Hello I have to separate myself from my Astra for family reasons and need a bigger car. I now have a Renault Espace 3(I believe) from ez.2007 with 2.0 dci Motor 173PS. With alcantara leather, a lot snap, climate automatic… the car drives well and it also works everything. It has 150tkm and is supposed to cost about 600€. Are there negative things that are known about the engine, or you can recommend the motor. Don’t really know me at Renault. and does not want to make any mispurchasing. Greetings Holger

Experience with TCe 200 gasoline engine in the new Espace 5?
Hello, we are about to buy a family car. 4 people, 2 of them small children. The car must have some steam and should be a gasoline engine. Euro 6 is mandatory. So far in the race: Ford Mondeo tournament or S-Max with 240 hp. Ford Focus ST tournament with 250 hp. Each of 2L displacement. The Focus RS Hatchback is still in my head, but would probably be a little too small for the family. The Renault Espace V would be an alternative, but I’m scared of the 1.6 L engine. I am afraid that such a small engine in a 1.7 ton car would be tormented. The car would be driven mostly by my wife on short distance, but for holiday trips then also Papi can drive and he wants to give some gas. The new car really should be (almost) new and at the price more at the level of the Mondeo. The Espace would be about 10,000 Eur more expensive in the street price, but I would do that to the necessity, I would like to know if there is someone here who would also like to drive a little faster and owns the Espace 200 gasoline. Espace 3.0 cdi: Where is my radio?
Sorry if the question sounds a bit strange. My car has a radio, I have already found the CD changer behind the panel to the left, it says “Alpina”. It also works all the input options on the satellite and the display on the dashboard. Only: At all the installation locations specified in the description “Auditorium”, i.e. neither behind a glove compartment flap, nor under the passenger seat, is a device installed. I ask because I have some settings In my search I found a “empty” plug and an obviously intended place for the installation of a device behind the “room” for the tool, i.e. at the rear right, from the fixing point for the tool holder to the outside. Hello, In the general purchase consultation I was advised to ask again here, so excuse the double post! After a long time back and forth I finally found a model which meets our requirements. Family with two children, we travel a lot and I absolutely need a car with single seats in the back (travel with double bass/baggy) and enough trunk. About Grand scenic (too small), berlingo (too short) I have now come to the Grand Espace. Lots of space, very variable with d Our budget is around 1200€, equipment relatively no matter. I am looking for a 2l diesel of the last generation from 2011-2014. I would have found here an offer, which is at first glance relatively expensive, but for that a lot of things were done and it is probably in a very good condition. According to dealer: New brakes front/back, battery, track rods, joints, electronics stuff… 1.Hand, leasing back. What do you think of this offer? Timing belt change Megane Scenic 1.6 16V
Hello together I am about to change the timing belt on a Megane Scenic. Unfortunately I don’t know much about this vehicle. I attached a photo of the vehicle license. With our Renault Espace 2l 16v with F4R engine I have changed the timing belt including phase slider several times already. I made the special tool for it myself. The question is: Do I need another special tool for the Scenic again and does someone want to change it?

Repairs in measure Megane 3
Moin! I bought a Megane 3 1,5dci Bj 2015 quite exactly one year ago with just under 53tkm. Since January the following had to be renewed: -Battery(according to the friendly one this is now the one that lasts only 4 years) -Gas valve -Brakes -Air conditioning had to be filled up because empty Now was opened to me that the shock absorbers are already through! In addition, the radio spins constantly and the rear passenger disc clatters(some times were friendly but to heu no improvement despite updates) Current driving performance 82tkm. Vehicle was driven 3 years by a retired woman and for a year by me.I only drive the federal road therefore I wonder about the shock absorbers.Do you find the mass of defects normal for the age??

electr. window driver side does not work
Hello together. I have been the owner of a used Renault Megane I built in 1999. I am very satisfied with the car and now I want to dedicate myself to the defects that I have taken over in the sense. And indeed the electric window does not work on the driver’s side. I have read that in harmless cases it might only be the switch or that the contacts could be messed up, in the worst case the complete unit?!?! I have on the Internet now search for appropriate instructions, because I wanted to check first if the contacts on the switch/cable could be fault. Unfortunately I can not get very far. I can only check out the storage as in picture 1 and then pull off the corresponding cables (picture 2/3). After that you should actually be able to push out the two switches?!?! But with me the switches unfortunately are bomb-proof. The red switch (picture 2) is for the switch of the driver side and the brown plug it for the switch for the passenger side (this switch works by the way). Did I do anything wrong with the dismantling??? Does it matter that the red plug is only 4-pin and the brown 6-pin? Unfortunately, I have no schematics or any manual. I also lack suitable tools to measure currents or similar. However, I have already provided myself with a can of WD-40, in the hope that it will help me with the problem. I hope her k Can help me. Servus, I am in possession of a Mégane Coach Coupé from the year 98 and in September or with tolerance December I no longer get a pickerl. Since I actually want a small car, I really wanted to wait for the Clio V; I would like to have its safety systems like the automatic brake assistant. The Clio IV does not really agree with me qualitatively either and seems rather outdated to me, which is why it would have to be the case, since the comfort is closer to the Mégane, which is very close to me. now I have – in my opinion – a great offer for a used Mégane Intens 07/2016 TCE 100, with – 30,000 km – Park-Premium package – just made service – 7 years used car guarantee at a dealer around 13,90€. As far as I know, this version has no emergency brake assistant and you can not retrofit it either. (?) What would you do in my place – wait for or hit the probably much more expensive Clio? I actually only need one Small cars, but cost-wise this shouldn’t be so intelligent in this case, I would say (?). At the Clio I would also take 100 hp, which is why the fixed costs should be about the same, right? Thanks already!

Renault Scenic II bj 2004 (diesel) Injection nozzle change, injection defective,repair
Hello dear ones, as a silent reader I have to ask a question today, because I have a big problem with my Renault Scenic II (JM) Built 2004 101ps diesel. I am now desperate to ask for a permanent workshop. I have now been in possession of this car for almost one and half years (kilometer number 140,000) and for a year the car spins like crazy. At first the blower engine was over, I had it installed for a whopping 900 euros. After some time the car suddenly showed error messages, first check injection, then injection defective. After the first change of a gland (mistake was again after several weeks), two months ago, the remaining ones would be replaced, except one that was still in great fire. After not once a month the same error came again, that the workshop told me that now the last injection nozzle caused problems. So the, the last Einspri tzdüse on this Wednesday. Now I had hoped that it was quiet with the car for the time being. However, it was today during the ride (after 20 km driving) that the car went out several times (without jerking). Then had to press the start button again and then the car jumped easily. On a turn the car indicated “STOP” and came back with the error message “Check injection / fail, this was about a second on the display and disappeared again. Meanwhile I’m really getting on my nerves, because the fun is not exactly cheap! And I have to say that since then I have never had such a car that had so many problems. I noticed that the car also likes to go out (not always) with a gyro. A week ago (we wanted to go on vacation) while on the way to the petrol station suddenly battery charge was defective or similar, also with a thick STOP and signal tone. This showed However, only one time and roof is not again. Maybe someone can help me or maybe already had the same problems with the car, because I slowly despair and regret this ever more chance and repertures to afford.
