The spark plugs are raven black, even really rusty. So it runs much too fat. Now I have looked again into the repair instructions of Renault. And as incredible as it sounds, in the repair book is clearly shown a “additional mixing regulator screw” and also described that the idle speed is set above. Only, it is that the screw is completely missing from my carburetor.The channel is simply open, they have set the stationary gas simply on the gas train.At TÜV here called Bilprovningen this was also not a topic since the CO value with 2.0 complied Can it be that the missing additional mixing regulator screw of the puzzle solution is ? Trafic II – Where does the ABS control unit sit?
Hi together, I try to fix the Trafic (II from 2006 with 2.0 DCI90) from a friend where the speedometer has failed and a speed limit to about 2800rpm. There is no error memory entry over a sensor failure or ABS fault (also no light). In the net I found similar cases where the cable from ABS to the speedometer seems to have a defect – I would like to check that. Where is the ABS ECU in a Trafic 2? I have something from Unterbod or read at the “battery flap”?!? Did you happen to have jmd info where the cable could go from ABS to Tacho in about a long time? Thank you! Kangoo 1.5dci Bj 2006 Motor lamp lights sporadic injection pump?
Hello I have a problem again. For some time now comes the red stop lamp. Only if the engine is warm that car has stood for a few minutes and then you start again. When driving there are no problems. But sometimes if you want to stop at a junction / traffic light and start driving, it takes bad gas and the lamps go on. Cold start extreme difficult + much “heavy” smoke coming out of the exhaust
Good day, ride a Kangoo rapid KC 2004 1.5 Dci. Have the following problems: – start the KALTEN motor sometimes takes about 5 seconds until it finally starts – after cold start it squeals above average much from the exhaust, this smoke remains visible longer – annealing light permanently and does not go out – if you give it cold bit of gas it squeaks out of the engine room (keel strap maybe?) – while steering it also squeaks but always no matter if warm ode r cold what was last done – other battery – new glow plugs – error read out without result – new timing belts for 2 years of course I always glow before it, sometimes 3x before I start it, but does not make any difference whether 1x or 3x since the pre-glallamp never goes out. When it first runs for say about 1-3 minutes in the stand, he squeaks at the gas give no more, does not start so hard and squirms at the start also not so much. what can that be, what can I test like, what s should I exchange? ^^ many thanks in advance

Citan / Kangoo nailes extremely fast
At the same time I would have liked to know your opinion about the following incident. I am recently the owner of a Mercedes Citan 111CDI Built 2016. This vehicle is actually a Renault Kangoo, only with star on it… I bought the car privately and about 30 days after the purchase a navigating noise set in on the vehicle. The car at once sounded like a sewing machine….always while accelerating and under load. The vehicle had a rail break about 1.5 years ago and is therefore On the side of Mercedes everything was then made new … pump , pipes , injection nozzles , rail and the tank was cleaned . Cost approx. 7000 € … Mercedes paid …. Now vehicle brought back to Mercedes , since still warranty is on the parts … and they have installed immediately 4 new injectors , because the return quantity was no longer correct . And then also immediately the fuel filter was changed at my expense and instruction …… I already suspected bad …. Everything was good at handover … engine sounded great again….and I was assured that the Citan now sounds like a Citan….which he also has … but only about 1000 km. Since of course I noticed the price advantage of retreaded tyres and I except for regular table facts like e.g. “there is always the tread” or “the tires are the only connection to the road with an area of not even four DIN A4 sides. My friend’s Kangoo has high-quality winter tires from Goodyear, which we bought a year ago and still have a good 6.5mm profile all around. I’m going to get re-newed Arctic tyres with Conti profile (always cheap at ebay). They cost just about 30,-EUR per piece incl. postage, while last year we had paid for Goodyear 91,-EUR at a tyre dealer here on site (both price If there is interest, I can describe my experiences here at intervals, because we also have to change the cars (…if we have parked each other again).
