  • Oil loss – sealant? Renault Megane II 1.6 16V Automat Jg. 2006 (K4M813)

    Hello people My engine loses oil right between engine block and gearbox. It’s definitely engine oil, not transmission oil. I wanted to ask if someone has experience with oil removals for sealing. Please don’t “They break the seals” again and so. There are probably people who have already used such things. I would like to read their experience. Since it’s not much (I’ve never had to refill oil), but next TÜV is standing up and you can see that it leaks, I’d like to read about it. my workshop suggested to try it once with an engine oil supplement.     Hello, has had a Renault Megane since the beginning of 2019 (year of construction 2016, 101 Ps). (95000 KM down current) Since mid-2020 I have more and more problems that occur on the vehicle and I don’t know where they come from.     Hello have the following problem. The 3rd and 4th gear could not be switched sometimes. Ball bearings were saved, ran perfectly. I drove 3 hours with a short stop at the gas station. All good. Then I parked on a slope. In addition, it was quite snowy there. Wanted to start after 10 minutes and there was nothing left. The 5th I could get in yet but that was it. Someone then tried to get the lever to idle.   • After battery problem nothing can be charged anymore- battery!

    Well, had problems with the battery, is such a screw head on the poles and that was probably loose. Car went off during the ride, after I had started several times, because it was on the mountain, I let the clutch come in the gear and it also started again, at the next brake the engine went off again. ECU was more than 1 hour off, so resetted. I have charged the battery in the meantime again, but nothing does anymore, no clacking at the start attempt, nic hts. Stands on the road and I can’t crawl around on the ground in the weather. So, starter doesn’t turn, instrument panel lights, code input goes, only when trying to start does absolutely nothing. Somewhere the current flow is interrupted. Can the control unit have gotten one away by repeatedly starting? Is there a certain fuse that could be responsible if yes, which would that be?     Hello everybody, I’ve had a Renault Megane I 1.4 16V for over 2 years! So far I’m really happy with the car. But for a few days the electrical system has been spinning. And that’s when the control lamp for the fog lamp starts to brake. I’m thinking about mass errors. Can anyone tell me where about that? And the rear windscreen wiper suddenly starts when the front windscreen wiper is on and I brake. Then the back will stop running again at some point, no matter where it’s standing. And it runs it I think it’s just because the little pears behind them are defective. And I have a display in the middle of the dashboard which doesn’t show anything.
