffeine-like financially strong partner Red Bull mean it anyway seriously. That shows only a look at the driver list. Several times, also won 2004, 2005 and 2007 on Mitsubishi as well as 2012 and 2013 on Mini. The third driver is, with VW he won the Dakar 2010. Sainz says: “The tests have shown that the 2008 DKR is very fast. However, a 100% reliability is difficult to realize at such an early stage of the project. The three Dakar full professionals are to show from January 4th: It works, even with pure rear drive. With the series version such a race 2008 has naturally n This also applies to the . At the end of November the team is shipping the service trucks, in December the three racing cars are coming in. Before they are completely rebuilt.

Partner HDI 90 PS battery ????
Hello, fucking cold!!! Yesterday already happened – put in the car and turned the ignition lock – “klag”, no more!! Two second attempts the diesel started and we moved the thing. Even several times turned off and at some point turned on again – NoProblem!! This morning again an attempt – “klag”, no more! Next attempt “klag” ……. So this morning it was never possible to start the box. The neighbour says, if it only makes “kack” then the starter or. the magnetic switch on the starter and therefore I need a new starter, because the thing is firmly attached to it. An acquaintance says that a battery monitoring is installed on the newer cars and even no attempt to turn the starter is started with undervoltage – you can test if you close another car with a bridge cable to it. ALSO: Tested and ……. goes times and can’t do it!!! Now I’m not so sure if it’s done with a new battery although it is clear to me that our partner is already 6 years old and still owns the first battery!!! What do you think about this??? Thank you JBR

Nu he’s gone… (3008 – theft)
The police couldn’t avoid an unbelieving smile (“Who steals a Peugeot…”) and I wasn’t quite sure at first (“Do you know how many people come here all the time who can’t find their car and then again?”). But after a few hours, I gradually remembered all the things that clearly point to the parking lot. In addition, my Google phone shows me exactly all the paths that I could find. What do you do in such a case? The Peugeot 3008 was already very cool. Buy the same car again or is it too boring? But this time rather needed, if possible. How long are the current delivery times for a new 3008?

Boxer 2.2 HDI goes out after a short drive…
Boxer 2.2 HDI goes out after a short drive. Last time I had the 3-4 times. He just went out and started again. Then it was over. In the spring the same again, but I had to wait a bit. The fetched ADAC said that the diesel pressure gave a message that he was short too low. In the workshop he went again. There they changed the filters to me prophylactically. Then it was over. Now I have the same again in the fall, only I have to have half a hour. Wait until he likes again. This is quite dangerous in some situations. Who has experienced this before and can give me tips. The workshop thinks that they could change a lot on suspicion and that would be quite expensive…
