Moin! Was there a cruise control for vehicles without e-gas, so normally with a gas train? If so, which parts are all needed for this and how does it work? Although it’s not about an omega, where the thing should be, but should I not care? Greetings fat

Omega got it right…
Yesterday I spent the day finishing one of the last Omega B2 approved in D (EZ 10/2003) for the HU / AU. It was finished: New Sachs-damper with dome bearings, new Stabi sockets, new transverse handlebars, new pendulum supports, new track rods, new wheel bearings all around. Finally, an axle measurement. It is a 3.2 with WLS (registered 240hp). What should I say. I got the car right on the road earlier. n Vectra C2 OPC (280hp). Both vehicles stand on 235 Conti SC (the Omega 17″, the Vectra 19). Now it comes: The Omega has the ALWAYS more sporty chassis. Although the Vectra reacts more directly to steering movements and turns in cleanly with the rear at first, then the weight distribution strikes and the planer pushes mercilessly over top. Unlike the Omega. Although it does not steer quite as directly, its understeering is far less pronounced. The Vectra had no (!) chance to stay on the very winding highway (speed range 80-180km/h). BUT…there is still the chapter braking. After only 5 km (!) fast driving the brake of the Omega was absolutely at the end. Pedal feeling NULL, boiling brake fluid. The car got a brake fluid change 1 year ago and stands there with an original Opel brake. Of course, the brake fluid just changed. Be that as it may – I let little get on the chassis of the Omega… P.S.: When it started raining towards the end of the ride, the Omega circle could drive around the Vectra, although its driving dynamics systems are considerably better.

Nivau regulation worsened???
Hi guys! Drive Omi B 2,2 petrol caravan with Nivau regulation. I recently dropped this one by 40mm. Now the rear dampers are also so far to be renewed. The nice man from the TÜV says, no normal dampers, only again with Nivau!!! So nothing with “normal” sports suspension!!! Now my question: can I still let the rear down? My consideration: Original dampers + springs from the sport, to shorten the dealer for the Nivau. Then the whole from the Opel dealer once Is that what you’re looking at?

Throttle screw 🙁
Hello, did not find anything in the search on the topic “Rosselklappenschraube” I installed a new (used) throttle valve, because the old one was defective. When I finished and started the engine, it ran on 3000 revolutions. When I compared the throttle screw from the current throttle valve to the old one, I saw that the new one was totally wrong set. I know that you should not adjust this screw, but 3000 revolutions I find a bit much in idle je The omega runs at an idle speed of 800 to 900 U but if I hold for example at the traffic light, the speed hangs for 1 to 2 sec. to 1500 U afterwards it goes back to the normal speed range, but runs…….. (but the AU passed) The throttle valve looks like new from the inside. Opel Omega b Caravan 2.0 16v Built. 1997 Is there the possibility to adjust the throttle valve screw correctly again?

Which brake pads Opel Omega MV6
Good evening! For 5 days we are proud owners of an Opel Omega B Caravan MV6 Bj, 11/97, 115,000 KM, which replaces our “old” Omega A Caravan 2.0. As a brake lining change is about to take place in the front, I wanted to ask what brake pads can be recommended. Our previous owner was so nice and has mounted Zimmermann brake discs with EBC brake pads. However, during our first rides the braking effect did not convince. Somehow the Omega only delayed, d I’m already looking forward to your comments! Ulli

Who’s right now?
Hello guys, I’ve been on Techno Classica as a “Essener Kind” and it was once again a worthwhile thing for all car-crazy. In the outdoor area stood a diplomat B (ex 5.4), converted as a pick-up, with sidepipes and the usual drum around.Everything tasted, clear,(my not),but well done.In the description to the vehicle was among others, engine of Omega B,sixth. Good.I read the hood open and marveled. 6 in row! I said to the owner,he may his description change,Omega B and 6 in series, that’s not true,if then Omega A. There was a discussion and he vehemently defended his point of view. Now of course I am not so deeply read in the matter and stayed with my opinion. Can it be that He was right? I then accept it of course, but would be surprised. Greetings,Nobby

ncdc 2015 all safe
Hello people I bought my wife a facelift om. b 02. radio navi tel. bc everything ran except for the changer which was cdc safe. so to the foh and with tech2 check. the came with the 4 digit code but not pure. the end of the song was the then radio safe display saef etc. appeared. now nothing goes at all. when he expanded the radio we fell on the serial number of ncdc2015 was different than on the radio pass. so with the serial number of the built-in radio at opel den co with the new code he also does not come in because the radio is now blocked (I guess by entering the radio code from the serial.installed radios) at the previous I called the one who said he had bought the changer and had the foh married the had but had no other code than the first code that brought everything to a standstill with me. could someone please help me ?

Start problems with Omi A 2.0i
Hi, yesterday I bought an Omega-A 2.0i GL Diamant Automatik and at the same time have a rather disturbing problem: If I want to start the car, nothing works at all, only when I give some gas the car stutters. If I then drive a little longer it calms down, only it can happen that it runs out a little longer at the traffic light. Now I thought, well, new spark plugs have to come here. These installed, the first few times started it went without gas, but with jerks. Later off he then the same problem… what can that be? THX 4 HLP!

The transmission has been properly installed the converter has not slipped, no violence. The onboard computer is silent, all MKL au ch, nothing indicates a defect, the gearbox makes no noises. It has not yet been read out, what can it be??? Who can say what about it??? In advance many thanks!!!

tweeter retrofitting – Omega Facelift
Hello guys, I have a problem with my omega. From the front right door I still get sound from the tweeter but nothing from the midrange driver anymore… there are 2 way speakers installed or? I want the first ones by midrange driver and want to retrofit the tweeters – I thought of those for the mirror triangle, which are from the “old” omega!? Do they fit in the facelift too? Where do I get the signal? Can I get a cable to the radio or the doorpiece from there? I wanted to avoid the loudspeakers with the integral tweeters…the tweeters don’t really have the right position down there and I think it makes a huge difference to sound. Has someone often already retrofitted in the facelift tweeter? Another question about disassembly of the door interior panel… there’s always the talk of a red clip… which is meant? the r ote in the door pin? Is the panel really not going off without turning off the pin? Otherwise, just take off all the screws around and clip them upwards or? Or do I have to screw something around/off at the door handle (inside)? Edit: How would I actually get a cinch cable from the radio into the Koferraum? The radio shaft is so extremely tight I already had problems getting the JVC double DIN radio in there with the ISO adapter, and the cinch connections are on the r real side where there is no opening where I can pull through the cinch cable, and the plugs go a bit far back… how did you realize that if you have installed a power amplifier? What do I have to dismantle there? When I am in the footroom with the cable the rest is actually clear, skirts or thresholds and from the back with it… but from the radio into the footroom!?
