  • Change fuel filter (without venting)

    Hello, I’m new here in the forum and now I’m trying to be a screwdriver. Currently I have a Renault Master 2.5 dCi 120 and I want to change the fuel filter. Is it possible to change this Renault series without separate venting as far as possible and all right? In this case, I would change the filter relatively easily and let the engine run 3 x 30 seconds without gas for fuel feed, as advised in the forum? If this is not advisable or would not work and the car does not start, can I then fill in a little diesel in the filter as a starting aid in this Renault series? Thanks already in advance Sabine

  • Check Gas Injection – Renault Master III

    Hello my loved ones I had my gearbox changed and I was then checked the errors gas injection and exhaust system checked. The workshop said that it was because the battery was disconnected and would go away again on the journey home. After more than 300km the errors were still there and I called again. I should have the errors read out and deleted. Today I borrowed an OBD device and said. After a test drive was the Fe Hler exhaust system check disappeared but the error gas injection check appeared again (3x made – just in case).. Error message DF652. Add the pictures. Is the sensor with the voltage 4.75V, which I read out, the correct ? Can this be a mass error and can I do there without pit / lifting platform itself what ? Best regards your Rudi

Just looked and found a hose the leak is where every m tight oil? Diesel? Out has come (see spray wall) The problem had been had by the previous owner. Can the soot and the power loss come from it?     I have problems with my Renault Master II Built 2009 107Kw. At the operating temperature it always goes into the emergency run as soon as I want to switch to the 6th gear and accelerate. Error memory says fuel sensor. I then changed the rail pressure sensor and at the occasion also the totally rusty diesel lines from the diesel pump to the rail and the injection nozzles. But did not succeed with it, because the error comes again and again. The problem tr When I’m driving underboard in the 4th and sometimes also in the 5th gear. If I go off after the cold start and always make sure that he doesn’t run underboard, I can drive several hundred kilometers without problems, just stop in the 6th gear. As soon as the error occurs, he goes back to the emergency run at every opportunity if I don’t watch out. However, I already had real problems with overtaking a truck on the country road. There he is when accelerating next to the truck. I have to turn off the ignition and start again. If it only goes into the emergency run, it will only be enough for a short ignition and again, then the error will be gone. If I keep the engine on track and let the engine run over 2600 revolutions, it will be possible to pull it in every gear up to a good 4000 revolutions without any problems. and in the 5th gear also run at 135 km/h according to the speedometer. With a slight gradient also in the 6th gear, but before slight climbs he goes there immediately into the emergency run. I switch back to the 5th gear before it runs through the mountain.     Hello, I would like to retrofit a trailer coupling on a Trafic 3 year 2019. The car has ESP with trailer stabilization. Does anyone know if the trailer stabilization has to be coded and which electric sets can be used to recognize the ESP trailer? I already asked for it at a Renault workshop, but you didn’t know it exactly. The statement was that if it is necessary, then it will probably be done. Somehow it didn’t make a competent impression. Do I actually get any message from the vehicle if the ESP has recognized the trailer and switched it to a team stabilizer? None of this is in the manual.

    Hello friends, my Kangoo Diesel, 2005 year, which I took over as a discarded vehicle in my company, provides me with great services on a large scale. In short, I am thrilled. For a few days I have unfortunately the following problem: The display in the instrument cluster door lights up constantly. Meanwhile I can rule out that one of the door contacts is defective. I checked the contacts of the driver, passenger, ski and rear door. Iteren can also be heard every time I open one of the four doors and light up when I close the door. My question now is: Since all doors or all door contacts seem to work perfectly, why does the display light up in AI? Are there possibly other contacts? How are the contacts connected to each other?   • Is the car scrap?

    Hello, my ten-year-old Kangoo has recently broken back right the rotary rod. The Renault workshop has (allegedly) made every effort to get the rotary rod out, but without success. Now the whole rear axle has to be replaced; cost point: 2000 €. Since the resale value of the car is not much higher in the repaired condition, however, I shy away from it. On the other hand, it would be a pity for me to have my loyal companion. The workshop has bathed the whole rear axle completely 2 days in rust solution, without having done anything. But maybe you can move the thing with raw force / spanning. Maybe you could also install the rear axle of an otherwise scrapy Kangoo with me. I don’t trust myself, though. Is there someone in Berlin who does something like this? Where can I get a spare part dispenser? Is such a transplant even meaningfully ll?
