In August 2020, we bought the above-mentioned vehicle. For a few days, two control lamps (gear unit and wrench) have been lit in the cockpit and the message “Check exhaust system” is displayed. In the workshop, we were informed that the message indicates a problem in the exhaust system resulting from the predominantly short-range operation of the vehicle. It was recommended that after the resetting of the fault memory with the vehicle a longer journey on the highway du I am not ready for this procedure, because it can be expected that a new vehicle will be able to operate without interference even in short-distance operation. Is there any experience or solutions to this problem?

Experience with current Renault Traffic
Hello together, we need a new car (6 seats). So far we had the VW Caddy Maxi in focus for this. However, we still fluctuate and have driven the Renault Traffic Probe the last time. You notice here nevertheless strongly the transporter genes, but from the space offer already a different world than a Caddy. I would generally interest your experience with the current traffic. What bothers you and what can be seen with a view of a family car positive. How do you come with the back row of seats right? The benches look very bulky after all. The variable rail system is only available from the space class, can you retrofit it yourself? Is there any experience with the lying area? Can you sleep on it for a longer time? Greeting and thank you

Vivaro (like Trafic II): Second passenger belt stretcher program DDT4All
Hi, if someone knows about DDT4All that would be great. Background is the bright airbag lamp because he lacks the resistance of a belt strapper due to the exchange seat for single seat I would like to solder in a resistance. I already looked in the program and “Airbag” but was not sure how I can switch it now. Furthermore I would like to “day running light”, so in the end the “always-on-extensive light” out. Auto is a Opel Vivaro 2.5DTI 1 35PS EZ 2/2006

**MOTORCYCLES SCENIC 1.6 16V**
Hello At my Megane Scenic 1.6 16V I installed a new timing belt 10 days ago because it was torn.It could not have been a normal timing belt tear because the car has now 170.000km and the belt has come in at 120,000km. When repairing the timing belt tear I have renovated almost everything, because I suspected that this has blocked something so I have renewed everything for safety: timing belts incl. all coils and chip rollers, water pump, After I finished the repair, I started my car. It was running, but it was a little bit that wasn’t the case before. Then I asked myself at a Renault workshop, which probably meant it was the hydropumps. I then completely renewed it, after that it was better again. After the vehicle was finished, I was able to drive my car back into the shop. But after 5 days I stayed in the shop. I already suspected that the timing belt was torn again, but that was not the case. Something has to block in the engine but what. I was too stupid then the search shop and bought me an engine with 70,000km. However, because I was interested in what was broken I screwed down the cylinder head and hit me because the valves hit so often on the piston until there was a hole in the piston and missing with a valve of the plate. For me, place themselves Now you might be able to help me with the following questions: How can it be that the plate is straightened off?Hab thought that the valve somehow got stuck. But valves can’t be built in because of the valve guide. Can it be that maybe it was dirt in the valve guide and that the exhauster was? Why did the car run almost a week after the repair? Could it have been a material error? Would I be happy about your autwort Here’s a picture of the b Exposed pistons

Expand tachographs
Hello together, I know that there was this topic before. But I could not find any answers to it. To my problem: I have been driving a Trafic II for years from 2008. I bought the Fzg. used. Before it was commercially operated with trailers. Therefore it is equipped with an electronic tachograph (1381). I use the Fzg. only privately, therefore the device has no meaning for me. It is also not entered in the papers anywhere. hteil: Time and total kilometer stand are only displayed in this device, not in AI. A few months ago the device stopped its service. Now the next TÜV appointment was, actually no defects however wg. Missing kilometer stand (graving defect) no TÜV. Now I am looking for someone who can reprogram the electronics to operation without tachograph. Renault bricks up pretty much. All dealers say they can’t. Renault Germany takes my A Regional tachograph service refers me to Renault, Renault refers me to the tachograph service. Tacho service in Holland has tried in vain for 4 hours and now refers me back to Renault… Once again to the exact problem: tachographs have now been expanded. Tacho and day-kilometres work. Total kilometers are not displayed in AI. With workshop software the current km stand from the electronics can be read out, So it’s just a specialist in both AI and electronics that has to put a catch on “Operation without tachograph”. I know now that this doesn’t take half an hour at Mercedes. There has to be someone who can do that at Renault. I’m grateful for all the tips. Peter

Crossbar Megane 3 1.5dci 110Ps Switching / Exchange
Moin to everyone, actually my good one should just go to TÜV. The dealership has now said the crossbars are left and right through. – How much is the effort for changing the crossbars? – does someone have a manual if necessary? – What torques do I have to observe when tightening? Best regards Spec

Clio questions!
Hello, it’s still a little early, but you can still inform yourself: I will be in August 18 and need a long-distance car for my training. I will travel about 100km every day, a lot more. Now I swung between Renault Clio, Peugeot 206 and VW Polo. Now the most important question arises, the price! As I got it, you have to pay for a polo with little KM 2000€ more than for an equivalent Clio. L What do you have to pay attention to with a Clio? How many kilometers can I have one of these? What kind of engine should I use, I mainly drive the motorway. Diesel must definitely be it, right? What kind of year of construction? What kind of smart stuff do I have to put down? Many questions, but should be justified for my first car.

How does the cooling circuit ventilate?
Tach municipality! The Clio of my friend (Clio II, 1.2 16 V, year `03) received yesterday a new timing belt and a new water pump. At the pick-up the master said that we should check the cooling liquid level again today, because it has to be aired first and then replenished if necessary! This morning, however, the compensation tank was overcrowded with a cold motor, i.e. the liquid was in the container about 5 cm above the Min mark, so where it actually was should stand in case of a warm engine! Has there not been any venting or is there simply too much cooling fluid in it? Or is there a special procedure for venting the cooling system? Greeting Fly Death

Have a Clio 2 1.4l year of construction 2001 if it is running in the stand the water level at max even if it is running longer if I then let it drive a bit we are 10km then the water level is bagged when it is standing again the water level rises but again does not rise to max but it rises again easily. The days timing belts were replaced with water pump. Could be the water pump leaking I can see so nothing you can see much but what do you think that can be a problem e. MFG
