Hello Cali Forum I have a few technical questions about Calibra. Since I like the car relatively well I have made myself here around forum once clever and read various threads to the engines C20ne, C20xe, C20let etc. Just like purchase advice etc. everything quite great. But what if you want to drive the car longer? So 5 years and upwards? Does this keep Cali still, or are there the costs also bearable? 20,000km annual driving performance. Since the Cali the technology of the A Vectra ha t is actually all problem-free to make from wear parts and maintenance parts also relatively cheap or? X20XEV vs. C20NE
Just wanted to report about a little battel between my X20XEV and a buddy of mine with his C20NE. So we were together on the highway … when the track was released (starting from 100 km/h) we both gave full throttle. To my surprise he managed to actually pull it past me at snail speed. However, at about 180 km/h my Cali became stronger and I pulled back at the absolute snail speed by him. Now I was able to settle down cht really … according to my speedometer we were at 220 km/h and actually absolutely immediately fast. On the way back and thus with really driven cars he managed then not to come by, however I really took forever to get away a bit from it. I didn’t think that my 136 hp automatic has to fight so with a 115 hp switch. Now to my defense I have to say that my buddy has his Cail already much longer and he is also used to it fa In addition, thanks to my much better equipment more than 100 kg. Astra F Cabrio 1.8 115 hp – no more power!!!!
Hello everyone, have a big problem with my Opel Astra 1.8 (115 hp) year 95: for some time (about 3 – 5 months) he doesn’t pull right anymore, so he doesn’t bring any power on the road and accelerates like a small car with 60 hp. I really noticed this only recently, when I drove another car more often and noticed the difference in direct comparison. No matter from which speed range I want to accelerate, he simply does not transmit Leis I know that the car is relatively heavy and the EcoTec engines are not exactly the most powerful, but it can never be so extreme in life. Even if I pull it up (5,000 rpm to red range), I don’t notice any power surge – only the engine is getting louder and louder. The car is already a good two weeks in the workshop and they haven’t found a mistake yet (but they also confirm that something can’t be right!). nieur there, but he hasn’t found anything yet WHAT CAN THE BLOW BE??????? Now that the spring is getting closer again… the craft lust comes through again… wanted to modify the sound of my Calibras a little bit zzt. have I a remusabsorber under it… does not sound bad..under load a dumfes metallic gushing but somehow too quiet and too hot and you hear it only when open windows solt already loud duller yes direction Brabelend go…. No TÜV due to lowering ex works at Cliff Edition
Moin, I was at the TÜV last week and I didn’t get a badge because the car is lowered and the chassis is not registered. I then told the TÜV person that the car was like this from the factory with the Irmscher chassis, because it is a Cliff Motorsport Edition. The examiner then said that I should get a written confirmation from Opel that the car was really built like this… They of course lagged when they heard this. and didn’t know how to confirm it to me… What do you think I should do now???? Is your Cliff Edition equipped with the chassis?

ABS light on, off.
Hello guys, my ABS has been spinning for a few days. I go off in the morning, (but it’s not like that every morning) the ABS light doesn’t go off. If I stop after 4-5km drive and turn the engine off and on again, the ABS light goes off as well. From time to time it also goes on during the ride. I stop and turn off the ignition again and on, the lamp is also off again. Have already checked the cables and connections. Nix eye-catching to see. Who has had such a thing before and knows what that is???
