Hello, my junior has bought a new Leon FR 2.0 TDI. It is a day registration from 2016 with 9 kilometers on the clock. Now we have found that the brake disc at the front left has already strong bars. The vehicle is currently carefully driven over BAB and LS (approved on Friday and up to now 700 kilometers run). Since the brake has never squealed and it is several bars, it cannot be about foreign bodies like Steinchen as Ursach I would be interested to know if this lack had occurred several times. Next week I will go to the workshop and have an argument more in bed if they want to start to weigh the matter off. Thank you for reading and in joyful expectation of answers 🙂

Hello guys, I would like to buy the new Seat Leon with 7-speed automatic transmission. Regarding the motorization there are the following variants in AUSTRIA: 1.) Leon FR 1.5 eTSI ACT DSG Hybr. Petrol/E / 1.5 l / 110 kW (150 hp) / DSG 7-speed / starting at 4% NoVA (Mild-Hybrid) 2.) Leon FR 2.0 TDI DSG Diesel / 2.0 l / 110 kW (150 hp) / DSG 7-speed / starting at 1% NoVA 3.) A plug-in hybrid variant with 204 hp (combined) petrol follows at the end of 2020 Which variant would you prefer and where are the first and last nights? up to now I have only driven manual gearboxes and always had a diesel with 90 hp or 105 hp. I would like to switch to automatics, but I am not quite conclusive which motorization. VIELEN DANK already in advance for your comments! Best regards Patrick

Parking Aid Activation Front Camera
Hi, everybody, we’ve had our Tarraco for 4 weeks now. He has the 360 degree camera. I’ve noticed now that the parking aid is automatically activated when you park forward but the front camera is not started. Why is that so? Can you change that? Thank you.

Seat Connect App
Hello, Seat has distributed the following information to its customers this year: “Frischer Wind. We restructure. From 22 April the My SEAT Portal will be replaced. From this point on, you can only access everything via the SEAT CONNECT app – of course free of charge.” Now I have been constantly getting the notification in the car that my preferred service partner no longer exists. Have you tried to enter your service partner in this great app? By the way, my workshop exists Still. Software is still “New Land”? Greetings Gerhard

Electric tailgate 7-seater: Activation slipping at the push of a button?
Servus, with the 7-seater it is not possible by default to close the tailgate in the driver’s door or by key at the push of a button. However, can this be unlocked via VCDS and if so, where exactly?

Tarraco 2.0 TFSI Brakes Lifetime & Alternatives
I would be interested in your experience, since I fall off the chair every time the brakes are due…. The second set in the front was already flat after a lot of 60T km… How long do they last with you? Is it normal that SEAT calls only for the front axle about 1,400 Euro? Tarraco 2.0 TFSI, 190PS, approx. 30Tkm p.a., 50% highway My story: – 90T km, brakes in the front complete, in SEAT operation, costs approx. 1,300 Euro – 105T km, brakes in the rear k omplett, offer SEAT 620 Euro for OT, free workshop 400 Euro (ATE + Ceramic coverings) – 153T km, brakes front complete, offer SEAT 1.400 Euro for OT, free workshop 450 Euro with carpenter discs (holed) and carpenter coverings.. I am curious how long they last.

Trailer Assistant in Interruption
Hello in the round, my Tarraco eHybrid shows the following problem: The trailer assistant is not usable in any situation, but reports with every turn on that the system is currently not available due to a malfunction. Since no further clues are named, I do so at the point with regard to the problem solving in the dark. And the advertisement for the system at the Tiguan was so convincing… 🙂 The only problem with the vehicle, that this is obviously in connection with me s In this case, the unlocking switch is relatively common at the blinking and only passes into permanent light after several attempts of snapping in – regardless of the position to be locked. I am not aware of whether this can result from a connection of the ECUs. Since I have to go to the service appointment in the next week, I would be very interested to know if there is any indication of the cause of the problem. Thank you very much to you. Greetings

Today’s list of defects – DISS opens?
Hello dear bestatester Hab made my Leon ST FR into the workshop again today. On the order list (I would call it fault list) is opened at position 3 DISS. What does that mean exactly? But that Leon is not 3 months old, he has already seen a contract workshop more often than my old Kia Ceed Gt. In fact, I am a bit disappointed by seat.
