N2O injection ineffective?
Moin! A well-known one of me drives calibra, 2L 8v 115ps, believe 92 or 93 year of construction, knows net exactly. Has a N20/Nos system been installed a few days ago, which according to Tuner should bring ~50ps. But nothing there, the plant does not bring anything at all. Something can not be right. He noticed that it smells quite nice after the gas, if it is used, whether the line is not completely dense? Well, at least it did not suffice in 1on1 against a 300kg heavier 25ps stronger car, that says already everything. my theories: -Leck in the line: There is no or only hardly any nitrous oxide in the intake tract. -Lambdasonde broken: would then not know that there is more acid, with which one can burn more sprite… -Einspritznoses too weakly would be great if you could help there perhaps! btw. what diagnosis has the calibra randomly from this year?

Manta B GSI conversion to 3.0i 24V
I have to convert my manta to the 3,0i 24V machine from omega a. does any of you have an exact list of what to change so that the tuv also approves? or is there perhaps a page on the web? is it even possible to register the car on oldtimer? for tips I would be very grateful. mfg Roland

Cooler defective + liquid?
Hello together, The Opel of my Opas….a Opel Calibra A ~ 115 hp, 85 kW (automatic) had a cooler damage, would replace it now. Therefore my question.. which coolant should I use here? Don’t really know me there, is therefore also the “1. project” in this kind of car. Is also rather an emotional action 🙂 It just hangs on it and with almost 270,000 km the really first major mechanical problem. On the Internet the spirits argue which color and mixture the coolant must have. The current or that what ended was red / rather dark violet. Therefore my question is what makes sense? G12+? G13? Omega B – x25dt – After 10 years there are no spare parts at Opel anymore !!!
Good day, have the 130 hp – 6 cylinder – diesel (former BMW engine) with a mileage of now 175000 km. X52DT 4Gang automatic EZ 10/2000, i.e. 11 years old – car is since 2005 in my possession and “repaired”. Currently the line drips to the oil cooler. A new set of these oil pipes is officially no longer available, since Opel only has 10 years spare parts available !!! The plant says “sorry”, but the car is too old, there are no more special lines. Now I can still drive, but only until it no longer drips, but flows and that will certainly then be on the motorway with subsequent engine damage. Does anyone have an idea where one can get these “form parts” yet??? On the Opel “parts” side that would be the oil pressure lines E111, whereby one would probably also get installed, this is a successor version, but there is no longer any more with Opel, if someone could help there.

Lowering springs or even sports suspension ?
Moinsen, my Omi B Caravan Sport Bj. 98 is to become a bit “deeper”. now I think about whether springs should be sufficient or a complete sports suspension should be in. it should be lowered max. 40 mm who has a little experience of you with ? feathers would of course rather be for coal. or do I save at the wrong end ?

Mokka X 1.6 Why 5th Gearbox???
Hello, driving a Mokka X 1.6 116 hp since 2019. I am very satisfied with the vehicle. The performance is not quite enough but is basically ok. But what is totally annoying is the short-translated 5 gear transmission. From 100 km/h it turns at 3,000 revolutions. Autobahn rides are thus almost impossible. I don’t understand why Opel didn’t give the really great car a 6th gear. So seen, the 1.4 would have been the better choice. But I am a fan of a pure sucker. I had hoped for long durability because of the robust “old” technology.

Mokka 1.4 liters of noise after ribbed belt exchange.
Hello, I hope someone can help me. I have here the mocha of an acquaintance with which the rib belt is torn. Now I have replaced the tension roller and the belt and the water pump. As far as everything is no problem. I put on the strap, with a knebbel the tension roller moved until the securing pin went out. Now I have a slight noise from the rib belt or what turns in the idle run. What I have seen, that the writing of the rib belt is not clockwise to read but differently around. Only the strap has no direction, right? I suspect that what is wrong with the tension roller. The sheet in the spring also looks out, that must be lying on the tensioner, or? Do I have to definitely tighten the tensioner with the tension roller? Who knows advice? An answer or a guide would be very nice.
