Servus, I’m driving a Seat Ibiza 6J 85ps with gears. I had a gearbox damaged, which is why a overhauled gearbox was installed. The workshop meant that after 1000km you should make a gear oil change again… Can’t imagine why? Is that really so? Thank you

VFL doors mounted in FL [Ibiza 6J]
Servus! Unfortunately, someone drove me into my right side of the car and my 2013 Ibiza is now an economic total damage π I find it too bad to give it away and want to repair it now. Unfortunately, the two doors on the right have to be changed. My question would be now: Do doors of the VFL fit without any adjustments in the FL? Thank you already!

Extension headrests front
Hello, how can you remove the front headrests to install a car coat hanger with holes for the supports? There is nothing to do with this in the operating instructions.

When do the gasoline direct injection engines receive the particulate filter?
can someone give me information about when the 1.0 115hp direct injection petrol engine will meet the exhaust gas standard as of September 2018? Often it is claimed that a particulate filter is required for this. Is that true? The Seat dealer is no help at all. He just thinks that he has no information available. I don’t want to believe that, because Seat will know very well – whether the 115 hp 1.0l engine needs a particulate filter to meet Euro 6c (currently it meets Euro 6c). According to ADAC only Euro 6b) -from when exactly this is installed or from when Euro 6c is fulfilled. Especially if a particle filter is needed, the preparations must already run at full speed, since they have to be produced at the supplier first. I am quite stinky that the Seat dealer pretends that no one in the world can answer these questions. Please for help here. Thank you

Oil pressure control red flashing/peeping
Good day, my car has been playing the following game with me for months: At higher outside temperatures above 20 degrees I drive an everyday distance of about 30km highway at a speedy pace (150). As soon as I then leave the highway and brake on city speed shortly afterwards the red oil lamp starts to blink inclusive. Last time the oil pump was renewed and the said phenomenon stayed out about a month. But now again today. Now my question, someone had the gleic he problem like me and has found the causer? The car now has 78,000km down and it is the 1.2l 69Ps machine

Ibiza – since turbocharger change problems with charging pressure sensor and black smoke
Hello, I would urgently need advice regarding my newly installed turbocharger. Since the installation the charging pressure sensor causes problems and black smoke comes out of the oil cover (with running engine). First a few facts: – Get new turbochargers installed (thereby neither cleaning of the pipes nor an oil change was done) – about 4000 km later: sporadic error Charge pressure sensor (the control light is not permanently on; when the error comes loses driving fence g of power) – to eliminate errors: Lines + charge air coolers can be cleaned -> it is found that there is a lot of oil in the charging air tube -> shortly after cleaning vehicle has power again -> after about 500 km again the same error (charge pressure sensor) – if you open the oil cover and let the engine run, black smoke comes out I would first of all be interested whether the black smoke is connected to the newly installed turbocharger or is that independent And what could the black smoke mean? In addition, I would be interested in whether an oil change + cleaning of the pipes is generally required in case of a turbocharger change.

Too fast over brake threshold
In front of the hotel there is a huge parking lot. There were brake sleepers installed during the day some time ago, without which this was announced or indicated with signs. The brake sleepers are black and have the same color as the roadway. When I drove back to the parking lot in the evening, I ran over the almost invisible threshold at about 40 km/h. The bang was huge loud and the windscreen wiper was activated. But I can’t see any damage to the car and it’s also “normal”. Nevertheless, I’m kind of worried that the car might have been damaged. How do you see it? Can I check something myself? Or am I worried about something?

1.0 TSI 110 PS or 1.5 TSI 130 PS?
I’m on my way to order the new Leon (as a hand switch). Is the 1.5 TSI with 130 hp much more splashy than the three-cylinder with 110 hp

Crack in the engine block
We recently decided on a Seat Arona Xcellence package, 1.6l, 95 hp, DSG, built in 6/2019, diesel, 70,800 km. Last Monday he was registered and gladly picked up at the dealer’s. We drove about 50 km home. In the evening I drove again a lap and also a piece on the highway. At the motorway exit then came the disillusionment, started in the lower speed range to Ruckeln and became unpleasantly loud as if he would not burn cleanly. and then came home well and immediately wrote an e-mail to my dealer. Tuesday morning came the call back and one suspects a loose injector (inspection, oil change and TΓV were new!). Car was picked up and a rental car was placed. Wednesday morning came the call, which would probably take longer. The engine block had a crack and it would be ordered a new engine. Since it would be available he would come this week. The installation is probably a bit time-intensive According to ErWin, the Arona has only been moved a few kilometers for almost a year. What do you think of it, the cause can be the long service life or there are problems with the engines in general. Had a Skoda Rapid 1.4 TDI DSG before and it was always very reliable as a 3 cylinder. Greetings from Regensburg wool
