Hello! I’d like to buy the new seat ibiza soon. Only I don’t know which engine yet?! either the 105 ps diesel or the 85 ps petroler? drive a maximum of 20,000 KM in the year. About half of that car. I’m actually so the gasoline friend.. moreover, with me (Austria) the sprit currently costs equally much. and I heard that on the highway the consumption of both engines differs only by 1 liter, so diesel 1l more than gasoline. how does the ibiza travel with the two engines? motors so?? lg christoph

My seat has now 105,000 km on it I once heard that you have to change the timing belt at the time, the previous owner is almost 100 percent sure that he has done this already at 75,000 km so it would not be necessary. Unfortunately he has no more invoice and therefore does not know exactly whether the timing belt was changed ( don’t ask me how you can not know exactly, so he told me, understand It doesn’t either). So if you want to ask questions, there is some way to see if the timing belt has to be changed or should I have it changed now. But if that’s true of the previous owner, he was changed at 75,000 km about 4 years ago. And as thick as I did as a student, I didn’t have the money to make it fun. Hope you can help me. Question: Does that make sense or otherwise: Can I count on many offers? Bringing the e-mail addresses of the dealers together goes quite smoothly. Hello dear Motor Talk members, I need your help. At our Seat Alhambra (7593/AFJ) a coolant tube is rusted through and the car loses coolant liquid (currently not much, about 200ml/month). I wanted to renew the part and was already 2 (!) times in the Seat car house and they could not find the part in their system with these funny plans! First time it was said, come over with photos, then we can find the part already. The second time the photos did not help and even the boss was there, but unfortunately they could not identify the part. I was suggested to drive the car to the stage and start a search that would cost me at least a fifties. So to the competence and service of our Seat car dealership. Well, with a pipe piece, which probably does not cost even 20€… I don’t think I’m a single person on Earth who has the problem with the leaking coolant tube. Maybe someone already has so much 1. Good evening I have recently been a problem with our right sliding door at the back right! You press the key or the buttons at the door or in the center console want to open the door or they flash the switches! I recently renewed the battery and the actuator of the tank flap because it has no longer locked itself when closing the car! Error memory gives no information about it! no errors saved! When you press the tank flap you stop working the lock in the door! But the door does not open! Maybe someone can help me further! Thank you!

Hello, it’s about my wife’s car. It’s a Seat Alhambra N7 bj 2011. The error is the following. The windscreen wiper motor has no function and cannot be activated. I changed the windscreen wiper motor completely with bars by a new model. Yes also the plug is connected correctly. Only the new windscreen wiper motor does not work when the steering wheel lever is operated. -But I have to mention that the rear flap no longer opens and closes. -The left sliding door does not pull the door completely. -The windscreen wiper engine at the front has no function. These errors suddenly all came together! Who could help me here? Very important is the windscreen wiper motor first of all!
