Moin-Moin in the Trafic II municipality, I have been driving an L1H1 dci-140 box since 09/2004. KM-Stand meanwhile: approx. 136,500 For some time I hear noises on the front axle from about 50 km/h. My friend is a bit difficult with the “fix himself” concerning the side. But he is sure that it probably comes from a wheel bearing! Now the question of like-minded: Does anyone have experience with wheel bearings/ hubs noises/repairs on the Trafic, Primastar or Vivaro? My observations: It’s starting at 50 KM/h, getting louder in right-hand curves than in straight or left-hand curves. I suspect the left side, as it is loaded more weight-wise with right-hand curves! What do you mean? And can I keep driving still? When is it slowing down? Overheating of the bearing. Would I be very pleased about your hints! MfG. jd.satman

Switching CLIO II passing beam NOT POSSIBLE
Hello, and apologize in advance if I have lost my way into your forum as a MB driver. Nevertheless: I only wanted to change the H7 bulb on a R-Clio II. Had to surrender after half an hour because Renault can’t guarantee the accessibility of the lamp. Moreover, the lamp socket (the lamp doesn’t have to be clipped, but is encapsulated by a quarter of a revolution) is absolutely impossible. Tomorrow I will turn to Autodoof, who sometimes like this. I am supposed to look at simple things like changing a “dirty light bulb” on the vehicles. I find something so absolutely impossible, you imagine, the light falls out at night on the highway and you have to get a mechanic to change the thing…..

Clio Grandtour IV; Mobility guarantee during the new car warranty
Hello, my Clio Grandtour is EZ 30.08.2016, so I have a new car warranty. In addition, I have a Renault Plus warranty for 3 years. Today, as part of the maintenance A after 8000 km, I have received a section for the extension of the mobility guarantee by 1 more year for my service booklet. In addition, the invoice stated: “Mobility guarantee 12 months 17 EUR ” That surprised me very much, because on the homepage of Renault it says: Mobility guarantee With If you want to keep us mobile After the new car warranty has expired, you can carry out maintenance at a Renault partner in Germany, you will receive a new mobility guarantee, which is valid until the next maintenance. This way you can secure a vehicle life with mobility guarantees. With the Renault mobility guarantee, you can trust in the pan-European performance of the Renault Assistance. It helps you immediately and organizes, among other things, breakdowns. The mobility guarantee does not involve additional costs. I take this explanation from Renault: New car guarantee includes the mobility guarantee; the mobility guarantee costs nothing. 2. Questions from me: is the mobility guarantee included in the new car guarantee? is the dealer entitled to charge me for the mobility guarantee an amount? what is the mobility guarantee after the new car? ngaranti, if you have a Renault Plus guarantee? Where can I read the conditions in detail? Thanks and greetings

Clio RS, Leasing, what’s the cost?
As a former Clio driver (but it’s been years since Clio B 1.6 16v) and the urge to let some fun factor ride along again, there is a Clio RS in the focus. Forward braking time should be limited, 2J ahre. Driving performance is at best 10-15000 km per year, rather less. Leasing offer is available, fits everything. Nevertheless, I still have a few open points for myself – Welch e current costs should be planned as a driver of a Clio RS ETWA every year? Refuelling and changing oil out of the way. Is the inspection yearly or every 2 years? Which winter bikes can be taken in good conscience? Storage and removal is no problem, because we have someone. How long does the summer tyres installed during delivery last with you on average? With which driving method? Is there also “recommendations” Does anyone have a approximate house number at the delivery time? No one can answer me g erade. Leasing agent estimates 3-5 months thanks!

Reliability Trafic
Hello all, I’m just thinking about buying a Trafic. Has come to the short choice because of and especially because of the place. I compared the Trafic with a VW bus but VW comes because of the price rather into the second choice. Now I have heard again and again Renault is unreliable ect you can then not sell the thing anymore because of the value loss etc…. I just need a few experience values of people who are traveling with the Trafic in everyday life and wi I would simply like to be informed of unbiased experiences. Who time pleasure and mood has me a few short lines to write, yes I would be very grateful for the help.

