Hello wide tire fans this question is addressed exclusively to riders with the tire dimension 235/45 R17. And I would like to know your experience with tires of this size. Why? I am currently driving the walking aid with tires Michelin Pilot Primacy in this size. And I had to find out after initial enthusiasm that the horny appearance also has its price (running noise, driving behaviour on wheels and sloping road). I mean, the comfort suffers t considerably (compared to 15″ tyres [winter])! Now I think that this could have something to do with the rims and noises. And well, after a re-maturation of the rear axle (of course after a plate) with Continental tires, the thing purred like a sewing machine, zero noises. Hadn’t I thought possible before. What would be better to judge Omega or buy Top 3000 or Seni???? Omega Caravan 2.5V6 BJ 5/96 … while braking slightly, vibrations occur on the steering wheel and the vehicle jerks noticeably. I increase the brake pressure lessens the vibrations. Have an Omega Bj98 (CD Reflection), which is constantly in the front area, I think in the suspension, knocks, when I drive over cobblestones, Gulli lids etc.. I have had the problem for a long time. Now I had the thing laid deeper in a few weeks ago, so have new springs, dampers and also cathedral bearings installed with the hope that the knocking is now gone. Think! The workshops, both Opel and free (have already 4! on top of it) ucht) find no obvious mistake. Does any of you have experiences with this problem?!

Hello, I have a big problem with the Omega again. The car “swimms” suddenly on normal, straight track. It feels like I’m driving over a pothole (but it happens on perfect asphalt, I’ve taken care of it). I lose control for a short time, the car pulls off briefly to the right and back again. Aren’t the wheels screwed? Do the tires eggs? Or is it on the rear wheel drive? Felix 🙂
