I’ve been driving a nail new Opel Agila B 1.0 since early 2008. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle. Hbe down now almost 8000 km and have now discovered flight rust on the trunk lid. I thought I was tilting out of the latches. Is a clear guarantee case. Who has similar experiences. How is the warranty performance regulated.

What could have happened?
On the other hand, it’s about an X22XE engine that definitely has it behind us, we’re just interested in what could have happened to the machine. Looks like it’s like he sucked in something hard, sand, pebbles, etc. but the cylinder head looks pure, the valves are also without flaws. The owner of the car has remained in Sweden, a Opel workshop there has diagnosed a piston tipper, which we could confirm, otherwise the engine looks like it had z u little, the wrong or no oil in it any more, we just wonder about the impacts on the piston under the millimeter-thick black crust of all 4 pistons. Check out the photos, maybe you can think of something. Greetings Frankhttp://picasaweb.google.de/oldmanmatze/SINTRAX22xE02#

Search data from 3.0 24V with 204PS
I’m about to google like a stupid one, but there’s somehow no decent table to the machine, I’m looking for things like stroke, drilling, engine identification letters, exact engine capacity etc. Thanks, Grüße Lon EDIT: Title changed to 24V, had missed me.

Doing Z18XE?
I would like to tickle out a little more power from my Z18XE 1.8 with 90KW/ 122PS soon. There is a turbo conversion or a Dbilas suction tube with filter box, camshafts and electronics adaptation. The turbo conversion at Dbilas falls flat, because simply far too expensive. Who has already done tuning – experience with this engine? How much hp are in the turbo conversion? But the most important thing is also that the engine takes part for a long time. Do you remember the Dbilas tuning at all? What does everything have to be changed? Exhaust and brake are clear to me… What else? What would you do? Turbo or Dbilas?

Mototdamage Astra G z16se
hello, have a problem which I have already posted in the Astras g forum, but need extensive answers to the problem. so before unfurling 6 weeks, I made a service at the Astra g of my sister (parts of steel pit), i.e. oil change, timing belts etc. whole 2 weeks after that, she started the car in the morning which went out again shortly afterwards, , , , ,, cause: the oil pump has got stuck and is broken. I completely repaired the engine and resealed it (oil pump with new oil and filter, cylinder head gasket, oil tank sealed etc.) I then drove 4 weeks by car, and could not detect any problems. 4 days ago my sister drove to Dresden and back, while her engine literally flew around the ears,, having picked up the car yesterday. at the Astra are 2 holes in the engine of one in the oil tank and one in the block,,, a cylinder has said goodbye and has migrated outside, the storage shell from the pleuel is burned. the oil pu mpe has promoted to the last, and all other cylinders are iin ordung. what can have caused this, this thing gives me a rattle. gives opel eventuel kulanz to the motor? vehicle is an astra g with a z16se motor. year of construction 2003. engine has 84ps thanks already in advance. mfg olli.

Trembling, buzzing stern
At speeds from 100 km/h one stops a deep buzzing from the rear and the rear starts to shake. If one takes away gas, it is gone. The same phenomena occur when braking up to 60 km/h. If one drives a longer distance uphill, the trembling transfers to the whole vehicle. I hope that it is only the drives. Omega B, 2.5 DTI (150 hp), Ez. 06.2002

Gear damage.
16v eco-tech hello to all driving a calibra last edition bj 97,136ps,x20xev.120tkm. f18 transmission… I suddenly noticed last week when driving (in the city) a strange clacking in the area of the coupling..Unfortunately the clacking stopped as soon as I gave gas.. also in the push operation the clacking was to be heard despite kicked coupling…in standing and giving gas there is nothing to hear…then I drove the next day to opel…. n…when the gearbox was dismantled, chips were discovered on the main shaft and on the drive wheel!! when they called me the price for a new gearbox, I almost fell off the stool..2500eurons + enbau.. now my question: does anyone have a similar problem? should I install a used gearbox from the scrapter dealer (700euro) without installation! whereby I have my fear that the same problem can recur with the gruesome f18 gearbox.. or should I have my own gearbox overhauled??? Is this a general problem with these f18-powered??I hope someone can help me how to get a low-cost and reliable transmission..is the f20 of the old 16v also suitable?? urgently need help from experts..

Help !!! for Cali purchase
Tach people! Urgently need your professional advice. I have been playing a Calibra V6 with the thought for some time. If it is possible and in my budget fits one of the last years of construction. Unfortunately I know myself with vehicles of the brand OPEL, and especially the Calibra not so, since I always only ööööörrrrr…hust*…Volksw…hust…na You know, have driven. Now I have looked at a nice V6 on the weekend / rehearsed, which I discover on the Internet. The car looked like a tip top. Also when looking under the bonnet I could not discover any signs of oil loss or similar. And from the driving feeling, as far as I can judge, everything was fine. The only drop of wormwood on the thing is that the selling price is just above the amount I actually wanted to spend on a Cali. Now again to my question to you: What do you hold the one of the car. Is it worth the purchase price for it? ??? http://www.mobile.de/…/da.pl?… Would be grateful for some helpful advice. Thank you in advance.

Back then, it’s been a long time….Your first vehicle pictures
So I just wanted to throw a thread here in the round and look and hear how your automobile car started……… last night in a conversation with a buddy, that topic came up and we were digging in the old photo albums….yes and came out of the chuckles never… yes old anecdotes at your beginnings are welcome here too….So let’s go… So and that was my first guess… Let’s remember.. Opel-Ascona C 1,8S Bj 20.4.83 zu di it was only a virgin 150tkm on the clock, in Polarweiss…… All retrofitted what the junk yard offered…..Had later qusie ne full equipment from the Opel shelf Only not one…. ,a cat what was that because………head scratch….schmuntzel, yes, one drove still to the column and tipped Super-leaded in…!!! as long as there was still… .ja he ran and ran…but also quadratically sheet metal went in there….until the TÜV separated us…at least then it was a barrel without ground… yes it’s been a long time, it’s been a good time……… you can look back…….mfg

LED headlights per and contra
Hello dear Crossland driver! I am still looking for a suitable crossland. Because the mentioned delivery times of 4 to 6 months (and usually it will then be 6 months) is too long for me, I am looking for a demonstration car or day registration. There are enough offers, but unfortunately little with automatic transmission and LED headlights. Now I have read that the repair or replacement of an LED headlight costs about 1000 EURO! But since I already see bad on the day and even worse at night, I thought it makes sense. What do you mean or what do you have for experiences??? And how likely is it that such a headlight has to be replaced? Now I don’t drive many kilometers, because I’m already retired and now of course wonder if it’s worth putting a lot on it during the purchase and then having to grip the bag so deeply in case of a possible repair.
