hello and now the third one has been set off. after the second cylinder has been stuck and I have also achieved nothing here with lubricants and patience, I switched to Kurt’s advice to the start switch. the stupid thing is that it can only be unlocked in pos.1, just like the cylinder. now, however, the steering wheel lock is in it and refuses to move in any way. my knowledge is that I have landed again while drilling or someone else has a trick in stock. have already dismantled everything and could now drill the steering head to remove the entire lock, but what makes sense, if nothing goes on, except that you get better. ideas or confirmations are asked. thanks to you harms

Penalty for unregistered matters
Day, actually I wrote this before….hm…I probably clicked on abort….well anyway…so again….I was stopped with the car of a friend..this had rims and feathers as well as the steering wheel (which had a ABE but only with serial tyres).I wanted to know now who gets the penalty (3 points 50 Euro…) so and what still has to be: these A*holes….the springs were from waitec 30er and the rims were 7j 16 et 40 on a SENATOR B…. and I had found an expert report still standing there ala: no snow chain in it and mature with V speed…..with the things you drive once to the TÜV and that makes the stamp without looking….

Opel Omega A Xenonkit Retrofit Flakes in the Light
Hello dear community have given me from Ebay a Xenon kit with 4300 Kelvin, so that it is not extremely bright or that it does not blind other people. Now I wanted to install those with my Omega, see as it flickers. Some say that I need a relay again others say resistance. What do I really need to fix the problem or is the ECU/burner defective??? Thank you and greeting

Is diesel still worth it?
Hello municipality, I have a question there. For some time I have not been driving so many km through the forming of a carpool – more precisely: 160km a week. So I come to work in the year on 53x160km=8480km. I still have about 5tkm a year. I can use a petrol engine again, can I?

Omega B – x25dt – After 10 years there are no spare parts at Opel anymore !!!
Good day, have the 130 hp – 6 cylinder – diesel (former BMW engine) with a mileage of now 175000 km. X52DT 4Gang automatic EZ 10/2000, i.e. 11 years old – car is since 2005 in my possession and “repaired”. Currently the line drips to the oil cooler. A new set of these oil pipes is officially no longer available, since Opel only has 10 years spare parts available !!! The plant says “sorry”, but the car is too old, there are no more special lines. Now I can still drive, but only until it no longer drips, but flows and that will certainly then be on the motorway with subsequent engine damage. Does anyone have an idea where one can get these “form parts” yet??? On the Opel “parts” side that would be the oil pressure lines E111, whereby one would probably also get installed, this is a successor version, but there is no longer any more with Opel, if someone could help there.

Buy or let Omega A 2.6i?
Hello together, I wanted to lay down an Omega A 2.6i. Now I have no idea of the 6 cylinder engine of the Omega ́s. What must be considered, is the machine easy to care for? I have seen on the internet at various online providers Omega ́s who have run around the 180000 to 220000 km, buy fingers away or without hesitation? Who can give me a few tips! In advance already thanks for the help. Greeting Max-079

Lowering springs or even sports suspension ?
Moinsen, my Omi B Caravan Sport Bj. 98 is to become a bit “deeper”. now I think about whether springs should be sufficient or a complete sports suspension should be in. it should be lowered max. 40 mm who has a little experience of you with ? feathers would of course rather be for coal. or do I save at the wrong end ?
