  • Which winter tyres are recommended for Renault Megane (HSN/TSN 3333/AWD)

Hi together, we bought a Renault Megane (HSN/TSN 3333/AWD) built in 2010, which was previously only driven with summer tyres. We want to use it in winter too, so we are looking for suitable winter tyres incl. rims. Can you make a recommendation for this? Since the Megane is in white/black I would also prefer black rims. I look forward to your tips.

  • Durability of original Renault spark plugs

Hello together ! Have in my Megane 1 ph.2, 1.4/16V convertible from 2001 a good year ago built in new original Renault spark plugs; now, a year later and 30000 km more they were already through. Exposed by restless idleness. I have now Beru in it, which still lay here (naturally intended for this vehicle). Thus it runs again great, however, they are funny not to be tightened as well as the original ones. If you always have the feeling, I can not turn further. , then the thread goes over! ?? With the Renault candles that was not the case; but that only by the way… Renault now actually indicates 60000 km change interval. With only 30000 km this is quite clearly missed, I would say… Have you already experienced this? I ordered now Denso K20TT; let’s see if I can 1. pull the same as the original ones, and 2. whether they last longer then … What do you use for candles in the 1.4 or 1.6er 16V motor ?

  • Which oil for Renault Scenic 1.3 Tce 140 hp

I’m looking for the right engine oil for the Scenic, BJ 2018 1.3 Tce 140PS. Had already ordered oil, but Renault himself says wrong. Although all the other forums say this is the right one: https://www.motoroel100.de/…/?ObjectID=69966027 Which oil is the right one? Everyone says something else… Is it just for puking today with the new cars with this oil jungle… With the crowd it also doesn’t seem to take Renault so exactly, according to data sheet d he car 4.6L Renault says they need 5.2 liters. But I don’t see enough 130,- € plus for the best…

  • Timing belt Interval Renault Megane I 1.6 16V Jg. 2000

Hello municipality What do you think about the specified timing belt intervals of Renault? I would have an offer. A Renault Megane I 1.6 16V Grandtour automatic from 2000 (engine K4M701) with 140’000km and last timing belt change at 115’000km, but 5 years ago. The car is fresh from the MFK (as in the BRD of the TÜV) without defects. Renault indicates an interval of exactly these 5 years. How big is the risk, if we say two years longer. I do so about 15’000km in the yes hr. In two years the next MFK would be due. Please no other comments about the age of the vehicle. It is only about the timing belt in this thread. For tips always grateful Mitch

  • Renault price lists on Renault.de no longer available without address information?

Hello! I’m posting it here because there’s so little going on in the Renault area. Has jmd. been disturbed by the fact that the Renault price lists on Renault.de since the new tablet-compatible website are only available against specification of address data or in particular an e-mail address? Bzw. knows jmd. if http://www.renault-preislisten.de/ is still maintained? If you just want to peek quickly in the context of a discussion what is on the official way since then vinegar and the configurator ha t always works max. suboptimal… cu notting

  • Isofix Scenic 3 (Bj.09) – Problem storage compartment at base station with stand

Hello dear community – I have a problem – LEIDER. I would like to install an Isofix base station with STANDFUSS (for 0-15 months baby) (manufacturer doesn’t really care – preferably Besafe or Maxicosi) on the back bench (position 2 (behind passenger seat) or 4h behind driver seat)). The problem is the stand foot from the Isofix base station — here are on both sides in the Scenic 3 a traffic jam compartment. How can you solve this problem ? – Are there from Renault ZULÄSSIGE wedges that one in the form of the I didn’t find anything about it at all at Renault. Maybe someone had the problem too. Thanks for the feedback

  • Megane 1 BJ 2000 Switch shaft sealer transmission

Hello. My gearbox is leaking. And that’s where the gear lever is screwed on. A shaft goes into the gearbox. Is also a spring around it. I guess there’s a sealing ring in there. Unfortunately, I can’t see it that way. Has anyone ever repaired it? Not that there are parts coming to me when I fix it.

  • Error P0016 after timing belt change, 1.5DCI

Hello, yesterday I had the timing belt changed in a free 1A workshop. Car is running and so it doesn’t really notice anything about the performance. I then plugged in a cheap OBD tester from a edge, which then shows me the error P0016 (position of crankshaft/position of camshaft interaction group 1 sensor A). Before changing the timing belt, the error was not in the memory with the same tester. Now a few questions: Could when changing a mistake has been made and a tooth has skipped, but would it still run normally? Could, if it is only a sensor error, a damage occur and where are the sensors for crankshaft and camshaft with the K9K motor? Thanks already for the help

  • M3 1.5DCI: Fault emission system DTC P0201 & B1231

My Megane 3 yesterday, after 100 meters of full-gas drive, launched the hill up the engine control light. Error exhaust system. I was unable to perceive a change in driving behaviour, gas acceptance, jerking. I was able to read the following 2 codes per OBD2: P0201 – Injection valve cylinder 1 (short circuit/undercalculation in the circuit) B1231 – AGR insufficient flow, probably also indicates external voltage, values are unplausible for the ECU. The troubleshooting tips usually apply to the wire harness/plugs. Possibly alternator overvoltage, air flow meter, or the injector directly. I have first deleted the error and will test again. As said, I felt nothing. No emergency running program etc. And then into the workshop. Do you know the error picture? Do you have any ideas? Maybe the Renault specs like Daswara? Thanks first. I will report a lot. Greetings faleX

  • Replace Scenic I Ph II wheel suspension on the rear axle

Hello Alle zusammen With my Scenic the axle bearings of the rear axle are worn, the TÜV asked me to exchange the next date, that is now 2 years ago. Now I asked my friend and he thought they could not change them, there would have to be a new rear axle (with installation about 2000€). That can’t be, I do not put 2000€ in a 10 year old car, if the defects only cost 100 €, why do you get the parts I mean “how hard can it be”. As far as I know, the whole axis has to be out with the pictures and the difficulty is probably to press it out and the orientation of the new camp. But what must be taken care of and which tool is best. I thank you for every help Nebuchad Have attached a picture to you, is about 2 years old.
