Moin… Just coming with my Omega 2.2dti from the Inspection. There I was filled with the ELF 0W40 with the specification ACEA A5/B5. Now my questions: Lt. Opel should be used ACEA A3/B3. Is it now the wrong oil ???? Can it be mixed with the A3/B3 oils if you have to refill ???? Are problems to expect ??? Greet Felix

Help!
I have an Astra F Caravan X18XE. It should get a new fan manifold today. It has an automatic transmission, and the manifold does not paste. Is it different between automatic and manual transmission when it comes to the manifold? Thank you!

c16se and x16szr channels
Moin, moin has read here several times about the “round” inlet channels from the SE head. Are the inlet channels of the SZ or SZR designed differently? I searched for pictures in the net and always found only heads with just these “round” inlet channels. I had the impression that there are no differences. To explain it briefly. I currently have a x16szr in the car and would like to build on the whole upper part of the c16se like many others here. F I’d like to know what the inlet channels look like on my current head. (Wouldn’t just like to take a look at the inlet bridge) Maybe someone has a picture of it. Thank you very much. P.s.: Please don’t complain, it’s clear to me that this topic has come up very often here. I also have the le I didn’t find anything else to do here to answer the question myself. But I didn’t find anything to look like the one with the x16szr. I already noticed that there are some who already know each other very well and have gained experience. Maybe you can help me.

C20XE Crankshaft / camshaft
Hello, I need information about the C20XE. Background is the one I want to use the Motronic 2.5 in a (not now beat) VW Passat 35i 2,0l 16V Bj.90. It is supposed to replace the KE-Motronic there (will later convert to LPG and that is very difficult with the KE-Motronic, respectively madness). Therefore I have some questions. How far before OT meets the reference mark of the KW and camshaft on the donors? What exactly does the donor wheel look like?It should have 60 teeth (including 2 free teeth)? rblende 1 or 4 windows in the ignition distributor? I have bound the inet up and down but nothing to do with it. At VW this is described relatively open in the self-study programs. From OPEL there is something comparable (technical service information), but not accessible in the inet. Can someone give me the info’s? Thanks Mario

Z22SE Performance Increase
Hello MT municipality it is about a Z22SE in the Vectra C … the engine is also traded as L850 of GM and thus installed in tens of other vehicles … Performance increase is the topic .. I found the following post Quote: A 2.2-liter, four cylinder engine from the new aluminum ECOTECfamily – which will premiere in Europe in the Astra Coupé – also powers the Speedster. The engine is constructed from aluminum alloy and weighs a mere 138 kilograms. It produces 108 kW (147hp) at 5800 rpm m with a maximum torque figure of 203 Nm, whereby 90 percent of this is available at 1800 rpm.” 203 Nm is 147 ft-lbs. 138 kg is 304 lb. 147 hp is awesomely low for a 2.2 liter engine, however. Hopefully it should be able to do well over 200 hp with some tuning (and no turbos) can only agree with the author 147 hp is not really a lot for a 2.2 l engine … so I’m looking for RENEWABLE suggestions to turn a bissel on the wheel YeahOne.com offers a power kit for this engine where the motorle but unfortunately not in the mail order (have with those telebimst) otherwise only without guarantee 🙁 .. so proposals PLEASE

best oil for x16sz?
Hello, Can someone tell me what I can give the x16sz engine (1,6L) for oil without it breaking? I would like to use 5W40 again, but my motor doc said that this would be too thin and 10w40 is best suited for it. But I still think the 10w40 is too thick when it’s cold. The 5W40 is already pretty thin. Since I like to use the engine extremely hard and I like to load the engine even in cold conditions, I would like to use an oil which is the V Is there anything better for this engine or is 10W40 the best? Actually, I find full-syntetic oils much better. Use partial-syntethic or oils that only consist of mineral components also really very reluctantly…

C20xe problems
After the conversion to C20xe, the ABS lamp lights up after about 5 minutes! The ABS then stops of course. At Opel they demand for the error memory read out the ABS sensor 25 € is that ok? Could be that only a wheel sensor is dirty/wet or not properly sitting on it, in the “worst” case would probably be an ABS sensor!? Anyway, what makes me stutzig, that is from the brake fluid tank at the top of the closure brake fluid squeezes out. d you can see the car from time to time a few drops on the ground. There were already a few puddles on the gearbox. The liquid level is exactly between Min and Max. I hope someone can help me with the problem!? MfG astrahd

C20LETTE – Steel rods or not
Hello first, How far can I go with the power and the torque until the serialpleuel give up my mind? Have now at 300HP and strive for bigger things. Have made nn K26 suitable and improved the flow in the head. 2 split pumps, compartments, adjustable pressure regulator, group A without cat, large LLK, thick pipes, No wastegate, chic pop-off, the pistons should be “long good” for 400HP according to the local dealer. But with the connecting rods he was not so sure …. But was ready to supply me with the necessary material, at the worst price. Does not want to increase his wealth now, therefore the question whether the parts are necessary Will not shoot a racing stick, is the everyday car of my wife. Unfortunately I only had to deal with Lancia turbo engines, and there was still a good deal at the charging pressure, without which something gave in to the engine. Thanks for your help and support. Greetings of the JACKY

C14SE or C14NZ with a cam and a two-flooded crusher?
It’s all about the everyday car, B Corsa C14NZ, 850kg according to appearance. I’m with me, which variant would be better for the thing now. Usage: 75% city / short distance without using the power, because also the series C14NZ, is only about transport A to B. The remaining 25% would be AB long distance (mostly 270km) and highway (approx. 100km). On the AB should be possible also at 140km/h rice speed noticeable acceleration and on the highway are n few reserves necessary for fleeting overtaking Since there is a lot of truck traffic there. Important is therefore above all the fuel consumption, which should stay with a everyday car as low as possible (which is why also no C20NE or similar but 1.4l). Was only totally off on the X14XE, was advised me because of the high short distance part of not. C14SE would be very simple since the car offers the optimal conditions for regarding Stabis and brake, the Minikat also covers the SE with missing only the 3 bar fuel pump and stop the engine. Now I have however This would be definitely not in my mind. If it is kicked, it may also cup, but under normal use it should not go through more than 7,5l/100km. Therefore the question: C14SE or C14NZ with nock (by 272 or 280°) for more booms on top (to overtake) and the 2 floody crackers + trouser tube of the C16SE. I like to listen to experiences and recommendations.
