Hello, I brought my Agila B into the workshop a lot of annoying!!! Agila B 1.3CDTI Edition EZ 05/08 km 20000 Here is a short list: – Metallic scratching when braking – watch always goes about 10 min after – rattles when accelerating under load at approx.3500 rpm – interior light no longer works – turbo whistle – fuel consumption rose by approx.2.5l – oil can lights, oil level is supposed – heavy gear (in return) yesterday morning brought and picked up this evening (Erss Atzfahrzeug Insignia 2,0 BiTurbo Sport 4T, a dream in black) – Opel knows the problem, is in the process of remedying it ( get in the front a new brake, saddle, disc and coverings in March) – Opel knows the problem, has developed a new speedometer, (comes also in March) – FOH thinks it’s up to the chain, next week Friday comes one of Opel (FOH thinks there’s a new engine) – humidity in door contact (cleaned and preserved) – winter problem(ice crystals destroy the shovel wheels) ) with the 1.3 cdti, however, has not confirmed itself with me – DPF problem, repeatedly tried and broken freeburning tests (New software or comes new DPF and or engine) – through the DPF freeburning tests diesel comes into the engine oil and therefore the oil level (help like one above) increases – no remedy, lies on straight toothed return if someone has questions, just ask!!!!!!!! mfg Mike

AGR ex factory not available, but control unit with AGR software installed, no PINs available
Hello, the following scenario: I purchased a 2004 Agila A with Z12XE, which turned out to be very complicated. Main problem: The vehicle brings AGR error messages and goes into the emergency run, which would not be unusual, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Unfortunately, the engine control unit is a version of 2001 – when this model still had an AGR. Thus, the control unit asks the correct function of the AGR and, of course – because it does not exist – makes a mistake. The retrofitting of an AGR valve is not so easy, since there are no corresponding cables available. So probably the original software for the Z12XE from BJ 2003(?) should be played in the control unit without AGR. Jet As I don’t have a security pin to the vehicle as well as the built-in control unit, the FOH probably can’t do that. There are papers and proof of ownership about the vehicle, so I could have a new car pass issued. However, I don’t get a car pass to the built-in control unit (VIN would be available). Therefore, the questions: Is there a simple, affordable way to read out the current security pins of the control unit and speedometer or using the V To get IN’s? (I’ve already gone through the Internet: I’m probably going with Op-Com Advanced, but I don’t know anyone who has that. With Op-Com China replicas probably only with version 1.39, but supposedly only with Corsa C. Otherwise only with soldering and reading out the chips) Does anyone even have a suitable software for the Z12XE 2004 without AGR? Which could certainly help here also the FOH, if the PINs are known and everything is reset correctly & registered again. G Is there perhaps any other way to program the AGR out of the control unit or to suppress the error without having to retrofit the AGR and the wire harness? Thank you for your help.

Agila engine noise normal?
Since July I drive an Opel Agila Bj. 2003 with 125000 km mileage. At the beginning I had the impression that the engine is quite loud and/or can be heard in idle mode a rattle / clacker. Oddly enough you can hardly hear it from outside with open bonnet. I had asked at ATU and there they thought the noise was normal for a 3-cylinder. Shortly afterwards I had the brakes renewed at the Opel dealer and there also nobody has anything about a Noise said that didn’t belong there. But I didn’t explicitly ask about it there either… But somehow I have the feeling that the noise has become stronger, but can also deceive me, because I always hear any noises on the car anyway 🙂 It only occurs, as I said, in idle, as soon as I give some gas, it is gone. Can it really be normal for a 3-cylinder ?? Thanks for answers ! LG, the Lexi

In the meantime I had removed the inner cladding of the tailgate and tried to open the lock via the bars, a About it doesn’t work. Agila 1.0 H00 feedback sensor signal faulty P 1112 +13
Moin moin, engine: Z 10 XEP from 2004. The Gutmann reader always spits out this error. The workshop/screw key lights sporadically. I plugged all the plugs one after the other on the engine height cylinder head to get on which the sensor is. Hang a few pics on it. But the car is running normally. I think it has something to do with the ominous intake manifold. Vllt someone knows more. Come out of the Audi /VW fraction rather like that.

Transmission and braking noise Agila B 1.2 Built 2008
Hello everybody, for 4 weeks I have my little Agila and it is really great. The circuit seems to me however quite angular and often hooks. The gearbox makes noises when I let the clutch come (in the upper area). It sounds as if a wheel continues/turns. On the highway I have a loud, roaring noise when braking from higher speed at the front. When the brake is released it is gone. At lower speeds it does not occur. Can someone write to me If that’s normal with an Opel. Had 12 years Ford and 12 years BMW, this is my first Opel. Maybe it’s typical of Agila and I’m smiled when I go to the workshop with it. I’m grateful for every tip.

“Compulsory breathing” C20NE 😉
So with my Omega A 2.0i there is still some space in the engine room. I thought that I could “force breathing” my engine with any fan or one of these leaves and thus get a bit more power out. The c20ne is also such a top stable engine. Has someone tried something like this? Shouldn’t be super complicated now, but as simple as possible and mechanically adjustable best. I already had a few ideas but wanted to get into experience if someone was looking for something like this. It’s just a thought, so don’t complain people.

Senator B conversion
Senator B Conversion So have now my Seni B at home wants in yes remodeled rims+tires, exhaust system, interior, disc Exteriour ,case room, suspension (feathers only) headlights+engine hood, rear spoiler, brake discs and covering (sport) So first it is a Senator B Bj:1993 engine:C30NE (130KW/177PS Euro 2) Tkm:132000 Equipment: Everything except the AHK he has even the black leather equipment Climate is already converted ***Top condition*** Najo now you are in demand so the frame for the whole is 5000 euro maximum. Rims sceptical so on 18 inches with so 225 to 255 he slat. Exhaust system should be n MSD and n ESD (4 tube) GTG would be there which would build especially for me worth almost 700 euro only ESD,MSD there is indeed cheap. Jo and with the rest of the things raging out. Nen fake Senator as you would have liked in would of course be best.

Pay a ticket or not?
Moin! The topic may not fit into this subforum, but since I am here “at home”, I write it here. Today I received from the city administration Willich – i.e. my residential community” – a “written warning/hearing sheet” over 10 €. As traffic law illegality is “they stopped in the stop ban (sign 283)”, as a place specified a road near the Schiefbahner village square. Ah yes, Schiefbahn is my “home village” – but only for a few months. If I had spoken to a politician or if I had found a “knoll” on the windshield, I would of course see the mistake. However, since I am a very considerate person, this almost never happens to me, in 11 years I have “gathered” just 1 “knoll” – and that in the big city jungle. So, and now I get this warning WITHOUT Knöllchen, without anyone having spoken to me about it or the like. I can say 100% that I do not ve I don’t know if I’ve ever been here in the village. Maybe I stopped somewhere to get one off – but hey, there’s NOTHING going here! And there was no politician, or something like that: I drove a new Audi with Düsseldorf license plate that day. Was just a rental car. Such guys aren’t exactly popular here in the village, Düsseldorf is a “red cloth” for the villagers. Did a grandpa write down the license plate and “show me”? What would you do? It’s not about the villagers. e popligen 10 €, but it must not be that the city administration can warn without evidence, so to speak, can it?
