  • Insignia 2.0 Error message Loading pressure too high

    Hello my insignia had a motor damage at 128t. Km! A used engine with turbo was installed. When I picked up the insi. He ran super then I was informed that I still get a software update so car in the workshop and program on it. Everything super But unfortunately now always comes the error message “charge pressure too high”. In the workshop one said the loader is defect .So other loaders pure but the error comes again and again. Does someone have this problem or knows advice?

  • Zafira 1.7 CDTI Start problems

    Hello together, yesterday I started my Zafira quite normally, but I already noticed an unusual (more than the normal one with this engine) fluctuate the speed in idle mode. When driving in 1st and 2nd gear then everything was normal, from the 3rd gear, however, the engine jerks heavily under load up to 2000 rpm over it everything was quite normal. I then drove about 15 km to check if it gets better in warm condition, but the jerking was still there. In a parking lot h I turn off a video of the fluctuating idle speed after that the engine then turned off. He then let himself start, but after 1 second immediately goes out again and not as if the fuel is missing but as if you just turn off the ignition key. If you then directly try to start again he simply goes without jumping on. If you start the ignition off and again it starts again for 1 second. AGR valve is plugged off, since it has recently been I have replaced the diesel filter which has not brought any improvement. However, I noticed a few shiny metal particles, which is why I have screwed out the asses unit to see if there are chips there. Although the asses unit and the bore look so clean, however, the seals are quite over (see photos). Can I just use the seals against suitable O-rings I don’t want to buy a new unit because of the gaskets for 200€. Can the problem come from it at all or has someone had a similar problem and can tell you what it was about? Or does someone have ideas what the problem could be? Unfortunately, I can only read out mistakes on Thursday evening.

    Hi people I find yes the 2.0 16V go yes really neat I want to get out there but still bit more power I think the following possibilities are there but which are effective ?! I should perhaps mention that I have 162 tkm. What really does what and can get certain things with ABE. 1. Ait Intake 2. K&N Kit 3. Exhaust system (fees I have from factory) 4. Camshaft 5. Red Riding Hood (what does it bring ?) 6. Lexmaul Ram Induction 7. Power Tube 8. other candles ?!

  • Automatic transmission Oil change Filling quantity Omega B

    I bought my Omega new oil for the automatic transmission (AR25KZ) (converter tub and transmission tub removed, filter and gaskets replaced). ~4l oil came out, I could fill ~4,8l (exactly I can no longer understand the quantities, too much has unexpectedly fallen victim to paper cloths and Damper spotlights ~;-) How much really has to be filled is unclear, neither in nor in is called a filling quantity. Of me was called 8,4l (+0,2l for coolers), at 4,4l z u read.

  • Xenon has been able to regulate since tyre change

    Hey, since the middle of October I have unfortunately my winter tires (195/65 R15) on it again and since then I have the problem. If I have my summer tires (235/45 R17) out, the Xenon is almost never regulated (I usually drive alone & highest with 3 people). And since the winter tires it constantly regulates the light width, it is enough already if a small floor shaft or pothole comes or the car is otherwise in “screwing” position. Is my lamp width regulation defective?

    have the following problem, my MV6 BJ 98 ,has the BC Prisxel error,have changed the BC to a Bj95,everything goes except tacho,because this is from an automatic,and I myself have a switch. Diue Opel dealer in Augsburg also have no read-in device for the Bj 95,have only one for Bj from 97. Who has a tip how to do that,or even the possibility to reprogram the Bc,so that my tacho goes again.

    hello people have had my dick at bosch zum tüv/au today and he didn’t pass both – shit. question1: brittle rod head right – are there 70€ realtistic (mat+assembly) question2: stone impact in the disc. bosch thinks that the disc type is coded in the chassis number. (have a normal disc and would like to have one with heat protection glazing or what that means) if it were just a normal installation for me. why do you recognize the disk in the number? and now the actual per blem. there are the following errors saved P1220, P1590(was before), P0400 so correctly knew who didn’t know why that flew through the au. want to make a mistake search first. I hope it’s not the esp. do you know any other causes for this error constellation? thank you stefan
