  • 20XEV – still bluish after shaft sealing

Hello guys, I changed the shaft seals 3 weeks ago – so far so good.Blues at the start is almost gone. Only now I have a new problem – when I stand at the traffic light and then just play with the gas, he squirts out in the back as if I are in the high moor in England – complete fog. Were made: shaft seals changed oil 5W30 as well as filter changed intake tract cleaned hollow screw cleaned etc. What makes me wonder, that if I have the oil measurement sta b pull, the speed drops! The same happens with the oil filler cover – the speed drops. I have problems since the oil change also with dm idle, although the idle control seems quite clean. I get here slowly the Macke – are it now the piston rings??? Still to the info: mileage 185000 Km Thank you, if one has THE idea. Michael

  • Z19DTH – Post-injection Understanding question

I asked the question already in the Vectra-C forum, but so far I have not received an answer to it (link to thread ) From a commonrail technique book I could actually only read out so much that a re-injection takes place only when a regeneration cycle of the DPF is initiated. An employee of a technical hotline said however, that there are also diesel engines, which carry out a re-injection under “normal” conditions. I had the latest engine management software installed by Opel. AGR, differential pressure sensor, charging pressure control valve were replaced, and the charging pressure sensor was cleaned. However, with a borrowed Gutmann tester I could observe the following values: 8mm3/Hub in idle mode and 60-70mm3/Hub in load mode without gl of course, if this is normal. Based on the fuel consumption, I would tap on something that is related to the DPF. But it actually looks quite good or the loading condition of the DPF changes regularly according to the tester, and according to the display about all 800km is burned free. What surprised me, however, is that the differential pressure showed no matter which loading condition -19mbar (60% loading u.a.) However, the sensor was replaced half a year ago, and the cables were checked for leak/permeability – all in all MfG eyewitnesses

  • ??? Cable harnesses, immobilizer engine dynamometer ???

Moin moin, have installed a Z18XE Bj. 2004 from an astra G on an engine test bench. The engine itself is almost completely wired. Need now the or the harnesses to connect the gas poti and the gasoline pump. with Opel itself can unfortunately not help me without order number, because they apparently cannot recognize the individual connections and the exact course of the program. Can someone tell me which wiring harness they are hanging on? order too many of them because they are quite expensive:-( How does the immobilizer work?? it only turns off the petrol pump, or also the ignition?? Can I possibly bypass it somehow?? MfG Alex

  • Search Contact point for purchase Opel Motor 20E

Servus. I’m looking for an engine for my ’72 Manta A. Built-in/registered is a 20E. advertisement can be found in the market place. But why am I posting here? Who can immediately suggest me a few good contact points? Either on the net or also a workshop of trust? Not necessarily in the Nuremberg room. Because I don’t want to just wait until someone gets in touch, but look for themselves. Would be nice if my skate could be pulled out again this summer! Thank you.

  • c20xe no power

Got a big problem. But I had an Astra f c20xe was once a 1.6. Would outdated seals, crankshaft sensor, etc. He has compression c.a 13. There are camshafts 264 installed, Friedrich suction bell. Chip. Complete group a and metallkat. installed. That goes well. And today the shock on the test bench. 149ps. What can be that. So what strikes me is when you start it goes very hard and jerks. Ignition plugs of course new and the distributor finger. but I think it’s a trifle. but that she eats so much ps then? Shouldn’t it be 170-180ps with the tuning. I’d be very happy about tips, thank you.

  • Please compare Knnfeld (Images) What do you think is normal?

Hello. I have here sometimes 2 characteristic fields for an Opel Astra F…8V engine. So if now not everything deceives me a field for ignition should actually look like the “Knntfeld tuning”… Since the ignition time/angle before OT the higher the speed and higher/larger the gas position “MAP sensor” (shown in mPA in the coordinate system) should become ever larger … so from drastically speaking about 5° before OT at idle and up to approx. 40-50° at high speed and full gas position (should e In short, the ignition angle would have to rise at more speed and load. In the diagram from the bottom left, go in the direction of the top right at the back. real, however, was the kenn field as shown in “Knnfeld original…” hmmm… that would be just a big one by each other…times more times less… no system behind it at all. What do you mean? And how should I program d Amit there comes in something system. Original are at about 4000U/min and almost full load times 2degrees before OT and with a little less load equal to 40degrees and same load position…something is wrong.

  • Immobiliser X20XEV

Hey, so let’s just get out of here. This is not supposed to be a topic here to put the immobilizer out of hand. It should work properly. So: Had converted from C20NE (without WFS) to X20XEV (with WFS). I removed the normal MSTG and the WFS from the butcher. Is everything properly wired. But still the MKL is flashing funnyly There might be something where you have to pay attention to what is not in the schematic??? How does the With the DWA (theft warning system) look like Is she playing around at the Mstg? Thanks already

  • MKL lights fault ocde 19 no speed signal HELP!!!!

  • Does the motor give up the mind or what has to be done??

hello people.want my pond after 2 weeks standing while towing.nun yes I came about 1km, at once the oil lamp lights up.oke thought I was looking at it.naya he was strangely empty.was before tow not so and as I said he was not moved 2 weeks. oke oil inside went off the next problem. When I wanted to give gas and switched to the first gear he jerked, then in the second gear he almost did not pull any more.I had to make him come forward ever with the clutch game. Then he pulled and then no longer squirts now every time I give gas.He also moves at most 1 meter if at all.I am in a hurry at the end.I put in so much time and now that. What could it be the compressiuon is now equal to zero.

  • C16NZ goes off to motorway ride, but starts again without any problems?

Hello dear Opel brand colleagues, I have already tried the SuFu to find many different starting points for my fault picture and therefore would like to get your advice! The following error picture has crept in at my C16NZ: The engine simply goes off after a moderate motorway ride (100km/h) at an increased outside temperature, if you give gas to accelerate from the sliding operation back to the partial load range. Likewise, when giving gas after a longer traffic light phase, it dies in advance The start process after the death runs smoothly and the engine is also immediately on again. The engine controller does not report a possible error at any time! I have also been able to notice an acceleration ringing during the gentle high acceleration in recent times – the octane selector plug stands on 95, the tank is filled with conventional Super E5. Due to the above symptoms, the error can be caused by a defective ignition module in the ignition unit. or is this pure speculation? I hope for numerous constructive solutions! C16NZ_Engine
