  • Timing belt ripped!

    Moin had just had the brakes done at the front and back last month with wheel brake cylinder, wheel bearing, exhaust from medium silencer etc. Now the good piece stands right around the corner at a Renault dealer. He meant for 25 € he screws up the cylinder head and looks at how big the damage is and whether it is worth it for me or financially feasible for me to repair it. He meant with nn bisl luck if only 2 valves or so are broken and he comes to me with the working hours nn bisl then I come to 600 € because I said it more than I can and I don’t want to. Do you think that it was still worth it???? the engine was dry before and the car looks very good inside as if outside, has just driven an older lady who was born 1938 before ;D

  • New Renault Clio GT

    With the facelift of the new Clio the new Clio GT comes. I have a few questions or comments about it. The engine of the GT is from the Twingo RS, but in the Clio it produces 5 hp more wine and also the max. torque is a little smaller. How can that be? Originally I wanted to buy just this Twingo RS, but the missing 6th gear and the resulting noise level I found now not so sparkling. Now comes above the 6th gear with the same engine and I am quite at 180 ;-). After long years of reason with 2 Polos with the smallest engine and nem Passat from 2001 with the smallest diesel I finally want a car, which offers only driving fun. The Clio is still a compromise with more space and even the 6th gear. I don’t have to chase every day a raceme with 180 over the highway. I also find it horny, with the car with 130 in the 6th gear over the track to cruise. But it’s great, if you can drive quickly. What do you think that there is more fun for the car?

    Tach@all has made an encounter of the “comic” kind with beinem dealer… To the car: Clio Sport 197 PS, Bj mitte 2007 and has run exactly 50000Km… I had an offer about the “due” inspection made last week (1 times a year or all 20000Km) and see there, limp 616,72€ incl. tax at the RENAULTHÄNDLER on site Here is to be done then the inspection (with 1.6h = 152€) including Lufi, Pollenfi (in and out is also extra calculated = 16,70€) + brake fluid change + climate maintenance (for whatever but also mostly written down = 112€) … It is even the disposal of oil filter, air filter + pollen filter extra calculated (infin. 1,66€) The guys want to pay 125€ for a good brake fluid change even the dismantling of the underfloor clothing has to be calculated (in g. 8.30€) they extra The material is included with 172,12€ + few EUR small material. Now they have to pay for this exciting amount of rest or have to make a good call here.

  • Vehicle spec.E set for trailer coupling Clio A

    Hello dear Cliogemeinde ! Someone might have an idea where I get a vehicle specific for my little one ?? E-set for the trailer coupling.     Hello,to all Renault drivers! Have already asked in the Biospritforum,whether there are other Renault drivers who test in self-test / try,Ethanol in admixture,or even 85%. In the Biospritforum there are probably only those who drive Turbo,or other rockets,no small cars like the Clio A,Bsp.W. Test now with my old Clio,since last October Ethanol,in initially 30%! Today at 70% and my little one shows no signs of complaints,except that I had to change the fuel filter,he was completely DICHT ! Would I be happy if the one or other, purpose exchange of experience would report. Please do not refer to the Biospritforum, because there are only drivers with big, thick engines. Turbos,usw.   • Espace IV tyres left behind

  • Suddenly no more gas

    Hello, I would like to ask you a question about my car Renault Espace built in 2004 (2.0 l diesel 173 hp) Fing suddenly would not be able to accept any more gas. Even if I completely penetrated the gas pedal, the rev indicator between 1250 and 1500 rpm is not going on. Panner helpers from the ADAC could not hold up. Then the vehicle was towed from the ADAC to the workshop. There was a new diesel filter installed but the problem remained. The next days sol l the vehicle will be taken home to me.   • Spare part 497203803R wanted for power steering because Renault is not able to supply Espace IV JK1L

    Hello Espace friend or spare parts dealer Renault is not able to deliver in a few weeks, maybe Renault needs several months or years to deliver this part. My Espace IV JK1L is not ready to drive without oil in the power steering. the last Espace IV was built in 2015 and now 9 years later: no parts available anymore? Maybe you sell the part 497203803R ?   • 3.0 dci 181 hp 2007: DF 956 test injection, air deficiency

    Hey, who can help me? I have an Espace 3.0 dci 181 hp from 2007 with the p9x715 , I have constantly check the error message injection and read out when error is said , ” Air deficiency in the intake circuit , difference of difference loop ” error code DF 956 with emergency running program The error comes only at low speed and speed so between 30 and 60 km/h.
