  • Once again the idle……….

    Moin, moin so I know this topic to be enough and would not report if I didn’t know any more! I’m in despair again…… So, since my wife complained about our Omi again last weekend, I took the time again and did something for a more constant idle. He went out again at every traffic light, of course only in a warm condition. I cleaned up then : LLR ( 12 h in the brake cleaner bath) throttle valve housing all hoses of the KW venting the hollow screw free again. I drove it then 15 min sample and everything was ok. So since Monday my wife drives now again 2x 25 km and as soon as the car is warm he kicks off every clutch. The MKL was not at all, she says. Still, when I have been reading the fault memory in the country again, however, the MKL would take care of it and make a mistake. I don’t have a plan anymore and don’t dare to go home. Has any idea, what could be Zäpi.

  • Omega 2.5l Diesel – Sports exhaust Question ???

    Hello have an Omega b 2,5l diesel with 96KW as a limosine . I am so happy with it only bothers me the Diesel sound . Question : I can get a nice sports exhaust only is for a 2,0l 16v with 100KW ! Does that fit under my diesel ??? without any changes (I just want to know if this fits like that !!!)

    I really don’t like it anymore…. After I changed my oil cooler and it was running, I had to rip the belt, because the block for the climate compressor had dissolved. Today from the way home from work everything went really well car drove really well and I drive it imom with 9.5l in the city where I actually am very happy about it ^^ On the way again quickly stopped at the bank, salary not yet looked on it. …. Go back to the car and see from afar that there cool water runs out in masses. Look, nothing seen. Then I’m going home ( 900m ) car parked and after an hour looked at where he was not so hot anymore. I first thought that it was the tube between thermostat and cooler hose. Pustekuchen… That’s the water pump at the front of the wave…. Tomorrow I’ll pick up a new one and drive it still until the end of the year (which hopefully quickly goes around) and then I’ll get rid of all of my half-time-finding is not really bad in Rome.   • Omega B 2.5 DTI switches off at 3000 rpm

  • Omega 2,2 dti Y22DTH Sealing rings Connectors Diesel line

    I’m just about to put an Omega 2.2 dti Bj. back into operation in 2001 after a long service life. I’d like to change all the O-rings of the diesel lines (connectors and filter housings), because I have to re-air it after a short service life. Does anyone know the dimensions of the sealing rings? Unfortunately, I couldn’t find anything. The pipes themselves are rusty in the area of the rear axle. I guess these are no longer available, at least I couldn’t find them.   • Omega A/Senator B – C30/40SE – Screws Flywheel, procurement?
