    A friendly hello from the far north, my name is Henning and so far I am on the road in the BMW warehouse. I am about to order a Seat Leon Cupra ST 300 with DSG and FWD and have a few questions before I sign. 1. Do I have “only a 2d view if I order the small Navi ? 2. Is there still a spare wheel in the spare wheel dump if I order the Sound System ? 3. I have read that if necessary you could also drive with E10. Can you do the best 4. How do you estimate a price discount of 23% on the new price ? The order is made by a German dealer. 5. can you recommend the collection of the factory ? On the whole this car was very good for me and on Wednesday the test drive takes place. If this is carried out positively the contract is made It would be my first new car and the overall package of price, performance, optics and processing quality has m only the delivery time bugs me now.     Good day together Unfortunately, the search in the forum did not provide anything informative so I ask here: I probably get my Cupra 300 ST 4Drive only in October/November and there starts the winter tyres season Now I am looking for suitable tyres to pull on my Cupra rims, so the tyres must have the following size : 235/35/R19 Does anyone have recommendations ?   • Leon 1.8T strong vibrations from the engine compartment + no power

    Hello guys, I bought a Seat Leon 1.8t last time and it ran great, 2 weeks later nothing is going on :/ I’m starting to despair because I’ve already broken my head and I’m not a bit further… To the problem: When the engine is slightly warm (1-2 km) it starts to vibrate more and more with increasing temperature. If it’s vibrating there is hardly any power (feeling 50 ps). If it’s then completely warm then it won’t go as soon as I get the gas ped. Then the car jerks without end. Then it also makes itself noticeable in the idle because it has then occasionally (probably ignition oscillations). In addition one hears an occasional banging of the exhaust and if I give in the idle the full throttle it sounds as if the exhaust gas is clogged or no exhaust gas pressure is present. -The fault spoke is empty -underpressure hoses tested by the turbo -air mass meter sometimes disconnects nevertheless the same symptoms. -Drosselklappe gereini gt + temp sensor combined valve replaced because the vacuum hose was off -Popoff replaced I have measured the Lambda value times with 4 gas measurement and the engine runs defensively to lean 1.3. The Vcds tester tells me but lambda should be against 1, because of that I switched off the Lambda control for couple of minutes without change. Do you have another idea? I would change now on suspicion the fuel filter and the candles because they also look not so good. 11th couldt, so slowly I really don’t know any more Thanks

  • Seat Leon Cupra R 1P – WT due to axle damage – residual value

    Hello motor-talk. I have, unfortunately own fault, built an accident with my Seat Leon Cupra R. The car was towed by the ADAC and I was made an offer of 3000€. Which seems a little small to me. Do you think it is worthwhile to hire an expert to make an accident report and to offer the car in various shopping exchanges (cartv.eu / WOM etc.) for purchase? Unfortunately, these shopping exchanges can not be used as a private person and above all without an expert report. The other option would be to make an effort for a buyer with the help of photos, but the purchase pages on the Internet all seem a bit dishonest to me. An expert opinion would cost between 800-9000€. What do you think is a report worth, or do I just lose it? How much do you value the remaining value? About advice Tips or reviews would I be serh pleased with vehicle data Seat Leon Cupra R: Built 2010, 265hp, 80,000km Xenon, Navi, leather seats, parking help etc. New turbocharger with 2 Years warranty, new brakes, tires value before accident about 10.000 – 12.00€Damage: Rear left door completely defective also inside. The rear axle is bent and the tires are no longer parallel to each other. The car still drives. (pictures in annex) Estimate for repair ~700€ (only 1 offer obtained)

  • Buying advice Seat Leon vs. Golf

    Dear car friends, I am not sure at the moment whether I buy the Seat Leon or a golf. They do not differ too much in price. The decisive criterion for me is not so much the features but the reliability, because I had bad experiences in this regard earlier on in the golf.   • Side skirts for Leon ST ex factory or via accessories?

    Hello people would need your help again. I will soon order a Leon ST 1.4 TSI. Can anyone tell me if the side skirts can be installed ex factory? On the Internet and at the ?? you can only take them with you via the accessories. Does these have to be delivered to the ?? painted and mounted. So the statement.   • Purchase advice Leon ST FR 1,8 DSG Full demonstration car

    Good morning Together, for a few weeks I am here silent reader. I am about to hand in my A4 and get a Leon. I have now received an offer from my dealer on site and would like to know briefly, is the offer appropriate? It is about a Leon ST FR 1.8er DSG with (almost) all equipment (roof sky is not black and without Kessy but otherwise everything should be there) as a demonstration car with currently almost 4500km on the clock, EZ 11/2017. e 28500€ as a financing price. After a night’s thinking time I tried to push the price still (would like to make a balloon financing over 48 months incl. warranty extension and maintenance plus), but almost no chance. I still managed to go down 4€ in the rate and get on the winter tires 150€ discount (If I don’t find now so bulging, more is supposedly not possible) – At mobile.de however, even some new cars are offered to the course… Is the P rice ok? Supposedly there are other interested parties and I have only a few days left for the decision. Greetings and many thanks already

  • Engine goes off at bremens at low speeds, Seat Ibiza 1.4 Bj 98

    Hello, I would need your help with an error analysis. I have a Seat Ibiza 1.4 petrol Bj. 98. The car had an engine damage, due to overheating. Someone then built me a used engine (from the junkyard). Unfortunately I now have the problem that when braking at low speeds so mainly when I almost get to the stand the car runs out. That does not always do this, sometimes the rotation numbers also swing up and down and then commute at 900, which In addition, I noticed that the tacho needle sometimes hangs, as if it were stuck in the 0Kmh place, but at some point it moves. The man who built in the engine meant I got through the first damage, oil and water in the cat and had to drive for a while until the going out settles. I drove now about 150 kilometers and would claim out of the belly it has become really less with the going out, but it is still there. I did not have the structure again. Hl my car wouldn’t pull right, which would be the case with dirty cat, as I was told. The engine is running very well, also in the stand. I’m struggling if I had to do something again. The car is not much value even if it was still right, but would have some relatives who could do this to me or others on the car. No one knows exactly where that is with the car.
