Hello Motor-Talk Forum. I’m still going crazy, and before I run AMOK I try it again here! my problem. I have a 97er Omega B MV6 now I’ve been getting the radio to run for a week, but without success. the factory radio was installed in the vehicle, however no sound comes from the boxes. the cables and plugs are all still original, it’s nothing nipped off or patched. except…… I have down right in the driver’s footroom next to the control electronics for r the central locking a few cables still found partly with plugs as well as a GSM antenna cable. that the omega once had a phone in it factory was aware, however, it is connected with the speakers ????? it does not come from any box a tone. I measured and did, but did not come to any result. there is not even a resistance to measure to the speaker cable. as if they were separated somewhere. only where. have followed them as far as possible. it is all whole, has the omega possibly installed an additional amplifier end stage somewhere? I am really at the end with my Latin, hope it helps me someone. otherwise I can buy a 50 meter roll cable and rewire everything. what I did not intend to do. I take another speaker and hold it directly to the iso plug of the speaker it goes. I measure directly at the speaker the resistance is measurable. it is really the madness. how do I know if the speaker is he’s from BOSE? is that on it somewhere. or do you see that somehow from outside? I really hope someone helps me am really at the end, I’ve never experienced that before ! Greeting Stefan_GM

New screws important for crossbar changes?
Hi people…, I wanted to know from you if it is really necessary to use new screws after the change of the crossbars? Opel and other manufacturers write this before but hardly anyone really keeps up with it. Have asked at several workshops whether the new screws are used, and they all think that they would continue to use the old screws as long as they are not rotten. However, they pull the screws according to regulations with rotational motion wrench and wave What do you think?

MID / TID Pixel repair: cheap and fast!!!
Pixel failure…. a sad topic, I know! Annoying, unsightly and even more exciting! There is a Swiss address that performs such repairs. However, shipping can quickly mutate to the giant rip-off of the inch. Besides, the repair itself is not a bargain. But now there is a really inexpensive, fast and competent repair option. Just get in touch with M8-Enzo via PN and you will find joy in your MID again! Greeting from pixel error. Efreiten Dotti!

Heaters?
Hello Opelaner, I’ve got a lot of noise from the heater! What can that be? And isn’t it when the ignition is off, and you press the car button, turn on the heater (use of the residual heat) and warm the interior until the water temperature drops to a certain value? The heating runs only about 30 sec. Just looked at the heater — because much of it is not connected to the connection see photo = can you help me further where it is connected to should be closed? Thank you very much

Understandable question of heating power
Moin Moin and everyone a happy 2011. Before Christmas the thermostat was changed with me. Now the engine temperature at 85°C is nailed like . Before it was only so weak 70°C (depending on the outside temperature). Now I thought that it also comes a little warmer from the air jets. But that is not so (are so felt 28-30°C), so I will soon replace the WT rinse if necessary. ( Who has a guide for a facer please report *GRINS*) The funny thing about the whole story is but, if I add the Webasto Thermo Top C, it comes out nicely warm. WhereZi temperature Quite off from the fact that the ventilation almost blows itself dead without heating and with eyes closed and through the set 20° has reached the heater a separate heating circuit greeting Opeltest driver

funny jumping at these icy temperatures
Hello together! In the morning at half past six with read off between (in the meantime) -7 and today even -10,5 degrees my diesel jumps hilariously… Like a tractor… And then it shakes for 10-12 seconds but then runs normal as if nothing… Don’t rattle, don’t rattle, don’t zap… But the first seconds are really awful… Tractor moderately, as if it would fall apart or explode at any moment… What can that be? Or what is that supposed to be? Fuel filter and everything has been made new before the winter. Now for a few days new battery… And in the afternoon then at -4 to -6 degrees it starts almost again normal… But then he does it only very briefly… Only early in the morning does that, when he has stood overnight, now that it is so cold at night… Don’t pay attention? If so, where do I start looking? Because it’s only these 10 – 12 (screaming) seconds… After that it runs like new as if nothing was new… Don’t sabber, don’t stutter… Just runs nice… I honestly don’t know how to describe it, it kicks and barks and noises and clings for 10-12 seconds in the morning, that you really like to think, oh, hopefully it doesn’t collapse… Thank you. Joe
