  • Seat Leon Cross Over Sport (photos at car picture)

Car – picture reports with photos about the above model! Everything on Leon Cupra basis. 300 HP 380 NM Allrad 0-100 in 4.9 sec. 4-flute AGA inclusive diffuser Two-coloured shell seats etc. By this you can see where the seat trip goes! The Cupra will then very likely also get more PS and also allrad etc., because this should remain the spear tip of Leon. Very interesting!

  • ACC prevents overtaking

Hello forum, at my 2016 León FR it happens again and again to me that the ACC prevents me from overtaking a truck. This starts from about 120, 130 KM/h. As soon as the truck enters the detection area of the ACC, it starts panicking to brake. A little later the ACC notices that the reaction came far too early, because the distance is still quite large, and stops braking. Only: then the momentum is gone, and I can no longer thread myself into traffic on the left lane. A uf the empty Spanish motorways the traffic is so thin that you can often drive out in advance, but in Germany and France the traffic is simply too tight for it. Is there a way to prevent the panic brake without constantly shutting down the ACC?

  • Seat newcomer – Questions about Seat Leon FR

Hello together, I’m currently looking for a new car. I’m currently driving a car with a star on the hood, I’ve been looking for longer but somehow that doesn’t quite fit. The Seat Leon I’ve been on the screen for a long time and I find it very successful and I find all the assistance systems nice as well. I’ve configured a Seat Leon FR 1.8 DSG, so it’s actually all in there at 33,530 €. What about Restcomfort? And is the difference from the DCC so extreme? How much discount is there with a dealer? Living in the Rhine-Main area, are 14-15 % realistic? The 3rd question would be what about the delivery time? If I would order in April, could I have it in July at the latest? A newcomer is looking forward to answer PS: How are test drives at Seat? Even overnight?

  • Sporadic “painting” while steering and starting

Hello together, I have for some time been having strange noises that occur sporadicly while driving and also when starting. It makes no difference whether I steer left or right. Usually it occurs at low speeds (about 10km/h), e.g. when starting and turning at a crossing. If the noise is audible, there are also slight voltages on the steering wheel. A user has put a video to a very similar sound on YouTube. Here the link:htt ps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DpNHOwslqUw I acquired my cupra only about 3 months ago in a new state. He currently has 3,000km on the tacho and is in the original state. I came across the following aspects when searching the Internet: *defected cathedral warehouse *defected coupling rods *defected drive shafts Do these aspects fit to this noise? Or does someone have a similar sound and know the reason for it? I would be very pleased with answers.

  • Wi-Fi connection between phone and car

Hello everyone, in anticipation of my ST Cupra, which is probably to be built in a few days, comes to mind again this question: How does the connection of the smartphone (I have an iPhone) via WLAN of the car work, what is it good for and….is it not that if the phone is connected per wlan, I can stream music about it (?), but then no more mobile data is sent/received, and so I am in a “wlan-sackgasse” (so said the Telekommann in the hotline, a Is I had WLAN, but the router “offline” was? Thank you for your answers and everyone a good slide!!!

  • Seat Leon FR with 18″ family-friendly?

Hello, after I had actually shot myself at a Ford Focus Titanium 1.6l Ecoboost (150hp), I became skeptical about my visit to the Seat dealer today and now prefer the Seat Leon FR 1.4 TSI (140hp). Unfortunately, there is no demonstration vehicle available in the area as FR and I’m a little skeptical about whether the FR with a sports car and 18″ might be too hard to transport our little daughter (6weeks). What are your impressions? H abe read that the Leon druch is a bit bumpy. Now I have also considered the Golf 7 in the meantime, although it leaves me emotionally cold. I am grateful for every opinion. Greeting Daniel

  • Noise Cupra 290

I wish everyone a wonderful evening. First of all thank you for the recording! My name is Jasko, I am 19 years old and I am from Luxembourg. I realized my great wish 1 month ago and bought my Seat Leon SC Cupra 290! I am very happy with the car. But unfortunately this joy is slowed down by a small problem. When I start my car in the morning (i.e. cold start) a noise is heard 2-3 times after the overturning. the feeling that the sound is also temperature-dependent! I had brought the car to the workshop two weeks ago, but they assured me that every Seat Leon Cupra would make that sound. However, I didn’t want to be satisfied with it, because I still have friends who drive one and never had that sound before. I then contacted ‘Seat Luxembourg S.A.’. Suddenly my dealer called me and said that I should bring the car over again. The car has been standing at the dealer’s house for over a week now. In the beginning there was suspicion of a V-belt. This suspicion, however, has not been confirmed. My dealer called me this morning and told me that he reserved my rental car until 17 June. He just said that it would not be the V-belt. Unfortunately they do not know where to look for the mistake and have to contact Barcelona now. So now I wanted to ask if someone has the same sound before and if he could help me further I also put in a link, where you can watch the video! (If this is not allowed, you might like to point out to me! Here the link: http://sendvid.com/ar2s9eb2 Thank you already in advance!

  • Purchase advice – more like a Subaru or Volvo

Hello guys, my VR6 Sharan makes the hooves high because of broken automatic transmission, which I love very much and am now looking for a solid and adequately large vehicle, where it is worth spending the money. I always wanted to drive Subaru, just because of the TV pictures from my youth, when Subaru still won rallies. I drove the Armin Kremer Impreza training car myself forever, with all the rally Schnack in it, but original motorization of 218 hp. What a hell machine … My thoughts go clearly to Subaru, but also to Volvo. Of course I am here in a Subaru forum and you would rather speak for a Subaru here, but Volvos also have their reputation, at least the older models. Besides, I have already seen here switchers from Volvo to Subaru. Now to my problem: definitely need a combo and space, because of transporting equipment and many objects, as well as a family. I don’t really want a Batzen spend money, because as a freelancer you never know what might come. So I stay independent with small purchase amount. Therefore I first decided for a V70 first generation (without shoulder) as used, a 193 HP turbo. Also for the reason of safety for the occupants – I owe that to my little son. Also because of the driving fun because I had in a company often a V70 T5 under the driver’s seat – also a hell machine. So I also want to spend a The older models of Subaru Legacy and Outback look ok, but I really got hit by the new model, which would cost a lot. So it’s up to you to finance a newer or new Legacy or lease it, because actually, I think, better car. With an extremely good price-performance ratio with four-wheel drive, and a little bit of fun, because not so much driving in Berlin – rather only 10,000 km a year. and LPG and and and. But there is more money in the game, which should be spent. That makes sense with a freelance and leasing, but as I think, more dependent again. Is the car really so great?? Are there experiences that you can share with me, like also from former Volvo drivers? Would you recommend me to a new model? What does it look like, apart from the design, despite everything with the older Legacy or Outback models, compared to a V70?? I know it’s extremely difficult to “advise” people with my ambitions, but I hope for real information through experience and not through sales strategies and marketing slogans of manufacturers or sellers. You have been the real infopool for a decision-maker like me. Thank you and I hope for a little help.

  • Quality problems Subaru

Subaru XV Exclusive + with exclusive leather, new purchase, now 1600km and the seats, incl. seat look like an “old cart” Is this normal for Subaru? In addition, it constantly clatters at any ends gasoline consumption can hardly be pressed below 9.5 L-despite humane driving I am disappointed by Subaru!
