Diesel freezes a
Good morning, parish. Have an annoying problem. My omi is in the carport. If I haven’t used it for 2 days, it is frozen at the current temperatures (-8°C). Then only help take the hook and for at least 4 hours in a heat hall… Should you dump spirit into the diesel??? If yes, how much.

Hello, my dipped-beam at the Omi is getting worse and worse, I noticed that my lenses have become matt. High beam is ok, but with the dipped-beam I can not live. Hi, was on the road again, I just returned, wanted to go with my father last Friday for a short trip, pussed cake, I had some temperature problems in the last time, I assumed that it was to do with the LPG system and accordingly drove at the outside temp. of 35 °C max. 120-130 km/h. My problem is that the temp. display suddenly went into the red area, the cooling water hose at the front left (seen in driving direction) off and the cooler a n crack had, oil was exactly on max. marking, cooling water was also enough, all fans ran i.o. cooling water hose mounted, air conditioning, of course. So I ran right on the highway water in (have always 5 ltr. water and 1 ltr. oil in the weather), engine can not start. Since I have an automatic 3.0 MV6 and the MKL was on after the action, I believe that the gear cooler got what, do not hope that the piston seals or something else got it. I don’t really like the new crates, I’ve already been able to do a lot myself on my omme and learned a lot about it. Repair incl. spare parts approx. 500 Euro, I now have 230.000 km on the clock. What does it mean? I have to say that I have not tried to start today. I have an idea, should I keep the crate away?

Should I switch from Omega to Vectra?
My FOH proposes the following business: Change from my Omega Kombi 2.5 TD facelift, first registration: 05 2000, 125 000km to a Vectra – Kombi – Sport Ditd 1,9 120 HP First registration 02 2004 with 74 000km. The car is written here in Austria by 10 800.- (list price here 12 680) My Omi is currently OK, no problems. But he is not getting younger either! Please for opinions!! Thank you

Engine at 85-90 degrees from
Hello together, had already asked a few days ago in the round, but unfortunately no answer received. I then looked for it in the archive and then I thought I had found it. Unfortunately it is not like that. I have no idea now. Motor can be started normally and runs even if it is cold. If it reaches a temperature of about 85-90 degrees it suddenly goes out and cannot be started.( Starter runs, but no ignition takes place) If the engine then starts again is cooled, it starts again until it is warm again. Hello dear forum members, Hello Kurt! 🙂 Is that connected with the cracker? The sound didn’t get any worse… Can this be the exhaust pipe under the aperture? Or is it something else? Have you thought about going to the FOH and doing a motor check for 35€ – but I’d better ask here first. Does JEMAND have an IDEE? Please let me know before I start to develop negative feelings against my car (which I find otherwise great)!

motor control lamp + diagnosis motor damage = shot?
hallöchen together, the following: on a trip with my vectra b (bj 97/113TKM) the motor control light lights up; also notice that the car does not attract properly. connected to the opera workshop 1. error code device, diagnosis: air seal in the eimer, cost point 300 euro 2. recall: so the air seal is not; we must necessarily remove the cylinder head if you want to know what it is & that will be expensive, regardless of the diagnosis; will not want to be equal to ne n new/old car buy, superior, 113T KM 3. cylinder head removed: diagnostic hole in the piston, cost 3000-4000 euro, don’t want to buy a new car? now is of course the problem: the cylinder head is off & they know that I don’t have a new one installed during the diagnosis; so the car doesn’t come out of the workshop anymore (e.g. in another, to check the diagnosis) is 1 bit suspicious: I’m lay (note that on 10 km), the car looks for its 113 MKM/BJ 97 still damn good out… so that I suspected, they want to ease me for 1 appel & 1 eggs around the box, fix the (minor) damage, calculate me still the money for the “diagnosis” and the “interventions” and then plug me still a scrap box… maybe everything is also correct – but I can not decide that alone. therefore my questions: 1. immediately the wink: your car is old & dare buy from us : is that usus? that you also immediately at the km-stand – f r the exchange of a seal – was interested, I also find funny 2. that the car doesn’t attract a little bit; that might be the emergency running program itself, not the problem itself, or (problem e.g. air quantity meter, did I see here in the forum)? 3. did the diagnostic work correctly or would there have been another review besides disassembly of the head cylinder? 4. what can I do to check the diagnosis? 5. am I paranoid? k ann man workshops also manipulations at the motor trust? many thanks already & nice greetings felgar
