Greetings, Since March 2024 I have a squeak at the front right. In February 2025 I was back for inspection, since the reason was called the bearing of the stabilizer, which would cause these sounds. Then I changed the stabilizer bar with bearings, but it continues to squeak. Is the cause perhaps rather the crossbar? If it has strong minus degrees outside, it is extremely loud, and as soon as it gets warmer, you can hear it only quietly. I am slow with my Latin on the End and don’t want to continue to exchange parts that are not. It mainly occurs on bad roads and cobblestones. In August 2023 the chassis, dome bearing and coupling rod was re-established in a workshop. Thank you for your feedback.

Time and again problems with unlocking the power cable on the vehicle side
I always have problems with the charging socket on the side of the vehicle. Normally the KFz unlocks the plug when I open the vehicle. Recently, however, the problems pile up. Charging is finished and I want to pull the plug, which does not work. Most of the time I have to connect everything again, lock the vehicle and then open it again, so that the plug is released. A bit annoying, if you have to try 4-6 x to finally pull the cable out of the can. According to my friend, an entry was stored in the error memory (misfunction at the unlocking). On 10.10.2022 I have appointment for precise diagnosis. I am curious what comes out of it. Vehicle is now 1 year and 3 months old (kilometer 16xxx) and I have warranty.

Winter tires or all weather?
Hello people, the winter is coming near, at least weather-wise, and I am looking for a winter tire for my Tarraco 2.0 TSI 180kw. My Tarraco is leased and goes back in 2.5j. How do you do this with leasing? I had planned to buy cheap winter complete wheels (no Seat Original, 18 inches instead of 19/20) and after a few years to see what you do with it. The workshop, where I used to change bikes with my passat before, however, advised me not to buy them and instead to buy all-weather tyres that would pull them up on the current rims. These would have developed well in recent years and are similarly good. For this reason, I would say that with the offer of about 1000€ the annoying dates for changing and the cost of storing them, which amounts to about 5×100€. I could even sell the summer tires, which are only a few months used. Against this, I would have heard less good from all-weather tyres. The costs for new rims and tires, if it does not amount to the average quality, but maybe more than the average.

Deficient traffic sign identification
Hello, the Seat Leon FR of my girlfriend is year 2014 and has traffic sign recognition. Unfortunately, this works more than inadequately with the Leon. The traffic signs are only displayed very sporadically times. I know this from my Octavia which also has traffic sign recognition just differently. A few basic questions about tips and simple opinions. For us, only one annual car can be priced. The following came from the rental company Avis. Leon III ST FR Facelift EZ 05/2017 22000 km 2.0 l TDI 150 hp manual gearbox Lots of equipment, 8 packages, e.g.: full LED, rear-view camera, PDC v+h, GSR, lane holdassi, Navi, sound system, seat heating etc. Stands on all-year tires, has “only” a set of rims. from the Avis fleet test drive was good. Brakes top. I was not aware that you have to put many things like driving profile and ears on parking or something about Carmenu. Except for a few, and I mean two, scratches on the trunk flap inside plastic covering ( 😀 ) and a small scratch on the top of the painted loading edge was nothing. No stone blow, no condensation in headlights, no parking scratcher, no indoor scraper or dirt, no visible water stains on the inside of the door, interior or so, no scratches on the rims. Price was already at <19,500 € incl. approval. This is quite good for NRW as far as I know. Is the warranty extension (for 1 year 300 €, 2 years 1000 € and 3 years almost 2000 €) worth? If so, how long? What should be paid attention to technically what I also recognize as a loan? What are negotiation tips? Thank you!

Seat Arona Apple Carplay cracking
Hello dear community, I have the following problem. When I connect my Iphone 13mini with both cable and Bluetooth adapter, it sounds and cracks after a short time while playing music, making calls or similar. When I listen to normal radio or music via Bluetooth (without carplay), everything works quite normal. I tried this with different devices. With Apple devices this error always comes, with Android not. Furthermore, I was in different workshops The USB socket has already been replaced without success. Now the Infotainment + ECU should be replaced, whereby I am not very optimist. Does jmd know the problem and has possibly an idea what it might be about? It is really annoying and has cost me so much time!!
