  • Megane 1 Phase 2 1.6 16V Urgent assistance request

    Hello forum community I have the following problem. With my Megane 1 Phase 2 5days ago after a noise in the middle of the highway the engine went out. Then let tow away home. No more compression. I bought the same for small money out of need. With this the servo does not work. (Was it not important to me in the first moment) I drove home with it (80km) next day back normal…. on there home into the garage. 15min later entered engine no longer starts. Bzw does not ignite. Also the lighting is from the heat controllers, blowers, and clock. Then I checked by reading here in the forum the fuse box hub of the battery. One of the thin cables is off. Also one sees there relatively much corrosion. Can this be the error.? It is the white cable outside. Can it also be that therefore the servo did not work? Also the climate does not run….ohje problem ü about problem. Tomorrow morning I will get on it. Would be happy to get tips and assistance in the meantime from you. Good night

  • Scenic III as a 175hp diesel?

    Hello, I am currently looking for a car for max 800€, diesel and enough space to sleep in it. I have now come across the Touran 2.0TDI on the Scenics and wanted to see a bit what they cost (purchase, consumption, taxes, insurance, …). I found now one that probably dates back to October 2010, a 2.0 dci FAP I think, with automatic, however 175hp I found nothing of the kind in my research and also Check24 knows this mo What kind of engine can this be and is it recommended at all? The point behind the search is that I plan a European tour (for the first time next year) and would like to see what is in question, since the car is clearly most important here. If you have any other suggestions, I am open to it. I only need space, diesel, reliability and maintenance arm up to 800€ and from about 2005. Thank you for your answers!

    Hello, I drove a Megane Grandtour Z 1.4TCe until November 2015. I now switched to Hyundai i30 Diesel On Monday the car dealership, where I had bought the Meggi, called me and asked if I still had the car. I told you that I had sold the car to Holland.   • Renault Scenic II 1.6 16V goes off after take-off and jerks easily while driving…

    Hello dear MT community, I unfortunately have a problem with my Renault Scenic II 1.6 16V Built. 2005… Since a few days my car doesn’t want to be right, and it goes out right after the start after a few seconds without jerking or twitching again. At first I thought I might have strangled it, but that’s not so, what could be behind it? Recently I changed 3 out of 4 ignition coils and TÜV also got it a week ago. That he not only jerks lightly during the ride (so he runs restless) but that he also lacks some power that he used to have… So if you push on the accelerator pedal he doesn’t go forward as before but behaves as if he is a gear higher and he lacks speed. The problem with going out at the start I got in the grip on my last ride so that I just gave more gas and avoided stopping, so stupid as that too. -> But that can’t be the solution to the problem?!     hello people. bought me a renault senice bj 2003 with 1.6 16v petrol engine engine code K4M 700. in the car the cylinder head was degraded which is not a problem. seals I have everything new as well as screws head is already on it. now my problem. how do I recognize which camshaft the inlet and which is the outlet. have found only mmittig of the camshafts each two “calls” as marking. these are with the two waves with different distance. and another one more question. how do I set the tax times best without special tools? there are any markings I can contact? for helpful tips I would be very grateful.

  • Experience search Start/Stop automatic (Clio IV Grandtour 0.9 TCe 90PS)

    Hello. I’ve had a Clio IV Grandtour TCe 0.9 (90hp) with Start/Stop automatic (http://www.motortests.de/…/tce-90-grandtour-ftId135118 ). Other interesting features in this context: Luxe, “ECO” button, automatic climate control. Unfortunately, the Start/Stop automatic activates very rarely in this constellation: – air cooling off – outdoor temperature > 17°C (when the ECO button is activated it’s not that bad). Since I don’t see how to heat money (sprite), If I don’t really need it (up to 25°C I can handle it that way), I don’t see it to activate the air cooling. But that’s exactly when the start/stop automatic doesn’t work. Now I was friendly. It confirmed the problem and then kept the car there for two days to read out the values and discuss with the higher level. Result: vehicle corresponds to the standard level, is just like that. Explanation: During their test drives the battery had a charge of 79.5% – and only from 8 0% charge turns it off. On my note that after 10 minutes of highway the battery should probably be brim full anyway it is not possible I have learned that the battery had this charge during their entire test drive (79.5%) and highway can not test them (no near). The charge no longer was probably surprising. The battery was tested and found to be good.     Hello, I have an electrical problem with my Clio 3 from 2008. After I came back to the company after 5 days of assembly the battery was empty. After two hours of charging the engine went on somewhat reluctantly but it went on ??. As the dipped light automatically runs out when I opened the door the light switch was switched on when I turned off the car, but I switched off before charging the battery. When the engine was running again the dipped light was on though the scarf It was only by a slight knock on the steering stick/blinker lever that the light could be switched off. During the ride, however, it went on again and again. Especially when I blinked to the left. Then one that I had problems with the windscreen wiper in the rain two weeks ago. It didn’t work on when I pressed the lever down, but only when I pulled it to me and let the washing water run. After a few minutes, I started to use the switch. After that, it didn’t show up again. And meanwhile, the light can be switched on and off again normally but it still happens occasionally on or when I blink and then off again when I tap on the switch or when I switch on and off again. In the forum I didn’t really find anything. I also honestly couldn’t find a real search term for this crazy behavior.

    Evening together, we have the following problem. The ABS sensor on the front axle is defective. Unfortunately, you don’t get a new sensor anywhere.
