Hello dear motor-talker… I have been reading in this wonderful forum for years now. Perhaps you can help me. I now own the 3rd Omega now a B Caravan Facelift 2.5 year 1999 and I am always well “dangered” with the living rooms. About 4months ago many tacho, ABS and ESP out. Unfortunately always only sporadically so that a read out of the error in the workshop of my trust did not bring of course nothing, because always when I was there everything went…! Now the part (probably ABS sensor) completely lose me and I drove without tacho, ABS and ESP also well. Since it snows now and I don’t want to miss out on the helpers I have brought the omi into the workshop. Result: ABS control unit is gone because I drove so long without ABS sensor! Such a part costs without installation 1.040€!! Now my question: Can someone tell me where I get this cheaper? How does this device exactly mean? What can I do without giving all the Christmas money? I’ve bought the lamp profilatically times at 3,2,1 as needed but without success. In addition, I can’t remember the main switch again and I’ve been looking for the lighting.

Now I wanted to ask, to what extent are the heads actually allowed to be crooked – in the longitudinal and plan direction??? And what do you think, is it better to mill them or rather grind them???? I found only this here in the forum:However, the engine repair shop said that the heads are crooked. 1/3mm “unplan”. Quer is probably 1/10mm and length 5/100mm allowed. However, in my eyes this is soon more a question than an answer! And that the head on the shorter distance may be more crooked than on the longer distance would be a little incomprehensible for me! Have both possibilities at work, but I would prefer to grind, since the surfaces are a bit finer and smoother?!!!!

Hello, guys, I don’t know what to do! I drove my brother’s car today and it was very clever on the Bauhaus parking lot! From the left came a nearly 2 years young Porsche Targa 4. I couldn’t brake anymore and it hit! The Porsche driver, a tax advisor, claims that I was driving too fast and he only had to go in the step-mpo! Furthermore he found a witness who wanted to say for him that I was going too fast! The police thought that he was clearly the cause of the accident because he had to give me the lead. If he was driving in the step-mpo he would have been able to brake or avoid it! The Porsche came out of nowhere! The parking lot was really full and there were many cars on the road. I also had no space to slow down the Omega. The Porsche is a company car and the gentleman said that he would like to commission a lawyer’s office for the case! What would you do now in my place?

So I’m going to sign off my omi soon It’s going to be like a smart one, but since my distance has changed extremes (5,3km to work) and I’d like to have a motorcycle, I’m going to sell my omi. The new means of transportation will be a smart ^^ is almost the same thing as having a deal with my treasure running when I have a smart hole, I’m also allowed to buy a motorcycle ^^ Will probably sell a few parts like e.g. kpl Xenon system with headlights, aLwR, light switch block, SWRA, sensor front and back. Then my rims of Antera in 17″ with 235/45/17 (which I’ll have to repaint before though) I have to start a change that I still have money on the account at the end of the month, now I’ll fill up almost everything and then the money is really too bad for me. Hi, after long abstinence I am just thinking of buying another Omega B. So far I had an Omega B 2.5 TD and an Omega B 2.5 DTI. Now I could get a cheap Omega B 2.5 V6 (EZ 09/1997) from first possession, completely stocked and garage vehicle. Of the Omega B 3.0 V6 I know that the complete engine has to be out there for a truck replacement. What about the Omega B 2.5 V6? Is it the same there? I don’t necessarily want to buy the cheap purchase price due to high maintenance costs. Unfortunately, in the Sufu I found nothing concrete about this.

And please don’t tell me to take the door pads from the facer…I want to keep my living room feeling… 2.I wanted to replace my front bumper with the one from the facer. Maybe someone has the stuff of what I need to lie around and could you offer me? Maybe also the decorating of the facer? For the combo… Achso: does the roofing strongly contribute to stability? Greetings, I have recently been the owner of an Omega Caravan 16V (built in 1997), because my loyal Ford Focus was faced with a big repair that is no longer worth it. I have already been told that the Omega is not a savings miracle, but I also don’t drive soooo much. However, the space for my 2 children and prams are already great. Unfortunately, the summer tyres, 2 of which were not good at the time of purchase. They have to be exchanged. Now I have an offer for 4 aluminium rims from an Omega Facelift with 225/55 ZR16 (6 mm profile) summer tires. Aluminium rims that were included in the purchase are 205/R15. Do the wheels from the Facelift also fit on my old Omega? The seller can’t tell me anything about this. And in which area would the extra consumption lie? Can you guess that? LG Rebecca Rebecca

Hello, I just had a strange experience. Our station wagon has to get a new ZKD. Therefore it is hardly moved until all parts are there and I come to the repair. From time to time I have to drive it just a few meters out of the way. At the same time just the engine started to smoke like crazy. On the one hand it boiled quite well in the balance tank (clearly) but also exhaust gases from the oil filling nozzle. How for God’s sake do exhaust gases come there? Do I have to fear to have lost a piston now too? VG Mathias
