  • No connection to the car for ASU acceptance

    Hello, I was on Monday with my car to the tuv. They could not connect to the car for ASU take-off and said that I should go to the workshop. Today I was at ATU and they could not connect their device either. Now I should drive to the Renault. Has someone an idea what it might be.   • Purchase advice Espace as 2nd car

    Good morning, At the moment I own a Fabia Combi and often fight with the place. We have a son (9 months) who is still sitting in the car seat and this (a reboarder) also needs his place. The trunk is also not exactly the biggest. If my wife is on the road with the little one it just goes out (car Teutonia) however more often on weekends to your parents and also take some with me. Now I am looking for a used Espace I don’t know what I want to spend on the second car, but that’s all I have at the moment.   • Renault Espace IV 2.2dci error AGR +LMM hardly any power from 3000 rpm

    flygti IV ( JK ) Hello, I slowly also despair at my espace 2.2 dci ez 2003 160000km. In slow mountain ride about 70 -80 kmh in 5th gear under load also the injection… error message.Injection defective… read out in the free workshop was AGR and lmm as defective advertised both bought in the inet and let build and after 200 km the same crap. Lmm input signal too low p0100 and AGR also with function malfunctioni my p0400. I don’t know at all how to run in normal…I have zb when I drive a 2 km straight at 2/3 gas at the end 165 on the speedometer but I give full throttle the whole straight then I only come to 142. That’s strange. Furthermore, when I drive full throttle the engine tortures itself from 3000 – 4000 revolutions only so without noticeable power but the 110 kw at 4000 revolutions are given thereby that in the upper speed range almost zero power is switched d he automatic only after eternity high in the next gear…can someone help me ? Renault offered me an appointment in 14 days … that is in my opinion a little very long waiting time. I am grateful for every advice. What can be coked apart from the AGR in itself after the mileage?   • JK 2004 Brake HA right grinds

    Hello all, We have had an old Espace as a truck for two weeks. After a few days I noticed that the rear wheel brake on the right side grinds. At the tyre change I then noticed that the lever for the parking brake does not go back completely. I then tried to make it accessible with WD40. However, he always had a spot where he was stuck.   • Espace 2.2 dci Engine damage at 115,000km

    Hello! Our Espace BJ 2004 has already suffered an engine damage at 115,000km. Our Espace has a soot particulate filter since the beginning of March. At the beginning of April there was a routine oil change. On the journey into the Easter holidays the penultimate week has then suddenly a clacker on the engine. We then continued with 80km/h and at the next exit down from the highway. At first the clacking was quite quiet then became increasingly louder. No warning people pointed to a problem! The man called to help from the next Renault dealer suspected a valve damage. He also noticed that on the engine oil snippet in the engine compartment the wrong engine oil was on it. So none of that is intended for cars with soot particulate filters. But I do not know if cars with which the filter is retrofitted then also need this other engine oil. Then the good man drove away again, because he no spare vehicle that could have stored our holiday luggage, for us and for the next week obviously already had too many orders – and moreover it was already Friday evening! Then we called our Renault dealer in our place of residence, who made the filter installation and the oil change. He offered to bring his Espace demonstration car by us for exchange.     Hello, I just wanted to hear your opinion. I have a Grand Espace 2,2 dci initiale with 150 Ps and 150tkm down. Must say, full workshop picking at the Renault dealer. Every year oil changes, customer service, just everything with cover even in the book (stamp). If the problem I got in the engine a clinking noise, you have heard for months, sounds a bit louder and defective, but my dealer said after a detailed examination, 2 days in the car dealer’s house I should leave it that way, It’s nothing bad, I’m just supposed to watch whether it gets louder or quieter. It’s been 4-5 months now and the noise hasn’t changed. I’m already driving 3 thousand kilometers at the time. It’s going through full and runs normal. What do you think of the statement.     Hello, so I have a huge problem, and that’s what our >Espace doesn’t really want to pull. I’m already wondering what it can be about. So when I start everything completely normal. Only now a week after this visit it was already again and I have to say, I find the workshop stupid. Now I have paid so much for something, what can it still be???
