Hello, first of all the history: I have a 1998èr 2,0 16V (X20XEV) with a mileage of about 160 TKM I came up with the idea to have a KME gas system installed there about a year ago. The engine (and of course the rest of the car) was up until then in an absolutely super Zusatand. But now the engine (obviously) did not survive the gas operation, it suddenly went out without any additional noises and didn’t jump any more. Car mechanic) checked the car, turned out the gasoline was in the oil. He dropped the whole “soup” (etw 15-20 liters) He now suspects (without having disassembled the whole engine) that probably one or more Ventiel seats or seals have been burned away by the gas operation. An expert will still take care of the matter and invest what exactly and whether the gas operated or the installation of the plant was destroyed. Now to my actual question, if it is actually the Ventie I sit and (because of the oil petrol mix) probably also the head gasket and so on, would be worth a overhaul of the engine or what would you have to calculate for Euros. And, would you then leave the gas system in and continue to use?? Or should I rather look for an exchange engine??? As said the rest of the car is still very good and I would therefore like to use the car for evvtl 2-4 years.

Omega B – Limo – What is the driving behaviour in extreme situations?

Omega B – X20XEV – NWS and or knock sensor defective ?
Hello dear Omega – community, call me for a long time, because I need your help and tips. I know the topic nws and knock sensor has been described a lot, but somehow I don’t get any further. And that’s how it is: my omi always starts to blades when it’s warm with easy acceleration, but stops at full speed again. But must say that the engine often starts badly and shakes just when it’s warm. h so shaken, the MKL goes on then you notice immediately that it runs in the emergency program, because then there is no power at all.If I then switch off the engine and to the plug from the NWS wobble the MKL usually goes off again when starting again, or I repeat the procedure again.I have already removed the plug from the tap sensor and cleaned it, but the ringing is still there. I have already filled Super Plus, since the motor ringing e The engine has now run 240.000Km ., oil change etc at 8-10.000Km of course full synthetics,Blue Bay etc are also clean. Omega B – X25DT – Cruise control problems
Tomorrow together! Had problems yesterday with my cruise control… I ironed down the A1, suddenly a BMW behind me… I also pressed on it… Up to 220, but then there comes a lot more at the Ommi nich. At least not with my diesel… Then I am over on the middle, left the left and pressed the cruise control. -> Stroke 200 ! Before the cross Leverkusen direction Cologne is then 120, so I am on the brake, at 120 I want to press the cruise control again, nothing works anymore… Hab I thought he was in A…. But by some stupid coincidence I tried out the “reduction” button from the cruise control and at once he marches like Sau in direction 180 ???? Did I let it go back to 120 with the “reduction” button and see there, then I could speed up with it again, or press it at all… The “deletion” button didn’t work at all in the whole Zinober… After that everything went wrong again??? My questions: Why could I speed up the speed? do not re-activate mat at 120, where I had previously activated it at 200. It deletes by pressing the brake or button… Why was it only possible to activate with the reduce button? No reaction to delete button?!? Acceleration button completely dead… as I said, the whole thing only worked perfectly again after I had reduced it to 120 by button… sounds stupid, but is so… Thanks! Greeting Joe

Omega B – X25XE – Which sealing rings for the lines at the climate compressor
Moin read many articles here…but didn’t find it Want to install a new compressor tomorrow with help in the ASH. PAG 100 I already got delivered, but no sealing rings for the supply lines to the comp. Which do I need ORinge ? size? The oil in the comp I let off in a small container and then wanted to fill up 200g PAG 100. and then turn 5 x because of distribution The climate stand, which should then be filled by itself no oil to do so…. information about the sealing rings…or should I keep something in mind? Hello guys, here I am again with countless questions….. I have the Omega B Facelift 2,2 dti Built 2001… Now I want a cruise control in my jewel and wanted to know what it’s like with retrofits… I’ve read a lot and I’m not as smart as I would like it to be…it says a lot of benzieners but not so much diesels, I don’t know if there are differences??? So now the following questions: 1. What about the parking light switch?? h such a thing already in mine????If yes, where??? And how do I operate it?? 2. What does it have on me with the clutch switch?? 3. Is there a device from Wek in me that I just have to change the lever??? 4. Omega engine temperature too high , help
Hello, have a problem with my Omega 2,5 v 6 Bj 1998. When driving is the Temp. about 96 grad, when I turn on the climate it goes about 100 grad and when driving the highway without the climate it is constantly at 100 or higher gets sometimes a little down to 98 grad. Please for quick help!!!

Omega B 2,5 DTI Alternators Change
So I upgraded my alternator today, because it’s broken, it took me 1.5 hours to expand it. I’ll do the installation if I have a new one, I hope tomorrow. How long I’ll need to install it, too.

2.2 DTI squeaks, engine emergency run
Hello, it’s time again, I need your help here in the forum. Such bad luck, so shortly before the end of the year! This morning I drove with my omi as usual to work. After 4km suddenly the power drops completely, engine control light and shortly afterwards also the oil control light goes on and the vehicle starts to smoke animally at the rear. Saw in the rear mirror white, but could also have been at the temperature (-8°), I also meant to make a slightly bluish shimmer too I immediately turned off the car and first looked at the front, if something has burst or something. But nothing unusual could be discovered in the engine compartment. Since I was totally unfavorable on a federal road, I started again and drove at the pace (no more went) to a parking lot 50 meters away and then immediately turned out again. The engine ran so quietly, except for the lack of power and the agony. At the first moment I have on Turbo typed and the ADAC-man also thought that this was possible. So he didn’t start any more, so that the Turbo might not even start burning off the oil. Car is now at the FOH and is waiting for diagnosis, which will probably take place only in the new year. I wanted to use the time to prepare for an alternative repair route. I was told a Turbo would certainly cost 4 digits. Has someone ever had this before?
