  • C20XE Crankshaft / camshaft

    Hello, I need information about the C20XE. Background is the one I want to use the Motronic 2.5 in a (not now beat) VW Passat 35i 2,0l 16V Bj.90. It is supposed to replace the KE-Motronic there (will later convert to LPG and that is very difficult with the KE-Motronic, respectively madness). Therefore I have some questions. How far before OT meets the reference mark of the KW and camshaft on the donors? What exactly does the donor wheel look like?It should have 60 teeth (including 2 free teeth)? rblende 1 or 4 windows in the ignition distributor? I have bound the inet up and down but nothing to do with it. At VW this is described relatively open in the self-study programs. From OPEL there is something comparable (technical service information), but not accessible in the inet. Can someone give me the info’s? Thanks Mario

  • Opel 1.6 CDTI overhauled injectors not programmable

    Hello together, I have bought for my Mokka X 1.6 CDTI 4 outdated injectors. But the injectors can not be read with the included codes. We have now received 3x new codes, then send us in exchange again new outdated injectors which do not work again. My workshop now has no idea. Maybe someone among you who did the same thing and could solve the problem. The year of construction is 2016, the engine code DTH. PS: The old ones can be programmed without problems ?   • Opel Mokka PROBLEME Rearview camera,ABS,ESB,return light lights everything permanent ?

    Good day forum, problem: And I have the problem that with my Mokka yesterday the return camera is permanently on during the ride (forewarning ) and the reversing lights (reversing gear ) permanently burn during the ride. Then came the ABS light on and ESP light also out of the nothing. First of all: I have not read it out yet. First of all have removed the panel from the rear and the brins (reversing gear ) so that the at least during the Fhart not more lights. Causes of my opinion: – Have also in winter from time to time the problem disc from in Frozen that there may have been water running somewhere above all windshield – Marten damage ( First glance found nothing ) – Short circuit somewhere in the system – Cable breakage vehicle: Opel Mokka Bj 2013 1.7 CDti 131 hp.   • Air filter HENGST E1133L does not fit

    Hello, I wanted to change the air filter on my Mokka bj 2015 with the 1.4 – A14NET engine, bought the stallion filter E1133L on the Internet, but the filter does not fit.   • Cooling water loss

    Hello, my Mokka BJ 2016, 140 hp, 85000km, has cooling water loss, but always only up to a certain brand. That means, the cooling water level never sinks below the stand as shown in the photo. The workshop had changed a hose before, but that didn’t bring anything. I fill every once in a while, but after a short time the cooling water is back on the stand like on the photo and stays there. If something was leaking, like cooler or water pump or cylinder head, then it would have to the container will be empty at some point, right? Because either the system is sealed or not. If I am wrong here, why? And is it bad if the container is not full up to the mark? Would I be happy about ideas for troubleshooting.

  • Omega – bad quality?
