  • I need your opinion on the Opel Calibra!

    Moin first of all! At the moment I drive a Golf 4 Variant (BJ. 2000 /1.6er /105 PS //16V), but soon wanted to get an Opel Calibra, find the car from the design etc. really top! many well-known and friends have advised me from the car however, supposedly he should have many defects, a under the ass rust away and expensive in the entertainment etc.. can you give me some tips or experiences etc.? So I find the price a little too high, but I think there’s still something going on… What would you spend on this Calibra max.?   • Subwoofer at calibra???

    HI Leutz! Have a Calibra for a long time and would like to put a Suwoofer (kiss) in the back! The problem with Calibra is that the trunk is very flat for a good subwoofer! Does one of you know a good box that fits in the Calibra back, so that I too lie on the hat rack clean? Thank you! P.S. Writes net I should remove the trunk

  • Quattro at Cali Turbo???

    Hey guys, my buddy came up with the idea (after a lot of alcohol) to transplant Audi’s quattro drive into a Cali Turbo and then drive a real grenade, which does not put anything in the shadows. Sure is a snap idea, but somehow also interesting, especially since it’s clear that Audi’s quattro drive is the world’s best. Now to my question to you, would that be technically possible with Cali? Is someone already coming up with such an idea before Post what you think or maybe even your experiences about it. Until then BG

  • Weaknesses of Calibrase

    Hello together, since I will soon be 18 I need of course a fancy vehicle, and since already from a young age on the Calibra it should become also one. I am only unschließig, because I have heard from many Opel drivers that the dinger are totally vulnerable as also the Vectras from this time, i.e. steering gears etc. I have to drive 35000 km per year, because of my training, therefore it should be a reliable car, where as much as possible nothing comes up .   • Pure Speculatio, but why not diesel in the Cali

    Last time I discussed this with a few friends… but quite honestly that would not be so absurd.. to plant a nice self-tanner to a Cali…see current 150hp ler in the Astra of the Cdti runs there from 0-100km/h 8.9 sec…and 210 peak at a sdamt consumption of 5.8 l. and a torque of 320 NM in series.. .Gigantic,what if one crafted a bisel,anything would be possible…and under ecological aspects the Cali 1a would be the low CW value the consumption yes a you would reduce even further and the V-Max can rise ,ergo… But these are only thought-courses, which actually everything in reality can be required to implement this… purely hypothetically….or there are people who have done that already..

  • Should I buy the calli?

    Hello, I have found a Cali for a long time now which I intend to buy now, but first your opinion: After the last letter in the chassis number there is a 9! Finns????? It is white, from year 92 and shows no real rust on the outside. Interior is commplett dry. Engine is a c20ne with 153,000 on the clock. Car looks accident-free. In the letter there was only one name. Is serially already lowered with any black feathers. No varnish damage. E sliding roof defective, wheel bearing is broken. Has e-window lifter and on-board computer. Engine is siffig (vetiel cover) but runs so quiet, is amazing! Interior equipment is not so great, since the driver seat is a Recaro which does not correspond to the rest. A dome front must be shot, snaps, from the chassis. Reperatures are not a test, have enough people. Should I cost 1,300 euros. Should I hit??

    hello people! am now still prouder kadet owner but always wanted to have a calibra… 😉 so I thought to myself after the winter so against the weather I will buy a calibra! what do I have to pay attention to when buying? which engine do you recommend to me? 2.0 8V or 16v or v6? what do you pay for your calibra insurance? is not quite cheap or? how much do I have to spend so that I get a car of which I have what? thought so about the 500€ be rich! is that okay? rosten calibras actually just as fast or much (not mean bad….) as nen kadett? had to let my new bike runs, swirling and end-to-end welding!   • oil in water problem

    hello people have the typical oil in the water problem in the C20XE. today I have broken down the head and it was clearly not due to the head seal. so there must be a hair crack. since unfortunately I do not have to see it to someone who can do this. can you recommend me someone who can do this?? best from Austria. or also from Germany I have to send the head. before I forget is the 700 head mfg

  • Calibra battery does not charge

    My buddy has a Calibra with the 8V engine in it bj. 92 and he ran 114tkm. After that we changed the V-belt and he wanted to push the bolt in the bottom of it mine he that it has lightly sparked (yes next time we make the battery off). Since the charge no longer the battery. We have already another used Lima built in and with it is the same problem. Tomorrow we will try another one again. Pathogen power gets him. The control lamp lights up a I haven’t tested them yet. I hope you can help me, but maybe we’re just bad luck and both are screwed.
