  • Seat Toledo 1M engine knocking Bj99, engine registration number AGZ

    Hello, I drive my Toledo For 1/2 years at 115 tkm it has been converted to car gas. Currently the car has 160tkm down. And for a short time the engine has started knocking. Knocking sound Metallic low tone (statement of the Seat Master) at higher speed is getting faster. In the cold condition loud, that even the passersby turn around, and in the warm hardly audible. Engine runs uneasy even for a five cylinder. Had presented the car at several workshops and no was able to tell me exactly what that is. I paid 90€ for the examination at Seat with the result that the conrod bearing was knocked out on the fifth cylinder. I then changed this which did not lead to any success. Since the master of the Seat still held on to his theory that something was not right on the fifth cylinder, I drove to an independent one. The latter looked at the old conrod bearing with the result that these were completely in order (unnecessary change…) I have spent two evenings exposing the valve cover to at least look at the camshafts (all extremely attached the shock bar with headlights and radiator had to be lowered). Unfortunately, I am also not an expert only hobby hobby hobbyist in this regard. Now the questions: how do I find out if what is wrong with the camshaft? Can you measure it? How sleep can the chain be, who n the engine is off (the tensioner is hydraulic)? Can you change the chain without having to remove the transmission or the motor? How can you determine if the tensioner is defective? I also noticed one thing when turning the engine (27th nut on the belt wheel) and the second man focuses on the chain, when the chain has about a round run through has relaxed this strongly (can you almost pull off the gears) and suddenly the mi I hope you can help me.   • Seat Leon 1P Bj 08. Radio key does not lock….

    Hello dear forum colleagues. The Seat Leon 1p 1,9 tdi 105PS, Bj 08 has a problem again and I can not explain it logically anymore. The following facts: One morning the radio key no longer works. -Considerably battery changed. -It still does not work. -Keys resynchronized – according to manual. -No change. -So error memory read out. -No error! -door control devices controlled and checked. Everything works perfectly. -I can lock up with the diagnostic device “Then in the comfort control unit “46” delete the key and then relearn it. So only 00, then command 01. Then I pressed on add keys and then I have to press a key at the key. And look there. The car detects the key!” To control even the warning flash (that means the receiver in the car works and the key also works) Why does it not lock then? I hope you can help me! Gruss v om Hans

    Good day. I’m new to this forum and wanted to say hello first, before I start with my question(s). I’m going to buy a Leon ST FR soon. As far as technology is concerned, I’m more or less clear about what I’m going to take, but it’s a little bit about personalizing the vehicle because I don’t necessarily want to hand it myself. At least not at the beginning. 😉 Then my indecisions – Nevada Weiss and Schwar are apparently the standard colors for the Leon. but white is already quite dirty. Therefore I wanted to ask what looks like with the Estrella Silver and Alor Blue, in connection with black rims and rough side mirrors? Do the colors fit? (on the photos you can hardly judge) – theft warning system including interior surveillance, back-up horn and towing protection. Is it even recommended? – LED interior light package. Is it worth it? (all described pears afterwards are also LED) – sports pedal kit and Has anyone seen it live? Is the extra charge worth it? – And what does the illuminated entry bar set look like? – Switch lever knob 6-speed in aluminium optics and decorative panel for the dashboard in aluminium optics. Is this only optics or plastic or whatever in aluminium color or is real aluminium? Everything is provisional. I know too many questions, but hopefully you can answer me one or the other.

    Hello everyone. I have a small “luxus” problem at the moment. And I found 2 Leons, almost identical. Leon A: 7000km mileage, 150hp (diesel), EZ 07/2015, rear-view camera Leon B: 100km mileage, 184hp (diesel), EZ 12/2016, 3000€ more expensive Now my problem is whether the 3000€ extra worth 30hp more and the 7000km less. On the one hand I think that the 180hp is perhaps more fun and has a better resale value. On the a On the other hand, the Leon’s price seems to be relatively low anyway, and with 150hp you don’t seem to get ahead unfloatly. So the question to the community. Got me yesterday my Leon Cupra R. here a few facts: EZ: 8/06 (old model) 5800 km Grey Metallic middle armrest rest series are planned until now rims 8×19″ other Radio Blow Off valve ECU reprogramming KN replacement filter lowering other ESD charging pressure display some little things still Hope I can hope in the future for a bit help or advice from you if I should have a few problems .
