hello, I’m looking for an omega b 2.0 16 v caravan. since I’m a little short of cash, the car won’t be very expensive. I drove an omega a 2.6 years ago and was more than satisfied with the car. except wear parts I never needed anything. now I want to know how this is with the omegas. are the reasonably reliable? and what do I have to pay special attention to when buying? are the freewheelers? our opel dealer advised me not to use the omega w because he had one himself and only had problems. but I can’t imagine that somehow. for tips and answers I would be very grateful to you.

Hello first my Omi B Facelift Bj. 08/2000 Caravan Sport. I ordered the conversion kit for the Tacho at Blue Tacho but had to find out that it was too dark. I have an Omega B V6. Since I changed my Vdd to the right, I have the feeling that sometimes my interior smells like cooling water. It is only for about 10 seconds. I have already removed the glove compartment and everything is dry. If I hold my nose on the passenger side in the footroom to the center console, it smells like this Maggie smell. But not always. Slices don’t fog either. I took my carpet up and caught it under the foam and everything is dry. On the driver’s side it doesn’t smell and there is also the carpet and the foam dry. Has the feeling that it always smells briefly when the fans run. Cooling water is not really missing. If the heat exchanger was defective, it would always smell and be moist, wouldn’t it?

Hello together the following has happened: my father has been driving an omega b combo with 2liter maschine the car has for some time the following problem (sometimes ) : cool water Rises at the same time with the speed, motor stutters after switching off he no longer jumps on (in the case of a reason does not come, despite the new part ) push doess then smells like sprite and runs again achja and the motor control light shines after about 20 sec ……… the latter occurs however perma so he has forced him to roll again the day before yesterday since comes a knock from the engine room compression is present oil pressure right etc takes man however the ignition candle from cylinder 1 out is knocking away.. suspected on piston damage annoying because grade new head seal etc now to save the question motor ?? is probably not worth motor replacement is so make this at BMW e30 almost blind however I know there the treacherous and hidden screws ..how about the omega can send me a “command to the happy motor change ” ???? thank you in advance

Hey guys, about 3 -4 weeks ago I had my interior mirror glued back to me in the Opel workshop because this one just hung down in the morning. The in the workshop hams also only on the 2nd start made the part to cardboard because it is a bit heavy and clunky (automatically dimmes the light, doesn’t know what the technical term for it is). Yesterday evening my father comes home and thinks I should look the mirror is off again and the disc over I thought he was joking because the chin was stupid when I had the car relatively new and it was in the workshop because of such stupidity. So below you see the pictures I thought I was crazy! So I went off into the thick ship and to the workshop. Of course calmly and objectively asks for the boss, who already came to meet me and said tell jetz not your mirror is off again… .. the thing looked at was astonished that something goes on. He explained this to me can be due to the temperature fluctuations, or to the 2 phase glue they used. Well, on the question of what we wanted to do the jetz he turned me on we do about Teilkasko and the workshop takes over the excess….
