  • Arosa 1.0 won’t get warm!

Hello! I have the following problem: My Seat Arosa (BJ 99, MKB:ALL) is not getting really warm anymore. The temperature only rises up to approx. 70°, heating only warm. The thermostat and flange have already been changed twice (brand parts). The problem still exists! Does anyone have an idea what else it can be? If the water pump is defective, the measured temperature would have to be higher or not? Was also changed before 40,000 km with the timing belt. have had stasis? Thank you for your help!

  • Ibiza 6P/6J MJ 2017 1.2 TSI sometimes does not start immediately

Hello together, I could use your help. It’s about my wife’s Ibiza. Is a 1.2 TSI with 90 hp; EA211 with timing belt and MKB CJZC. The car got a new battery a year ago, is driven daily. 12tKM/anno; tend to have more short distance. The oil is changed annually after 12,000 KM. The car is moved very carefully and currently has 120,000 KM on it. He has it in rare cases that he does not start right away. Then he orgs, one interrupts and he is there. nn immediately there. Now the days he had it again. Over night it froze and in the morning he did not want to go straight. I imagine that he had already had it and that he had the key a little too casually and briefly turned over. Can it be that the immobilizer does not release the ignition in such cases and he therefore orgles? I can not say exactly what it is about. He does not nail/snatch, runs silky soft and is economical and quick. He only has this well-known A second, when he’s racing to build up the oil pressure. Maybe someone knows it. Thank you very much.

  • Speaker Upgrade Seat Ibiza 6l

Hallows in the round, I wanted to ask if someone can make a recommendation for an upgrade of my speakers in Ibiza 6l (high/low tweeter)? I currently have a Pioneer MVH-S320BT and always listen via Bluetooth via Spotify. I’m not really satisfied with the quality since I have my JBL headphones. Would you have a good alternative to the ex factory installed speakers? Thanks in advance already! Mfg

  • Seat Ibiza ST 1.4 TDI 2015 – Constant emergency run, no one finds the error

Hello together, I hope someone can help me, because I am really in despair. My Seat Ibiza ST 1.4 TDI (2015) has been standing in various workshops since November – so far without a solution. Problem: First: Emergency run with constant drive (1800-2000 rpm) with error message “load pressure limit exceeded”. After restart the car drives normal again. Now: Emergency run already when accelerating (>2000 rpm) with error message “load pressure limit below”. completely removed, vacuum box on the turbo no longer moved. Previously made: ? All relevant sensors changed (LMM, charging pressure sensor, temperature sensor, sensors before/after charging air cooler) ? Cable checked – no abnormalities ? vacuum box on the turbocharger tested – works normal, does not act ? Turbocharger and vacuum box replaced – problem persists! ? AGR valve cleaned ? DPF checked – is free Directly after the installation of the new turbo: first ride – again emergency run. It feels Ask the experts: What else could that be? Has anyone ever had such a problem? I am a student, I drive 80 km a day and can’t afford a new car. For me, this is an economic total damage, but I want to know what the cause is. I hope for your help! Thank you in advance! ??

  • Determine engine temperature at speed?

Hello Community, I would like to ask a question about my Seat Ibizas. Just now in the still cold season, my speed automatically turns to approx. 1200 revolutions in idle after the start. This is also quite normal. If I drive longer, the speed decreases to 1000 revolutions in idle and after even longer driving to 800 revolutions, which is then the normal speed. I guess very strongly, that the speed is initially increased to warm up the engine faster or. In order to bring the circuit to temperature quickly, so that it gets warm quickly in the car ^^. Please correct me if I am wrong. I honestly don’t think that this happens to provide more energy for the consumers. Since I am now someone who likes to warm his car before I use higher speeds, I wanted to know if at the idling change you can somehow read whether the engine or the engine oil is warm. So this if these 800 revolutions If someone knows the technical term for this speed change, that would be good to know. Unfortunately, I don’t have a cooling water temperature indicator, nor a motor oil temperature indicator. My car is a Seat Ibiza 1.6 TDI BJ. 2015. But is I think the 2011 model, just with Facelift. PS: Does anyone know how much power an alternator provides in idle? Because the speed does not change at all, even if all consumers are employed. Ode r is actually enough for the normal idle speed? • Wrong steering pole switch for Seat Ibiza purchased?

Good afternoon. I bought a steering pole switch for my Seat Ibiza 6k. • Upgrade cruise control and MFA

Hello together, I play with the idea of retrofitting my Seat Mii BJ 2015 GRA and MFA. For this purpose I would like to estimate about the effort and the costs. If MFA is too expensive, I can do without it, GRA is more important to me. I would probably have to replace the power supply control unit, on the factory side is the “smallest” variant installed, which lacks the inputs for the switches/buttons on the steering stick levers. Is there something special to consider here? Or can I use any used control unit, with the matching part number (1S0 937 087??), pull out of the bay and simply install it? Does something have to be learned? And away from the tacho… Currently, I have to have the motor control unit and Tacho (wg. roadblock) which consists mainly of 7-segment digits – see photo. Can this tacho then also represent an MFA? Or do I also have to be replaced with the tacho then I would probably have to have to have the engine control unit and tacho (wg. roadblock) be taught to each other, but it is not necessary for me?

  • Aluminium wheels 15 inches

Hello to all, since yesterday I finally got rid of the old 155/70R13-steel rims all-weather tires by 195/50R15-wheels also replaced all-weather tires. Now I have three problems and ask for help Seat Arosa 1.0 MPI AUC end 2003 1- Acceleration: I notice at once that the car does not accelerate at all – as if I had a gear less . Usually it was like this at 2000 U/min: -First gear: up to 1–20 km/h -Second gear: 20–30 km/h -Third gear: 30–50 km/h -Fourth gear: 60–75 km/h But now I drive most of the time at 44 km/h in the fourth gear at 2000 U/min :\ When I speed up I turn almost at 3500–4000 U/min but still it feels very sluggish to me. Can bigger wheels really make such a big difference? They like almost as much as the old … Ps. On the highway without big incline I can’t be recorded with a slow acceleration of about 140 km.

  • Consumption Ibizia 2018 way too high

Hi, as already stated in the title, my Seat Ibiza from 2018 consumes 42% too much, in numbers : 6,7 instead of indicated 4,7 liters. I read that from 10% more consumption on the test bench it is a considerable defect and one can claim a return or some kind of compensation from the seller. Therefore, my question, have you experience with it, it is worth having an expert opinion; or do I rather not have a chance because that is normal that the consumption is so much higher under real conditions. I also have to attach that I have raised a little wider tires, 215 instead of 185; can it come therefore? Am for every answer grateful Tim
