  • Renault Clio Campus 1.2 LPG

    Good evening, would you buy a car with a new TÜV and good technical condition (my well-known, a car master tested the car) without a test drive? The car could only be driven on the property of the seller. The price is 2500 euros, the car has 3 previous owners,TÜV until 03/2019,1.2 liters engine with 58 hp + gas system (whether retrofitted or before the factory is unknown to me).The year of construction is 2009 and the car has 131000km on the speedometer. I also wanted to ask if such a Clio is recommended or robust. I’m sorry about the possibly incompatible presentation of the problem, am very rarely active here or actually new. Hope you can help me. I am very grateful for every answer!

  • Clutch defective?

    Hallows together… sooo, I have a little problem with my little one again. And I was on the road today in the nice weather and made a nice movie… (see website ) I shot my little one in the stand on approx. 5000 revolutions. At this speed there was suddenly a jerk, as if you had let the clutch come and it stank! (You know certainly all this funny clutch mic) Although I had completely kicked the pedal!!! Then I got the G And there it was. No jerking and no smell! I guess hangs together with the clutch pedal! What can it be? Doesn’t seem to separate properly! Maybe one of you has an idea before I go to the workshop. Greetings Björn

  • Help my Clio no longer wants to :((

    Hello people my first post hir. So I have volgendes problem. when I wanted to start about an hour ago from work I as always have my ignition key in my Clio gestured and wanted to start it. Unfortunately, it did not work, he just doesn’t want to jump on anymore. If I want to ignition I hear nothing, so the car doesn’t even try to jump on I only hear the battery hum when I try to ignition. He sprung in the 2nd. I am at home and tried again a few times to ignite , nix *heul* !! Only Battarie hums. Hope is nothing serious first I have to go back to work in the morning and 2nd I would not have the money to drive in the factory at the moment. Vieleicht can help me from you , weehe super !!! ))) Ahja haben nen clio bj92 with 55 HP *gg* Gruss

  • Chiptuning at Reichhard

    Hello together ! Who of you did a chip tuning at Reichhard Motorsport (submit control unit)? I would like to send my control unit to Reichhard. Can they get the best out without my car on the test bench at all? Not every engine has exactly the same power. Is that a good idea to send the control unit? Or should I rather spend a little more, and bring the whole car right into the garage? Ps I know Edgar g+g Motorsport 🙂 I’d do it in Switzerland anyway.

  • Oil cooler + transmission

    I have read here in the motor talk many times, that one should get still another oil cooler with the “tuning”. Is this meant with you in Germany where one drives for a long time at high speed and therefore high-tury? Suppose one drives only between the limit, then an oil cooler is necessary, but clearly it would not cost. Another thing.   • Renault Clio jerks after cold start

    Hello! I have a Renault Clio with the following data (acc. to vehicle registration): Key numbers: 1) 010214 2) 3004 3) 667010 After about 1 km the box runs quiet again. My mother had the problem already about 3-4 years ago. After a workshop stay the problem was no longer there. However, I can no longer find out what was done at the car at the time. I had brought the car to the workshop only before the end of September because of these problems, until they occurred again yesterday. In the workshop the spark plugs, distributor cap and then even the ignition coil were renewed. The reason why the car didn’t sprung up at all was because it had no problems with a new coil, which is why I agreed to the replacement. But it couldn’t have been that. Could it be the fuel filter? It wasn’t changed! Or the injection system? I would be very grateful for any tips or help. Tilman.

  • Sound of the Clio Sport 2.0 16V

    Hi there, I have a question about the sound of the Clio Renault Sport 2.0 16V (B Phase 2). Last night a Clio Sport passed me slowly, which is very rare in my area or does not occur at all. When the driver pressed briefly on the gas pedal a super crisp and loud sound sound sounded in a pleasant volume. There some have to be around their GTIs, VR6 etc. for quite a long time until they have such a “composed” sound. But he had no sports exhaust or so Some modifications that you could see at first sight. From the outside everything original as you can buy it. Is this sound “standard” in this car, maybe he had a different air filter or something in it?     Hello…. as an old vw-narr I need your help…. My girlfriend had her clio scrapped and now finally the insurance has to pay…. Then someone else is due…. It should be clio up to 1000€… (Can also be a different car…but that’s first choice) I would like to help her with something nice like e.g. a GT special at vw o.ä…. But don’t know me at renault at all…understandably wa??? What do you get for the money… Where are the “standa” rtmacken” which you have to look at especially… And what are special models for which it is worth looking for??? And please it must not be williams!! Max 90PS..because of the insurance… And I am open to other brands…but my cars remain vw ́s…so no brand/type discussion please…. I just want to find a nice well-kept reliable clio for my girlfriend…which is absolutely no tuningfreak…sad… Thank you already…and a horny season 2004 wish i I don’t…

  • Clio Williams soups oil

    Tach auch… … sorry if I just hang in without a big idea, but I would like to have a problem… … Clio Willams SC, Jg. 1996, 124’000km… My sweetener soups somewhere at the gearbox (?), I guess oil tub seal (if I’m lucky) or Simmering (big bad luck). Am I coming from below? So I have to expand the axle amplifier – or do I have to expand the whole engine block? Either way – at 120’000 the timing belt would be due, which I also like to do at the same time. From below? From above? I haven’t even been able to change the…. V-belts, can it be that I need a Renault special tool for the one stupid screw? Expand the engine? So, would be grateful for answers – pit available, also extend lifting gear to the engine. If someone knows the approximate cost of Simmering, I wouldn’t be angry either. To do myself I appreciate about 2 days of work….

  • Clio ’92 1.4 front brake hoses

    seems to be a very nice forum! maybe you can also help me. after I got the timing belt pressure roller to run again and the valve cover seal was changed, I thought I would do “short” the brake hoses…. …push cake! I can’t get rid of the stupid nuts. am I too stupid? is there a trick, or should I not give up with the nuts and change the lines right away? gruss the bear