Kangoo 99 1.4l does not start after 5 days of service life
I don’t know what to do anymore. Short to the problem: Renault Kangoo just bought it the other day, wanted to rebuild it to transport scooters in it. Vehicle was supposedly running smoothly. Since the day before yesterday it no longer starts. Both keys tried out. Nix. Red lock lamp also goes off, shortly after switching on the ignition. So no mistake. My brother drives nen Twingo. After a tip from the forum I changed the OT-Geber, so from the Twingo into my Kangoo and around Nix. Twingo runs with both OT-donors and the Kangoo with none. Of course also cleaned plugs. Start pilot during the start process also did not bring any success. Also press the CRASH switch, did not bring anything. Bridging of course also not. Also checked all fuses… I unscrewed the spark plug on the first cylinder, plugged it in and held it against the cylinder. Then started, But he DOESN’T TELL!!! I don’t know if he gets fuel, but without ignition it works anyway. Does anyone have a COUNCIL??? Thank you

Timing belts
Hello everyone, have a question to the experts here in the forum. We have a Trafic, a real cargo ash. As it is our first delivery van, we are of course not so well versed. Our local workshop has taken over the maintenance. We did not know (ash about our head) that after 120000 km you have to change the timing belt. The workshop has always checked diligently RENAULT – WARDING in the booklet, so we assumed that the Trafic was properly maintained rde. Unfortunately, the workshop never made a change of timing belt, so that it is torn shortly before the lease return with all the consequences that affect the engine. Now the workshop blames us for this, because we never ordered this change. Now our question: doesn’t the workshop actually have to ensure that the car is properly guided through the inspection, especially since the execution of the RENAULT – WARTUNG has always been nicely confirmed? To your answer we are curious and thank you in advance. Versoline

Kango Kc01 Year 2005 Delfi engine control unit
Moin guys, I have a big problem with my Kangoo, the engine control unit has been broken for 2 weeks and is standing here at the local workshop in the yard. I am supposed to order my own parts because the workshop does not buy used parts bla bla and new ones would be simply too expensive and is not worth it any more. And now find a good solution to make the vehicle driveable again. I was told I need the engine control unit The box for the immobilizer and at least 1en Keys. Well, there are enough spare parts apparently, however, the key number doesn’t fit or there are not all needed parts with it. Now I’m quite frustrated here and I don’t get any further AND I’m not mobile. Can anyone help me with a possible good solution and possibly another idea? And all this because of a coffee… The number required is: 8200331477 (Delfi) Thank you

Electrical problems GJK – (almost) nothing goes more: AI, indicator, taillight,… – Cause? Manual?
In the context of retrofitting AHK I “deleted” the GJK: Electrical is not sooo heavy (for this I also had a company letter). When determining the wires on the rear lights I noticed that the rear light is not working on the left side and no electricity is coming. Checking the –super achievable – fuses in the engine compartment resulted in a defective 7.5er, which I replaced. Previously in the engine compartment the small ones tested without defective. When pulling the dashboard fuses with pointed tongs there was once a short time a with the plastic gripper you can’t really pull the small fuses, because you have to squeeze them down (with other cars it wasn’t necessary) The problem is now: there’s almost nothing left. Motor starts, but AI doesn’t work – everything is dark (even no tacho); no blinker, interior light, tail light etc. The alarm light is shining – but turn signals don’t work. With the electric AHK I come so naturally nic I didn’t trust myself on the road either. I checked: again all the fuses in the engine compartment (also the big ones); almost all small ones in the dashboard; disconnecting battery (helped with the Zafira more often). Condition unchanged. Operating instructions unfortunately there was no one. Which relays or other/hidden fuses could it still be? Closing is not possible. LED lights on FB. Rear flap is then closed. Doors but not. Windscreen wiper works. Ignition does not work. 20th fuse between the front seats is intact. What is striking is that you try to turn on the ignition (do not leave it on), a LED lights up in the AI. Between kmh display and nav display; just above the center of the speed numbers. If you then let on, the LED lights up. If you start without starting the ignition beforehand, the LED does not light up. When trying to ignition, you can hear a noise from the engine compartment. Even longer battery disconnection does not change anything. If you pull the right small 30A fuse in the engine compartment, it goes off (in the direction of travel the left of the two 30A fuses). What is the fuse for? Isn’t the manual as pdf? At Renault, I find only that of the model V – with other functions in the fuse box. At times, a buzz in the engine compartment was detectable.
