  • New Grand Scénic Exception with Executive 1.5dCi – Questions about equipment.

    Hello, after 8 months without Grand Scénic I might want to order one again. Since I am very satisfied with my 1.5dCi in the Mégane so far (motorwise), I will order a 1.5dCi in the Grand Scénic if it really comes to that. I don’t need more for the 90% country roads … My dealer managed to make me an offer again, with which I can almost not say no.. But now to my questions, which I can’t get answered in the configurator. : – Are there actually partial leather in the executive? – can you order heavily tinted discs (pages/backs)? They are not in the configurator… do you know what this option costs? – which 16″ rims are in the Exc.Exe 1.5dCi? – can you retrofit the roof gallery later? So, that’s it first… Thank you!

  • Clio A 1.4l. Performance increase/engine tuning

    Hello together! I wanted to ask if someone here has “forgotten” the Clio A 1.4l engine in terms of increased performance? I am not talking here about such an open air filter or the like, but about “real” engine tuning. Is it possible to build a different head, which parts of other engines might fit with what you could achieve, other cracks and exhaust system, maybe the parts of the 1.8 or 1.8er 16V? ect. We nn someone has experience with it, or, also has tips where I might get informations, would be very helpful to me. By the way, I am a car mechanic at a Renault contract workshop, so the supply of original parts is no problem for me. I am grateful for any help! Greetings, Chris

  • Buy a Clio! Pay attention to what?

    Good evening, everyone! I’ve never driven Renault before, but now I got an offer for a Clio: EZ 10/00, 124TKM, 1.2L with 58hp, TÜV/AU 11/07, Schwarz Met., 3 doorrs. ABS, 4xAirbags, aluminium rims, CD, electric window lifter, fog lights, servo, seat heating, immobilizer, ZV with FB, armrest, Aerotwin Hat Alus, WR, 40mm springs, tinted discs and still couple of small things… for 3100€ What do you think of the price-loss ratio? What should you pay attention to when buying, diseases etc. When should the timing belt be changed? As said BIN NEVER RENO DRIVER and therefore have absolutely no idea of the brand/model. Thanks in advance!

  • Trafic 1.9dci has no power

    Hello, the problem is that my Trafic has no power. You have to drive it pretty high-touring at all that happens.   • Master 2 spins only up to 1800 upm

    I changed the clutch with my Master 2 bj. 2008 with G9U650 engine and since then the engine does not turn higher than 1800 upm. After the assembly the engine did not want to start, so OT sensor new, all clear, engine starts. I noticed the speed problem during the test drive. Then I changed the LMM, no change. With my tester I can not get into the depths of the car so I brought the car to the Renault workshop. Except for a broken Brake light switches have found nothing. To safety have changed brake light switches and clutch switches, that car has no errors in the system anymore but the problem is still the same, until 1800 upm runs the car normal, no matter whether in the stationary gas or driving, you get to the 1800 the engine jerks like crazy, but does not go over the 1800. Let go of the gas, it runs normal again. Slowly I am really desperate. I have also thought, since I have the swings It’s a flywheel with 7 holes. I also hung out the wastegate and set it up by hand earlier, but that wasn’t the case.

  • Current circuit plan Renault Clio I BJ1994 ?

    Halllo alle… a friend of mine needs a circuit diagram for his “Renault Clio I” from BauYear 1994… Did someone happen to have something like this with him and can send it by e-mail? He had an original 1.4′ engine in it, but had a 1.6 16V installed… the circuit diagram should not, however, still contain the motors, but rather the about it.   • defective timing belt

    Hello, I need advice! In September 2005 I bought a Clio, EZ 12/95, 135000 km for € 1,600,– with new TÜV/ASU. Before the purchase I had had it looked at by my workshop and the mechanic said that some repairs had to be made for this price, including leaky oil tank, timing belt and water pump changes. These repairs are noted in the purchase contract and were also carried out by its workshop. I realized that the Clio still lost oil, I complained to the dealer and he sent me to another workshop, which then actually repaired the oil pan. Now, good 3 years later, the car simply goes out while driving and nothing went more. My mechanic then informed me that the timing belt is defective (there are countless teeth missing) and the repair costs are no longer in proportion to the vehicle value. The dealer claims that the timing belt has been changed. The Clio has now still 8 months TÜV and my mechanic said that it would have come again at no big cost by the TÜV. Is the dealer not liable for damages and if so, at what height? Thank you in advance and many greetings! P.S.: The Clio now has a km stand of approx. 165,000 and I idiot had in the over 3 years repair costs of approx. € 4000,–!
