  • Calibra purchase

    Hello As a novice driver I have driven a 75hp cadet for 2 years now. Don’t hold much of it. Just driving license and 150hp !!!! Now I wanted to buy a Calibra. one of the last ones. Best of all, CLiff or LE 😉 I probably wanted to take the 136hp Ecotec, because it is the cheapest in insurance and taxes. Drive thanks to my parents on 35%, but I am still in training. The engine should not be the crook, as I have read here. That the old 16V The Calibra is too old for me 🙂 Stupid question, but will I notice the difference between the Calli Eco and the Kadett ? Although I’m not one of those who does it on races, but always annoy me (provoking) in the city a few Golf II (III). Most of all the GT Specials 🙂 I already have my problems with my Kadett. I haven’t driven a Calli yet. My mother drives a Astra G Cabrio with 100hp(1.6 16V). well. so the racer is the also ni cht. :-. (so I don’t know if the Eco 2.0 16V is the right choice.   • Spare parts problem: cable pull for Opel Agila B no longer available/available

    Hello, I am not a car specialist, but hope to find help here: My Opel Agila B, BJ 2003, 1.0, 50kW, was towed last week and is now standing with torn rope hoists in the workshop. According to the workshop this is the GM part number: 95514679 The workshop has requested from Opel, the originals are no longer available, and also alternatively on other car parts pages, ebay etc. the spare part is not available anywhere. The workshop has therefore registered today and I was told that nothing was possible and that the car could not be repaired due to a missing spare part. Since it hurts me to scrap a car that actually still drives, and only a 200 Euro component is missing, I didn’t want to leave anything unoccupied and signed up here in the forum. Is there still an idea here how to get to this spare part? I am not a car expert, but the Suzuki Splash is for example very similar to the construction? Does anyone know if you can get here if necessary. alternatively on rope hoists of the Suzuki Splash could fall back? Thank you for your help!

  • Not a proper middle position Steering Agila B

    Hello together We’ve been driving a Agila B Bj 09 for about 3 months. A smart car, also the three-cylinder makes fun. Only the steering is a bit funny. If I drive around a slight curve, then I have to turn the steering wheel myself into the “straight” position. With a stronger steering impact, the steering does not go back completely when I let go of the steering wheel. Then there is a half steering impact missing. It’s hard to explain, but what I mean is the following: half turn and the steering is left or right and the steering is still like this. Car then continues to drive around the turn with the wheel released. Can’t be normal? Can’t???? There are certainly other Agila drivers who can help me. Thank you in advance.

    Hello. Need help. Got an Omega B 2,5 V6 built in 1998. Engine starts. Runs with misignitions. Setbacks in the air filter box. Yesterday was still fuelling. No diesel, but super. No E10. I checked the fuel bill. Under full gas it ramps up with the reverse misignitions. If you take gas away it goes out immediately. Jumps again. Engine controller does not burn. From Opel the camshaft and crankshaft sensor were replaced 5 months ago. ( Si emens ). That thing still went like butter yesterday. Someone has an idea.

    hello, I also want to dare to ask here, since a few days my engine (y22xe) mostly only runs on 3 cylinders. working in cold condition all 4 cylinders, as soon as I have driven 3-5km sets off a cylinder and again, when I play something with the gas pedal he works again for a time. when driving you notice the failure and the again working of the cylinder by acceleration or slip reduction. yesterday I installed new candles after I tested the compression t had (all 4 cylinders were 14.4 to 14.6 bar).
