Fan manifold,4.2.1 with 55mm connection tube to 24V steel cat.57mmto group N. Bohnrat power tube(only because the rubber part was risked)Nass air filter.K-N. The engine is running really well, only if it was very much outside m it is a fraction of ner Secunde, like every car with the hot Lambdareglung. the system pressure is 3 bar, if I install that part, the pressure must have already 3 bar without negative pressure and it will be series already more than 3 bar. who knows itself? don’t want that I already come under serial pressure. how is the pressure series in stand? so that I have a basic setting and then can increase the stepwise. would like to see then on the role so that I can see if it is fat at vollast. I feel like he starts braking at 6000.Magersquecht? achja the camshaft is from sight with 130 Ps. so nothing world-moving. must come there with a little more petrol pressure. would be very grateful for your help. gr. armin Possmann

MOVANO replacement engine for 3th defective no warranty?
Hello guys, maybe someone still has an idea what you can do in order to somehow get to a culant/guarantee acceptance. to the facts. Movano is commercially used = 1day failure without Fz, without car rental = 1 day no money earned! Movano bought 2004 > 2008 various problems (electric wrongly connected and and and and)03-04/2008 – Turbocharger defective + Turbo replaced – FOH determines MOTOR flatt ( FOH tries to get 15 days new engine) + engine changed after 3 weeks (c a. 10000 Euro all together without a rental car)10-11/2008 (about 30000km since new installation) – engine makes loud noises – FOH checks and says cause: noises from the pleu bearing + repair: crankshaft (after 14 days) renewed, operating materials OIL & frost protection replaced “guarantee takeover by OPEL”01/2009 – vehicle stops on the way – ADAC pulls Fz to the FOH – FOH makes the following TECH2 test, actuator test pressure valve electr., connection valve measured, control unit measured + repair: cable interruption fixed and additionally air filter insert renewed (164,40 Euro) 07/2009 (about 80000km since new installation) – car runs unround and rusted (about 30000km since new installation) – FOH finds errors after 2-3 days = cylinder head seal and cylinder head must be replaced + after approx.14 days car finished costs 4100 Euro oil change / belt change have always been made. After consultation customer service and service manager at FOH the following result! Opel does not assume any warranty or culpability in any respect, because there is no inspection scatter! Now to my question: When 10-11/2008 the crankshaft was installed, was surely the whole engine tested, more than during an inspection? Would you have seen if there was a problem with the cylinder head? At the tests/work 01/2009 someone could have noticed that there was a problem with the cylinder head? eug already 3 weeks on the farm also the customer is addressed: “You should join the inspection immediately.” Thank you for your answers! rattle noises at the Insignia
Hello, the following happened at my Insignia. When I came home the day before yesterday after a longer drive and left the car briefly to bring the purchases to my home before parking, I noticed that the car was very strongly clattered / clacked. During the journey there were no abnormalities. Yesterday the same thing again, whereby the car journey was shorter and the noise was not so clear. So probably the bigger the load on the car was, the more It’s best to put your head in the footroom of the driver’s side, or to put yourself under the car. It’s a regular/rhythmic metallic knock. As soon as the engine is on display, the noise is gone. There’s a video on which you can hear the noise. Does anyone have an idea what that could be? I’d be very grateful about the answers, since I’m already thinking about what the noise is. that could be.

Hi, everybody! I’m interested in a spactourer and I’m about to do a test drive. Before that, I’d like to ask you a few questions: – There’s probably no luggage room cover for the size M with 5 seats – are there alternatives? – It’s the same with a separation net behind row 2. – Where do you store the warning triangle, first-aid kit, etc.? – Are there any ideas to use the space between the front seats somehow meaningfully? – Does anyone have experiences with “Grip Control”? – In the configuration or you can order additional ashtrays and cigarette lighters – where are they installed? Timing belts jumped and so on!
Hello, I have an Opel Vectra A 2.0 liter machine. I skipped the timing belt. 10 belts/tooths were gone. I then replaced the water pump and timing belts. And now it doesn’t want to start any more. The starter makes the impression as if it would have been difficult. The lamp in the car also goes out. I thought that the battery is too weak and I used another car and tried to start it with a starter. Unfortunately not possible. Then I removed the timing belt. I don’t have the alternator on it (mechanically, not a V-belt on it). But it can’t be because I have a second car, which is still running. I’m at the end. I don’t know any more. I don’t think I’ve installed the timing belt incorrectly, because it doesn’t work. At the top is a marking and at the bottom is the roll of the thorn. But without the timing belt it would have to run after all? Or is the machine flat? I have rotated at the bottom of the belt roll. I realize that it can be partly hard and partly simply rotated during idle. I also notice in one place as a swing as if a spring would hit off. I can also turn at the top of the camshaft and notice that at different positions it also spins off on its own (with force). Thank you for your support in advance.

Heat-up experience?
Hello, have installed a Webasto auxiliary heater from the workshop. Should be ex factory, but was “forgotten” (eventually because it was not available in the edition at once) and was retrofitted at the dealer “original”. Under 15 minutes at -5 degrees I do not notice much of heat. Should the heater blower be placed on the windscreen before the car? Or does it only warm up the engine cooling circuit? With me the actual blower does not run with 8 which I actually expect In order to get the windows free), only at the engine start, engine temperature then so 70 degrees. Do you need to switch it off by itself at the engine start or can/may it continue to run? It is only programmed via the remote control or is there still an extra level of control in the Info menu? I’m not so sure if this is all so ok. vG Rudi

Toyota Proace Verso
I drive a V250d long, rear drive with 180.000km on the clock. I am 4th hand and EZ 01/16. Ride it since 02/22. Have 2 dogs and a child. For the holiday the mother-in-law also usually goes with. Although this is hardly affordable the holiday… Now the problems are starting or for my 1st Benz it didn’t go well. Problems: – Electric sliding doors – Electric parking brake does not always jump out. Belongs with the brake HA completely new made with electric motor and ropes et c. (The engine is also not quite fixed) – Some one has installed sport springs 20mm all around, the thing is zero Comfortable and really not fun, because it is so hard. I would take the leveling from KW and no original, which is even more expensive than that from KW, it would get with installation for approx. 3300€, which is really a lot of money, cathedral bearings etc. I would also join in the same. – Service A is now due but you always have that. – Driver seat new a ufpadded – air conditioning service complete – chrome strip rear (loading edge protection) a little broken & probably 1 sensor defect Yes that was just a bit, I’m just torn back and forth, which runs until the beginning of 2029, because it was a full financing with 4.19% at the Santander. New V-Class is too expensive, T6 has no good engines except the 150PSler, T7 would possibly have what because the good interest, otherwise still Tourneo Custom or Galaxy and Proace Verso, whereby I like to again because of space on It’s really stupid because the used ones all have 6-8% interest rates and I’m driving cheaper now. Check out your opinions, Vill will help me.

Bus (Citroen?) suitable for remodeling as a touring vehicle?
hi, my husband and I would like to buy a small bus or a long van to remodel it in for travel. since we have had bad experiences with our old car in terms of High Reperature cost the last 3 years we thought rather of a year to venture. thought e.g. of the small Citroen space bus, or something like that in the direction. should not exceed them 30 000. does someone recommend durable models in the premium class? Box van would also be in question, a few PS zb 110 would be okay. one should be able to lie out behind the front seats from the length, back seats we build out. Bed will take off under stars etc. so looking for a durable driving kit. does anyone have experience with the small Citroen space bus? or other ideas where price and performance would fit our project? sg
