  • Gear damage?

    After about 130 000 from 70 KM of howling running noises occur from the Gertiebe.After detailed examination I found that the shaft seal from the transmission housing lies on the shaft.The transmission shows no leaks to see .no oil loss. I close on oil deficiency in the transmission. Perhaps already from the manufacturer. Otherwise the transmission switches and works perfectly. The question is the secondary bearing or the bearing passenger side maybe still ok? Is there experience In one week it goes to the workshop after Renault.that are abzocker. Sell spare parts with 200% surcharge. I insist first on inserting the shaft seal .oil change of the transmission. By the way, nothing of it is in the maintenance book. What kind of a transmission is installed PF 6 ? Would be grateful for hints.

  • ABS responds

    Hello, I have a problem with my 2016 Trafic. When I drive to a junction and brake off, the ABS speaks shortly before the stop. Especially often it happens when the front wheels are hit or it is wet outside. Does anyone know about you the problem?   • New brake discs from Brembo grinding while driving

    I just invested 1000€ in my modest car with new brake discs and pads from Brembo. Now I hear a grinding scrubbing in the back when driving when I brake it away. The Mech tells me that this is only the first layer on the disc that needs to be removed. That’s 3 days ago, it’s still there. Do I have to worry? Should I do a few full brakes of 150km/h?

  • Door lock of driver door rotates round, opening and closing from outside is no longer possible. No ZV

    Since today, the lock in the driver’s door rotates around in my 2003 he Kangoo. I don’t have a ZV. door can still be opened and closed from the inside via the passenger’s side. I dismantled the door panel but can’t dismantle the door handle. Presumably I first have to remove the window guide links to get to the left screw from the door handle. Recognizable from the outside is a 10 wrench screw. And a totally rusty torx screw. I need a new locking cylinder or you can still fix it with single parts. I still have a door handle with locking cylinder from the rear wing door.

  • Alternative for fast and comfortable travel

    Is the Master as a combined version in full equipment automatic, leather, Navi, swivel seats with table, air conditioning automatic with 170 hp diesel engine a superior alternative for fast long distance rides to a limousine? Does someone have such a vehicle for private purposes? I’m not a friend impractical he SUV. High weight, huge and yet no space! What is the quality look, the haptic, the driving behavior at higher speeds (180 – 200 km)h. Can anyone give relevant advice? I looked at VW T6 Multivan and Mercedes V 300 times.   • Speed sensor Renault Kangoo Express D55: where is it located?

    One of my colleagues recently bought a Renault Kangoo Express D55 (first series, 1.9 liters diesel without turbocharger). Now I wanted to take care of the problem today and cleaned the left side because I can’t get to the right side because the windscreen wipers have been jammed or have been screwed to hard but I remove that. moren with a puller. Now the first question the Megane has no processes with a hose but it is enough if I remove the mud (left side with battery I found nothing and therefore only removed the mud which then partly fell by itself on the ground. Now my real problem the blower goes only from level 5. I guess it is the resistance now I don’t know where it is on the Internet already looked through everything and from under the battery, behind the r center console, under the amature board on the left side in the blower box everything found. It is like said a 1.6l megane from December 1997 with air conditioning 6 stufig. If you need to know more please write. What does this resistance look like?   • Complicated combination of electrical problems

    Hello, my name is Anja and I am 37 years.. I drive a Renault Scenic BJ2001. Some time ago my daughter played around on the radio. Immediately after that the ventilation, air conditioning, windscreen heating at the front and the heating did not work. The display where the temperature etc was displayed no longer lights up. BUT when I blink to the right, the display lights up. The window heating at the back works. The switch is right outside of the others… If I have the light turned on I hope you understand what I mean. I was in two workshops. One thought, without looking at it, that the control unit was broken. That would be too expensive and would not be worth it any more. The other said that it would take too long for everything to be screwed apart in the front to see where the short circuit is. Do you have an idea ?? And you see a connection that My daughter was playing on the radio before that?
