  • C20ne starts then but again out of white no more…

Hi, I have a problem with my 92ner Calibra, motor is a c20ne. When I turn it on but in the empty run it goes out as if you turn the ignition key. Sometimes he wants to deal with more garnet and then you have to wait half an hour and jump on and go out again I know net more, sometimes he doesn’t run and when he lashes I don’t know how long (times 2min. or 30min.). I already have the air flow meter, control unit, fuel pump relay, petrol filter, S pritpump, spark plugs replaced. Oh yes the idle controller has been cleaned by me, which looks almost like new. But I also connected another LLR but always showed the same reaction. Does that bring what if I spray contact spray somewhere zb. Ignition distributor? Hope you can help me. I’m really desperate and not only I 3 experts also didn’t know any advice.

  • The page ;to the car

http://www.calibra.de/ if you still have a few good pages, please get in touch… as the technical data here:http://www.calibra-club.de/info.html Used car report here:http://www.focus.de/DL/DLB/DLBJ/DLBJA/DLBJA06/DLBJA06A/dlbja06a.htm The story here:http://www.motor-talk.de/showthread.php?… and another tip: Rost;the main problem of Opel models of the 1990s, but from year 94 onwards after the facelift, the situation was a little different and from there, auc h beautiful special models which are well equipped then, if one still wants to secure a good specimen, then one from 95 access as little km as possible and all maintenance should also be done. Problems are actually all Opel typical jehner era which also concerned the technical brother the Vectra A (frequently defective Lima, or Wapu. at the set age ,for this a lasque handling) with the maintenance the 16V ECOtec drives in the most favorable in the maintenance (insurance tax n etc), the c20ne is solid, the V6 is more expensive but also makes a nice glider out of the car, which for exotics is the turbo, but in the end the wallet decides on what you want to have or yet the belly for good 3000Euro there are good models, but as always especially with Calibra, the condition depends on the maintenance of the previous owner then from mfg

  • Couple of technical questions about Calibra….

Must be a bit annoying According to my Calibra brochure, the Cali 6 speaker original. Find only those in the door. In the back I hear something, under the disguise, but don’t see any covers. Gives there a drawing plan etc. where exactly the rear speakers are installed? At the front of the windscreen are plastic covers, then do tweeters belong in there or? Then spins my tank watch is not a problem but small cattle makes crap. Pointer is all the time on reserve and Rese Rve lamp lights up. Tank clock doesn’t touch at all. Is that a mass error or cable usage, sensor defective etc. ? Had found a dead mouse in the trunk, maybe something to gnaw and another last question about the engine. C20NE 85kw Is a supermotor, economical and running quietly and fast Has no idle problems and always starts nicely in cold condition. If the engine is however at operating temperature it starts rather badly, only with a bissal pressure on the accelerator. Then run t the machine immediately with stable idle. Ignition cables also look after animal visit and spark plugs I still have to control. MKL does not light up! Are all small things, but want to do everything. mfg noir

  • Running power for Calli V6

Hello Leutz 😉 I play with the thought of getting a Calli V6, have already one at hand, but he already has almost 250tkm down, but runs like a clockwork and goes according to Tacho also up to 250km/h. Now my question, how stable are these motors have made up to now only experience with the c20ne and they run with good maintenance also over 400tkm. Does anyone have information about usual flaws or weaken? About info I would be pleased. LG Mettyblau

  • C20NE and VW Corrado 16V engine

Hi I don’t know exactly where to create the topic, VW or Opel Forum. Put it here because, it depends on the Calibra. Since I have ever C20NE with 115ps, yes is no Turbo, V6 or 16V , it seems to me that the engine is amazingly good. Acceleration, pull-through and final speed. Values if it concerns when: 0-100 10sec, 205kmh Lap Since I’ve already driven the Volkswagen Corrado 16V before and the question slowly doesn’t let me go. The Corri had 2 liters of engine capacity, DOHC 16V, Bosch Motronic injection, 5 gear transmission. But what makes you want was the engine power I didn’t feel very fast. Machine had about 170.00km on it. I then looked at Wikipedia. 0-100 9,3-9,9sec , 208-210kmh peak at only 1175 own weight What makes me wonder that my Calibra with forest and meadow engine is better in all situations than the Corri!? I can’t complain about the Calibra. Runs and runs and runs…. vg noir

  • calli runs in the standgas unround

I’ve tried everything, but I just don’t know where it can be… my calli doesn’t start so well, and if I let him run in the still gas for longer, he gets drunk, but then he pulls himself up again with a little gas and runs well again for a minute… and then the same problem again… is really shit to stand in the stump and shoot to have, that the calli stays right up to you… wodran can lie down… otherwise he runs like one… just this shit b I don’t know what the problem is…

  • Tank cover of the petrol pump rusted

Hello Cali V6 pros, I have a calibra V6 Bj 10/94, where now at the top of the tank the lid is drained which holds the pump in the tank and the connections for the petrol lines and the plug for the tanker is attached. Opel apparently can no longer supply this spare part. What now, is totally desperate? Can someone help me as quickly as possible, or does someone need this part? Does jemdan know if any of the Vectra B fits, then I would need part number etc… Thanks for fast sub Support MfG Laie24

  • How far do you get with a full tank?

with the 2.0 l 115 PS calibra (C20NE) I don’t know if I’m the only one with the normal ride (everything in it, autobahn, free country location switch between 3000 and 4000 tours) at 670 kilometers close. I mean now not to drive so sparingly to break a new record (e.g. 995 km), but to be on the road in normal everyday life. is there someone who can make 850 to 900 km without probs ???????

  • Opel GT

Hello dear reader. I wanted to buy a Opel GT bj. 2007-2008 but don’t know what kind of weak points the car has? Have already made a test drive, the car is really a looker and it is super fast too. Would you like to know what you think of the GT? How high are the taxes? The consumption was with me with 9.68 liters in a fast drive. What is it like in winter? Shopping can no longer be possible with the vehicle… I am grateful if you write your opinion. n wouldt.
